Jose back where he belongs. It won't truly sink in til we are up and running, and we see him at a game. But this off season has been pretty boring so its good to get some sort of movement, towards football again.

Villa is an upgrade on Torres, but i wouldn't start him over Lukaku.

If we were a team that player 4-4-2, then absolutely. But I see very little chance of that happening, as it doesn't suit the majority of our young AM's. Lukaku and benteke in a 4-4-2 would be immense. Probably the most physical attacking partnership I can think off. Probably ever. But having one play second fiddle in a one man system doesn't sit right with me as I have already said. But he would probably be great at Spurs.

Buy benteke who is pretty much Lukaku. So we would be buying a similar player to lukaku who would in some way get in the way of him. I know it's a long season etc, but like goalkeepers there has to be a clear no. 1. Now this isn't a problem with the likes of rooney as they are completely different players, and could even be played together. And offer completely different options. He is a great player. And if we sign him then I will get behind it but I really don't see the need. Especially when he will be 25 mil +

Our midfield ha s a lot of problems. One player won't magically make it disappear, but this guy can really put a dent in it. We all saw what Jose managed to do with Makelel, and we need a solid DM. 135k is a bit steep, but it is the prize you pay for a quality player. And in that sort of role, providing he stays fit there is no reason to believe he cant still be worth that in 4 years time. Its not like his reduction in pace or something will dramtically impact his role. Imo, get him. Then we can play a variety of players alongside him. We also need some experience, and cant have everyone being U25. Makes sense to me.

The "move it to England" comment was a joke hence the . But if you are serious. Then it is a completely different situation. And the danger in Brazil is far far worse than in the England. Which is surely obvious. And terrorist attacks happen everywhere. We also took down the guys as well. There are also lots of amateur football games everywhere. Very few result in anything close to what happened there. So it is a completely different situation.

It all depends on who, and their pricetag. But i am happy just trusting Lukaku and chucking him up top.

But they are pretty much the same striker. So we would be buying another one, just for rotation purposes. Lukaku is very young and incredibly fir and can shoulder the bulk of the games. IF we are gonna spend 20 mil on a striker we are better off in my opinion buying someone who gives us another option. Torres is still probably gonna play some games and we have ba. So 20 mil, for someone to alternate with Lukaku seems a bit pointless imo. If he is cheaper then ok, because then it would be more of an investment as we can make a profit on him long term.
