We need to sell the fringe players and sign some quality depth players. Players like Moses, Marin, Mikel (or even Falcao) got to leave for better squad players.

Loan system works for strikers since they are judged for 'goals' scored or probably 'assists'. Keepers are also easy to be judged for clean sheets, saves, and number of mistakes made. Midfielders IMO is the hardest to judge a player's potential or ability. ANYWAY, football is a team game. If boro sucks, Bamford will never have the opportunity to shine himself.

mourinho probably thought we could scrap through this. there should have been bits of rotation to keep the boys fresh. like remy, luis, salah anyway, not sure why mourinho kept saying that we will win the lead etc. trying to motivate the boys? to me it seemed like we are inflicting pressure onto yourselves to sucess. still i find it harder to chase a lead than to maintain the lead.
