Shooting is not a "1%er". You either have natural finishing ability or it takes a number of seasons to get better at it. Jackson has upside to his game but would he be starting for our top 4 rivals?

George played LW & RW when called upon last season but I'd be surprised if he isn't loaned out to the Championship to gain some experience.
