In fairness to Mourinho, he made a bold and the correct decision regarding Courtois. Thanks God he did not waste away him too. And I am not saying Lukaku deserved everything handed to a plate for him but when he was here he was our best striker by miles. He should have started at least once. I wouldn't say he lacks respects but I think he has come across naive in his interviews before and you could use his naivety as an excuse. Mourinho, imo could have done more to make him feel valued here and convince him that he was part of his big plans. If he really was, he would not have let him go out on loan. But every player/manager makes mistakes. Even Mourinho has let himself down and embarressed himself with his comments sometimes. Come on. But like KDB and Lukaku, we were not patient with them and it was clear to see how good Lukaku was and would be which frustrates me as to why he was never given a serious chance. Ba started against Villa though? Lukaku was better than Torres even at that age. Just look what he had accomplished the season before and how easily he settled in during pre-season but to not have started a game and think he left the club because he was unwilling to fight for his place, I disagree. He had a point to prove and did once again on loan but still that was not good enough.
-
He scored goals galore the season before. Was our top goalscorer in pre-season. Majority of people expected to see Lukaku lining up against Hull but he was a sub. Then he was a sub against Villa which I thought he would start and then against United, Schurrle who is not even a natural CF started instead and then Bayern in the Supercup he was also a sub. Then to sum it up he got a 33 year old striker who he made clear he was going to favour. I think Lukaku was smart enough to know which route it was going. He was not given a fair chance at all and Mourinho did not show enough fight to keep him here and make him feel valued.
-
No. Mourinho did not give him a serious chance and decided to buy a 33 year old striker to sum it up. We shall all know by now that Lukaku made the right choice and Mourinho and giving serious chances to youth players has never been one he is good at.
-
One of them were clear. The other one was a difficult angle. Either way, he scored a great header and is on 15 for the season and has improved signifcantly this season. I agree he could of easily had a hattrick but he still has scored for fun and if I would take a striker who scores for us every game but misses a few in the game, I would take him.
-
He is proving how complete of a striker he is again. Great strength/hold up play, movement, assisting, heading, technique. What does he actually lack? At this rate, he may get Vardy's record. Can't stop scoring.
-
And it's funny that the other ones who were impressed with his performance are also the same ones who criticize him quite often (me and DF). Weird that
-
Regardless of how good Leciester are doing, I don't want to see us play with the same tactics we did at WHL. We should go straight out on the offensive as we need wins now. Not draws and should be going out for the win. Look what Arsenal did when they went there by playing attacking football.
-
He scored a good goal but I think you are getting mixed up with Cornet who actually scored the cracker.
-
Never scored tonight and had some bad touches but I love the fight he showed tonight. He was quality with his overall play tonight. Just had a bit of bad luck with his finishing and touch letting him down but much more positive.
-
Shame he did not score tonight but along with Willian and Matic, he was our best player. Still got an assist and was the main provider for the first goal tbh. Great performance.
-
Another quality performance. There are some people who always look to make excuses for him but he has been our best player by far this season and really deserves more praise. If he was in a more attacking team or swapped roles with Douglas Costa at Bayern people would be raving over him. When our team improves as a whole then I think more people might actually appreciate how much of a quality player Willian is.
-
I am not his biggest fan as I have criticised him a lot of times but apart from a couple times where he lost the ball, I think he has done very well tonight.
-
Really pleased with Oscar's contribution tonight, must say.
-
Another person with not much knowledge about football or Chelsea would think you are telling RLC and Fabregas both to fuck off. Use of the full stop is vital
-
It is ridiculous really. The club invested in KDB and Lukaku which was very pleasing and when Jose got rid of them, the board should have not allowed it. Jose just fucked it up because he does not build for the future. Any other manager would of seen the world class potential in KDB and Lukaku rather than ship them out. So bloody frustrating that Jose fucked this up for us. So painful to see KDB and Lukaku thriving while Jose's chosen ones are continuing to under perform. Now the fact that we sought short term success rather than long term is affecting us now. Could we do with Bertrand? Yes. KDB? Of course. Even Mata. Lukaku. All of them was sold by fucking Mourinho. Lukaku was breaking records in the league at the age of 19 but we wern't patient with him and should of actually given him the chances he deserves. Now look. He certainly has improved his qualities where he could play against a team that puts all there men behind the ball. It is actually Costa who seems to be struggling with that now while Lukaku has improved on these elements.

Courtois made a couple good saves against Bournemouth. A team we should be battering. LOL. Lukaku scored and had an impressive performance and reached a landmark amount of goals. Of course Lukaku is going to be more mentioned. Courtois could of made 3 penalty saves against Bournemouth and tbh I still would not feel right to give him high praise when we lost to one of the worst teams in the league. That is just ridiculous mate, come on. I feel quite embarrassed that some members may feel Courtois needs to be praised for having a 'great game' against a team like Bournemouth at our own ground. Speaks volumes about how bad we have gone overnight.
-
His technique from outside the box as improved massively as well. Was very unlucky with 2 efforts yesterday. Could of really had a hattrick and it was not down to poor finishing. It was due to bad luck. But right now he has everything. Hold up play is getting better game by game, his aerial ability, technique, power, finishing. Right now I would not say Costa is better than him in any aspect tbh.

