Stamford Bridge - London New Wembley - London and these i belive have not been mentioned: Stadio Olimpico - Rome National Arena - Bucharest Giulesti - Valentin Stanescu Stadium - Bucharest (home of Rapid Bucharest) Ghencea Stadium - Bucharest (home of Steaua Bucharest) Dan Paltinisanu Stadium - Timisoara (home of FC Timisoara)
i feel we could of won it in 2003-2004, we had such easy oposition to play against in the semi-final and final, compared to these last years: Monaco and Porto.
i was sick when watching the CL final, fever, caughing, the whole lot. nedless to say, when the match was over, i was magically feeling healthy again. until the next day that is. what a night! what a mach!
just wanted to post this aswell. i think this would have been a potencial buy if we hadn't won the CL, but with that trophy in the bag, i think the club will attract players with more pedigree. my 2 cents.
no point telling him he will be the main striker for next year. anyhow, i really really hope we stick with him and he comes good. man, it was so frustrating to see how scored against us when he was still playing for l'pool. you just knew he was going to score. the same as didier and arsenal.
i hope he surpasses Bobby Tambling and becomes Chelsea's top goalscorer. as some of you said here, he will be playing much deeper but if he still takes the penalties and scores a few goals from open play aswell, i think in 1 and a half-2 years time he will be top of the list.
yeah, and from what i've heard, in this year's season review, this competition isn't treated as it should be. i mean, we won the f'in thing, a little more work please, more interviews, unseen footage, celebrations and stuff.
