Just about sums it up. Disappointing and the way the team was giving the ball away today highlighted not only Lampards lack of match fitness, but lack of finesse in many departments. Grunt , the charlatan, slowly being found out, and having two top coaches along side him and a World Class squad is clearly not enough for the unqualified shyster. Totally predicatble substitutions, and when Liverpool have the better moments, and any average manager would be reorganising, - he's there biting his hand, Great. A fantastic oportunity blown, against an average Liverpool side, as you say. And this time tomorrow the Gooners will more than likely be 8 points clear. Today he gave Rafa his first away points at one of the 'big four' and is clearly not up to the job.

Lol unbelievable the Austrian one

Agree think they've already decided -or Rupert Murdich and Sky decided. It's not due till Jan 2011, so lots can change between now and then. Anyway be quite nice having a boozy tour with Chelsea in Los Angeles or South Africa etc.

From Vital Chelsea Ok, we all know by now the proposals for making the Premier League a franchise and selling the game down the river in the pursuit of a few more pennies for the money greedy men who ruin, sorry that was meant to be run, the game. The news for many came as no real shock, we as fans have been moved from pillar to post for years with ridiculous kick off times, late changes to fixtures to suit TV, new replica kits being introduced every other day (!) and a constant lack of respect to fans, we all have to sit down and woe betide any fan making any noise above a polite handclap, not to mention the very important health and safety rule that fans can't be trusted with the very dangerous bottle tops to their drinks. However surely the fact that all 20 of the Premier League Chairman voted in favour of looking at the proposal to further erode the great tradition of the game proves that for once, fans have GOT to unite to put an end to it? If they can't see that they will be destroying football for the want of a few more pounds in their already swelling banks, then the fans will have to show it. For me, if we franchise the game and start this world wide circus, I think I'll break my own heart and leave the Premier League and the club I love, it will be the straw that breaks the camels back as I don't think I'd want anything to do with it. A few examples of the feelings of editors across the Vital Premier League sites are here and then below is a link to a petition set up by our Vital Arsenal editor. Yes, it is 'just' a petition, but we surely have to start somewhere? Sign it, send it to your mates to sign it, even the teams in the Championship, Cola 1 and 2 etc should put their names against such a move because what the Premier League starts, other leagues are bound to try to replicate in some way, shape or form. This goes beyond team loyalty and hits at the very root of OUR game. Arsenal: PL Threatens The Essence Of Our Game Villa Stick Your Global Brand Up Your **** Chelsea: First overseas Premiership Fixtures Manchester City: Selling Its Soul To The Devil Manchester United: Overseas Prem Games? Please No! Sign the petition here: Don't Ruin Our National Game Other network and independent sites, PLEASE replicate this, publish the petition and spread the word. All individuals against the PL proposal, please forward to all your friends to sign.

Would be the bees bollox. Would like any 2 from 3 up front with wingers pushing and receding as and when. At the risk of using the 'J ' word again -you reading this Cracker, youfuckwit? - with Amsterdam being the Dutch 'Jewish' club, and us with our fair share now ,we probably have a headstart over ManUsa and whoever else is interested. Besides he 's going to look good in Chelsea blue.

Definitely, says hes looking forward to it -but has vowed to not get sent off Mikel vows to clean up act Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel has pledged to clean up his game for the good of his team-mates. The Nigeria international has been sent off four times in his Stamford Bridge career - including twice this season - and has admitted his disciplinary problems are undermining the club's bid for silverware. Mikel is expected to feature in the squad for Sunday's visit of Liverpool following his return from the Africa Cup of Nations. "I think it is going to stop," he said, referring to the flurry of red cards he has received in England. "We will have to see but I don't like that, it is not good for the team to be down to ten men and I am trying all my best to make sure I don't get red cards." Meanwhile, Mikel is relishing the prospect of returning to action with a high-profile clash against another of their top-four rivals. "We haven't played the big teams at home and we will see what happens, if I play on Sunday or if I am on the bench," he added. "But I am glad to be back and that the team has been doing really well. "Let's hope we keep going like that." From Team Talkand 4 the Game

To be fair he was a class above Droy, a lot more mobile anyway http://uglyfootballers.com/genpage.asp?DocumentID=120

Definitely a team to be reckoned with. Similar to Mexico in style. What was all that rubbish at half time, ? - seemed to be some kind of scuffle when Ivory Coast players surrounded a member of the Egypt bench, pointing fingers and remonstrating angrily, while Drogba also argued with Egypt players ?
-
Funny seeing the medias response this morning. It seems all bar The Sun are saying ity's a rubbish idea. The Sun are saying it's a fantastic idea. Nothing to do with the Suns owner, Rupert Murdochs Sky, getting £100 000 000 from it in TV revenue alone. Obviously the clubs are going to get a fair whack as well.
-
I think it depends on how Anelka does, whether Drogba makes any more utterances about leaving, and whether Shevchenko and/or Pizarro jump ship. The striker situation should be settled , but seems fragile in terms of consistency.
-
I think he's getting the attention he's craved. Not one post about football, hasn't even said if he supports a team. A complete tit of the highest order, whom the midwife threw away the wrong bit, who's life achievement is to provoke members on forums. More than likely stroking his own member, in his hospital gown, as he does the one finger typing ..

Yup dont let one rip during an RIP moment. Seriously, it does seem a bit draconian. Things like the Munich disaster deserve respect, but they seem to have a minutes silence for someones dead budgie whos owner once knew Brian Barwick these days. Anyway, off topic. what was he banned for ? -
Good news. A brilliant semi at 8:00 with Ivory Coast v Egypt. An Egyptian win could see Kalou and Drogs back for Sunday as well.
-
Dont give the bastards a mandate to rule by voting for them.

Well it was quite obviously moi. Would you like to disprove it ? It's a fact. none of teh Middle Eastern clubs and teams will play Israel because of the thousands of Palestinians they have killed. As for Jews positioning themselves around money that is also true. You can go to the top of almost any shop in London or any other City and a jew will be controlling the money. This is not anti semitic, it maybe they are good at acquiring dosh. I suggest if you want to discuss it further open a thread in the So Bar.

Talking of a minutes silence -the FA have now said they can issue banning orders if fans aren't quiet during a minutes silence at grounds. -
The nurse has probably dragged him away from the Wards computer. He hasn't posted one comment with regard to football .

Lol met Peter Osgood in a pub couple of years ago, before he was due to give a talk. Spent over an hour with him chatting, thought I was privvy to some juicy 60s and 70s gossip but a lot of it he used to say in his after dinner speaking roles anyway. Not just saying this because it was Ossie, but he really was a genuine, warm funny bloke, as well as one of the greatest footballers. Bought me two pints of Stella, and I got him two red wines.

Moved. I'm sure there was a thread about Huntelaar a while back on the same topic.

Dear oh dear. Does the hospital know you're using the computer again ? You really are a tedious little twat. Did your parents call you Cracker because everytime you're pulled a really crappy fucking joke spills out ? Or is it because you're like a cheap plastic novelty ? I know, it's because youre only pulled once a year -and that's with another mental patient . Good God, you dont even support Chelsea, just come on here as an apologist for Israeli genocide and Zionist rubbish. Yes we've been very 'Moderate' with you up to now. Please, fuck off there and give us some peace.

To my mind there shouldn't be a price on health. Call me idealistic. Ok ''ooh, ooh but the drugs cost money'' -''Well fucking pay for them out of our taxes then you profit mad cunts''. Too many people wanting a slice out of the cake and wanting to make money out of illness. Who suffers ? The poor. Take a look at the US system.
