To be honest, Terry & Lampard would look out of place in a foreign league.

I'd rather have a striker that looks like he's going to score, even in games where the opposition play 7-8 men behind the ball. Hopefully Lukaku keeps improving at West Bromwich cause Torres has no long-term future at Chelsea.

Arnesen might be right about Mancienne. He's always been a decent, versatile defender, just needed the opportunity to play at a higher level than the English Championship. However, I don't see Woy Hodgson selecting him for England.

Cech is an important player but I reckon your team's most crucial player would have to be the striker because it is up to them, to win the game for your team (e.g. RvP carrying Arsenal on his back last season). A goalkeeper can help save a game but he won't win a game for you, unless it goes to penalties.

Don't think RDM is the man to lead us forward. He's not a 'talented' manager, he doesn't have the ability to be flexible with his tactics but he's a good-enough motivator & he's brought good luck to the club.

Arsenal have 2 game changers on the bench, we only have 1. We really do lack strikers. Kos & Vermealen will have an easy day at the office against Torres.

Can't judge him yet. Hopefully he develops into a solid RB for club & country.

Torres has done nothing this season, apart from scoring a fluke goal against Newcastle. Torres doesn't even look threatening in Blue. He's always looked more dangerous in Red or White. For the price we paid, Torres will go down as an EPL flop. He would of been a Liverpool Legend had he decided to stay. The sooner we manage to offload Torres, the better for our football club. We can move on from this nightmare.

Arsenal will rip us apart. The only thing they lack is quality finishing upfront.

Don't see us winning the game without a physical striker like Drogba up front. Torres has looked extremely bad. Looked poor against Juve, did nothing against QPR (Sturridge did more in a 9 minute cameo), looked useless against Stoke.