I seriously can't understand how anyone wants Mourinho to stay. We are a top club playing repulsive football. That is not even an exaggeration. We had one of the finest LB in Europe and sold him because Mourinho decided Azpi should be starting nearly every game. The fact that Mourinho thinks that is the way forward to go long term by keep playing Ivan at RB and Azpi at LB shows me his approach to football. Bertrand, Luis, who are 2 natural left footed players should never have gone but both sold. Then us being a top club, playing the likes of Liverpool and West Ham who are inferior to us and having Zouma at RB is utterly embarrassing. Just how does that work out? Look at all top teams and see one their biggest strengths is by having 2 natural FB in their correct position. I mean some people were happy with the point against Spurs. That just sums up Mourinho for me. Another manager would look at the game and look out the difference between points between the 2 and actually try to win the game. But Mourinho was happy to take a point. I just don't get that way of thinking when a club like ours is languishing near the foot of the table. Then just look at every game we have played this season in the league. We have not stringed 2 consecutive wins together and there has literally not been 1 performance in the league from us this season that has been convincing. That is unacceptable. The club going forward with Mourinho is not getting us anywhere. Losing to a Bournemouth side sums that up. That is literally zero-tolerance. Especially at home. Spurs scored 5 past them away from home. Everton scored 3 past them way from home. City scored 5 past them. We bloody lost to them with virtually our whole team fit. That speaks volumes. Even Villa and Newcastle managed to beat them. LOL and just imagine what Arsenal are going to do to them. We need someone new just to come in and get us playing how we should and I have watched enough of us to know that Mourinho is not that man. It is actually embarrassing watching what Mourinho has turned us in to.

How right you have been proven... Same that you mentioned with Oscar. Jack of all trades, master of none and now he is been shown up big time for it.
-
That is where you are wrong. Teams are not stupid to think Hazard has gone poor overnight. Top teams will take him calmly because he is a world class player and still very young. He is not playing good but there are other teams who would take him at a heartbeat because he would be quality in their team. Epsecially for a team that actually plays football.
-
Even if we win, what does it prove? He got us through to the UCL knockouts which should be a minimum requirement. It still does not disguise the fact that we have been awful. Regardless of results, he needs to go.
-
Can you imagine what a different, more innovative coach would do with the likes of Mata, KDB, Lukaku, Bertrand at his disposal? Only Mourinho would get rid of all of those talents we had and resort us to playing football that bores you to death. Playing the likes of Zouma RB etc. Just deluded...

Costa'a attitude was a perfect example yesterday of someone who did not give a fuck and just does not want to play for Mourinho. When he came on, he was more concerned with wrestling the Bournemouth players. He again got dominated in the air, off the ball and on the ball and could not get the better of the Bournemouth players. Did he actually offer anything of note yesterday? He then decided to shout at the ref and was playing a close card game. The same thing he was criticised for against Norwich despite scoring, of not getting into areas where he should be to score he did the same yesterday. He just remained static and never offered any movement at all. Ian Wright was spot on with his criticism on MOTD. Hazard too was another example yesterday of someone who you just knows has the ability to tear apart this Bournemouth team but just had the attitude of "fuck it. Can't be asked". When your best player remains ineffective against a team like Bournemouth, you know something is wrong. No goals to his name, and average performance yesterday. I think the message is clear. Our players have lost confidence in Mourinho and he needs to go ASAP. I still can't get over the fact that we lost this.

http://www.skysports.com/watch/tv-shows/sunday-supplement/news/10091107/chelsea-debating-how-long-to-give-jose-mourinho Please, please, just sack him. Has ruined us in so many ways. Poor football, poor results, poor treatment of Eva, given us a negative image by the media with all his BS. Tired of it. What do people think he can actually bring us? Even our victories this season have been below par performances. Sick of it and what him gone. I can do with an interim till end of season if it means Mourinho going. Then next season we hire someone now from scratch. The players have completely lost confidence in him too and that is the biggest concern.
-
I get you love Oscar but can you just accept that we can do much better than him. What has he actually offered us this season and for majority of last season? Medicore displays. Today just took it to another level. There is a reason Oscar got subbed off at H/T. Not just because he was poor but I think Mourinho realised himslef that Oscar was not actually going to do anything in attack. Hazard's goal return has been poor this season and he has been poor but he has been a lot better than Oscar. Hazard was our best player against Arsebal, Stoke, Norwich and changed the game second half against Newcastle. West Brom was very good too. Oscar had one good game against Swansea and put in a good defensive performance against Arsenal. That is about it. Yeah, Moruinho does fuck up our attacking players but Oscar has not shown signs of his 'potential' for a long while now and I am sick of it.
