Then I thought Chelsea TV - so created account, added my viewing card - all looks registered and even shows I subscribe to Chelsea TV - but every time I click on the FUCKING VIDEO IT SAYS I NEED TO SUBSCRIBE!!!! Think everybody's expectations are way too high... Anywhere in top 3 is good for EPL - we finished 6th 2 seasons ago and 3rd this/last season - need to maintain that at least... FA Cup is unpredictable - so Semis are realistic, same with COC... Champs League - hmm getting out of the group will be first test, then anything after that I'm cool with. As a team we need 3 signings at least and to integrate loan players back into the team - this wont happen overnight... I'm cautiously optimistic though

I have voted: 1) League is not a priority 2) Semi-Finals will do 3) Clear group stages Reasons: A) My expectations are low - whilst Rafa got us some silverware - we have a lot of dead wood and players out on loan, now whilst its easy to say they are playing great at their respective loan club, we need to integrate those players into Chelsea - that wont happen overnight. in addition to the above, we'll also likely sign a few more players - this will amplify the issue somewhat, now of course it's possible to get a team working quickly, but it isn't the norm! So limiting my expectations accordingly. C) We need a good steady burn from a manager not a flash and then darkness and I truly believe we can achieve this. The problem however is going to be the press and our own fans - they are going to expect Chelsea to dominate again - I'm not sure this is possible with our overall squad next season. D) I really hope we have a Plan B to the 4-2-3-1 formation and I think this will take time to evolve - so again not trying to rush anything Finally - just hoping for calm - obviously if we do better than my expectations I will be absolutely delighted - but I no longer believe in the 'magic bullet' scenario (sign x player, sign y manager) - to win consistently a lot of things have to be kept running and that is tough Roll on the official announcement and next season though

Wow - I'm lost for words? Have you seen Modric play? I watched him again tonight in Real Sociedad vs Real Madrid. He was pulling ALL the strings in midfield! He creates chances - he's not a natural finisher and with a Striker, Mata, Hazard and possibly Oscar in front of him he doesn't need to be a prolific scorer! The problem we CHELSEA have is that we don't have a DLP - we have nobody to Orchestrate the game - Modric does this and Modric, Mata and Hazard in the same team is a great prospect. Fabregas is often played as a false Striker and is not the same player as Modric, he's more like Mata Yaya is a good finisher - but he doesn't score that many a season (unless its against us!) Honestly, if you believe Dembele is a better replacement for Modric then I'm lost for words... Dembele is good at best, Modric is unplayable... Ask any Spurs fan who they'd have - all would say Modric.... Modric for us IS and WILL be a great signing !!!

Sure it's not against the rules - but insulting a decent Chelsea player like Essien is never the best way to endear yourself to the Chelsea faithful. Yes, we all agree his best years are behind him, and if wasnt for the TOXIC dressing room at Real Madrid, he wouldn't have played as much as he did...
