I'm still having a little faith in him though... I hope as a player, he can succeed successfully. He just needs a club, a manager and fans to believe in him. If Chelsea is not providing him with that, I think he should just leave asap.
Like I say, it is tough to judge a midfielder (deep-lying) on how successful he is. Sending him to Championship clubs is really a wrong strategy since majority of them are either struggling in the league or attempting to win promotion to a league. A mid-table kind of club suits Josh more. The loan to Vitese honestly does not sound good to me at all. A slower pace league will suit him well...
He does impose himself isnnt it? Just rarely. I rememberd the few occasions whereby he scored some wonderful goals which wasn't really expected from him

The club should sign a Korean/Japanese player to increase the popularity in those nations. The amount of shirts sold, especially in Korean (darn, they are really patriotic!) will be a worthwhile return on investment.
