  1. Think 99.9% of people condemn racist abuse. But with this the media have become judge. jury and executioner before anything has been proven at all. The mud will stick even if it's clear he shouted ''You Manc cunt''. The black guy in the crowd on TV this morning said he heard nothing racist. What hasn't been mentioned is that Sterling was getting general abuse because he'd taken out Luiz five minutes before, and this happens at every corner at every ground.
  2. Media just concentrating on Sterling 'incident'. Completely overshadowed what was a fantastic performance. Whether there was racial abuse or not -the mud will stick now
  3. Lip readers will be able to determine one way or another whether it was ''Manc cunt''- hard to fathom that someone whose all time hero is probably Drogba said black cunt - but there are morons out there...
  4. I'm not saying it did or didn't happen but is it very possible he said Manc cunt and black cunt confused Sterling. If it's the incident I'm thinking of then there's also a black guy right in earshot of everything. who doesn't react....
  5. Good point -if Pep has a weakness, it's underestimating and not giving respect to opponents, just belief in that they are better.
  6. Lose at Wolves then this performance... God I love being a Blue, a Chelsea Blue
  7. I remember the same allegations levelled at Pep during his first season - however the difference being he was given unlimited cash -£150million on fullbacks, then gets LaPorte as well etc. I'm also seeing a pattern of just employing 2 strikers in the full squad. Pretty sure Conte and Sarri would prefer a minimum of 3. So it comes back to our board in a way, in terms of cash flow for managers. What they do is just get another gaffer in, which masks the problems. Some blame with allowing sari to bring Jorginho when we have the best defensive midfielder in the World already. Talking of which if Jorginho starts against Citeh I am going down the pub ay half time...
  8. Sarri clock is ticking -tick,tock,tick,tock, Next.....
  9. No drive or sheer desire to stick it in the onion bag, 70% possession and 3 shots on target. Also so predictable -other seasons and we're losing you think and hope we can get a late one -with this shower I started watching United v Arse for the last 5 minutes because you knew we wouldn't score. Fucking abysmal.
  10. We just aren’t clinical enough at the top end of the pitch. We look like Arsenal under Wenger, pretty but at times but also very ineffectual.
  11. Need to put teams to the sword earlier, todays three points could be said are down to two superb stops by Kepa However, always comfortable and good atmos at the game
  12. Loftus Cheek is a beast, so agile for a big bloke, the way he slaloms past players. We need to hang on to him and Hudson Odoi.
  13. Been suffering from cancer for a year -wishing him all the best https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-6429203/Chelsea-legend-Gianluca-Vialli-battling-cancer-year.html?fbclid=IwAR3zPhF8Q5N7tBHpot_yS2SzTgFDGrEwew7HGya6n3e57MIt4lIYRKK7ljQ
  14. He shouldn't be too taken aback. Night before the game on TV they were showing how Everton managed to neutralize him by surrounding him with four players. Even on FIFA 19 part of the standard commentary is 'players need to get closer to the Brazilian'.
  15. Luiz was lunching the whole time, like he'd had a pre match spliff. Sp*rs were pretty awful, but had better fitness. The gulf between Man City and the pack is cavernous, just give them the title now.
  16. Willian on the hour or 70th minute with a deafening rendition of his song
  17. His reading of the game, anticipation of opponents play is second to none. His 'it's my ball I'm getting it back' attitude is exemplary. Five years more of that constant running is asking a lot, but hopefully....
  18. Just because the bloke filming them is calling them cunts and a disgrace ? Not sure what they've done wrong tbh.
  19. Cheers Johnny. Not that much of an England fan but it was a good game that takes them to the semis in your Portugal. The victory also guarantees England a place in the Euro 2020 play-offs, a fallback in the event they fail to qualify for that tournament through the traditional route.
