Selective memory is the word for a lot of people on here. It is actually sad the amount of people that are turning there back on him. We were excellent against Palace but some will use that game as proof to say we are better of without Hazard. In the long run, having ihm out the team will show much of a miss he would be.

It most probably is rubbish. Maybe they want him on a loan with a view to a permanent deal but his days here are numbered. He has wasted 2 years now. Last year he went to a Russian team and terminated the loan within 1-2 days. Then went on loan to a Greek team where he never played and that ended up being terminated. Then went to Blackpool and was also a complete idiot. Could not get in the team and was more interested in creating headlines of the field than on it. Now he is at Hibernian in the second division in Scotland and cannot manage to start a game. An example of a player with poor attitude who does not appreciate the talent they have been born with it and it will go to waste. Well when he leaves he will leave a young wealthy man but well done on messing up your football career, Islam. Never been a fan of him tbh.

The nationality feature has been removed. For instance me and ChelseaLegend had Jamaican flags showing. Now I see the UK flag for mine and the Canadian for his. It basically puts up the flag of the country you are living in whereas in the past one it was your choice of nationality that would be featured as the main flag if you know what I mean.

In the last 3 games he has played, he literally has refrained from getting into any confrontations at all. You can see Delaney was trying to wind him up like he did at SF and because of that he got the better of him. Today, he tried to do the same but did not work. Did a reckless challenge in the first half but Costa did not react. Love that and you can see Hiddink has had words to help him focus on football only and it is really playing off.

Palace were poor today but it was more because we were the better team and dominated. Pardew praised our performance himself. Mourinho after the 1-0 lead would sit on it and invite way too much pressure. Yeah, it could turn out to be a false dawn but I saw a lot today (against a team who many people thought we would lose) to convince me we are on the way up.

I agreed with everything you said and was going to give you a like until you said that about Oscar. He was fantastic. That wa shis best performance for us this season. Yes, I rated his performance higher than the Swansea game and Sunderland one a fortnight ago.

I hope this performance makes his critics realise how useful of a squad player he is. He does his job. He is not going to play consistently world class but for a player who knows he is a back up role and comes in and performs like that, we should appreciate that. He proves that he can do a role in Matic absence and hopefully that performance assures people he will be fine in place of Matic for PSG. Great game and great valuable player. Why people think we should ship him. I never know. Anyway, today he showed the quality he has. Simply brilliant.

I hope all those critics who said he will not be any different to Mourinho give him the credit he deserves. Clear difference he has made so far and the team looks so much fluid. Like I said, I am greatful for what Mourinho has done here but this change for the season should have been made a lot earlier.

What a performance. All this after Hazard went off. Got to give credit to Hiddink. I questioned him starting Fabregas with Mikel. They were simply brilliant. Willian was magnificent once again. Oscar was pure gold as well. Costa is starting to look the striker of last season. Was excellent. Hold up play, runs and back to scoring. Great assist for Oscar too. Defence magnificent. People criticised him for starting Ivanovic but even he was fantastic too as was the rest of the defence. Nice to keep another clean sheet as well. I think those who were skeptical of Hiddink will give him a lot more credit now. His decisions was vindicated and got us playing lovely football today. COYB

Fantastic performance today. He was arguably our MOTM along with Willian, Mikel and Costa. This was better than his Swansea and Sunderland performance. So impressed.His next target... consistency. Play like that every week and he will turn out the player we all hoped for and us as a team will be much better

I am happy with Fabregas in as we need him to unlock the opposition but I would have rathered Oscar been dropped and had Mikel and Matic just behind him. Really confused about that because he had a very good game against United.

Come on. Costa has to start after his 2 goals against Watford. And RLC is not going to start. We all should know that by now.

The crazy thing is there are still people on here who think he is average and he is not doing anything different. He is one of the best players in the league. He has never been a stat god but he has so much qualities. If people actually think we need to upgrade him, then boy they are seriously crazy.

Was just watching 'The best of Hazard' on Chelsea TV. Was featuring all his Chelsea goals. Would have probably made sense to make it when he reached 50 goals but either way, it was a joy to watch. I even recorded it so I can keep watching it over and over again and remembering how good Hazard is. Some of the goals he has scored since joining us has been sublime. Some excellent goals with his weaker foot too. I will be keeping this saved on the sky recorder for ages. So much enjoyments. I love recapturing his cheeky style of penalties as well. Can't wait to see this Hazard come back. We really need his old self back and still hard to believe he has not scored a goal yet. I am sure when the first comes, we will see a flurry of more. Either way on top form, the guy is world class. Some of his Chelsea goals have been unbelievable.

I tell you, if he can improve his play on the ball, he has all the makings to be a world class centre back. Look at Cahill for instance. Not brilliant on the ball, but decent with it. Zouma can practise his use of the ball then he will be a star CB.

Majority of Mourinho supporters who are bitter about him leaving are literally waiting to pounce on Hiddink on anything he does wrong rather than give him support.

I see your point however because he has been in charge for a few days, I am assuming he does not want to make wholesale changes as of yet. He probably saw how we performed against Sunderland and did not want to change too much. However the next few weeks will show if he is willing to make different changes to Jose. I hope he does tbh but I think he wanted to continue with a winning team against Sunderalnd. Play safe against United. Now he has a whole week more to prepare, we will see how different he is to Jose.

LOL. What utter rubbish to come with after 2 games in charge. At least we created against Watford and looked more like an attacking team. Moruinho lost against Bournemouth. Let's put things into perspective. How about we use common sense and wait until Hiddink has had a few games in charge. I get you like Mourinho a lot mate but did you ever criticize him for those exact things he did himself? I don't think you did pal. I don't think we should have kept with Mourinho. First game without him and we play our best football of the season? Coincidence or not. I don't mind people who defend Mourinho but berating Hidding for what Mourinho done is completely hypocritical and shows that some people will defend Mourinho, no matter what. Now when Hiddink guides us to wins, I guarantee you a lot of the Mourinho supporters will start reverting to the claim "they want to play for Hiddink but chose to not play for Moruinho" because they don't want to give any credit to Hiddink. And regarding Matic, you are being very harsh. He was a big reason we never lost the game. He was very good today apart from the miss. He got another chance to play and Hiddink's decision proved right. He was excellent.

This game has actually come at a good time for us. Costa is back and should be raring to go again. Hazard hopefully should be at 100%. Palace on the other hand have Bolasie injured. Thanks god for that. Just imagine what he would have done to Ivanovic again. Cabaye is also suspended. Two big blows for them. Sako injured too as well as Wickham. Palace have been very good this season but injuries will cost them imo. Big chance for us.

I think Matic tbh. But either way my point is that he had a fantastic game and can be excused for not scoring that opportunity.
