  1. http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11668/10100602/jose-mourinhos-chelsea-position-unchanged-sky-sources This is just bullshit. I think really and truly this time, it is a case of saving money for Abramovich. This is just too bad to think Mourinho can turn it around and the board knows it. Our top scorer in the league is Costa and own goals with only 3! That is unacceptable. Hazard still has no goals. If that is not a sign that the manager needs to go, then what is? I don't know how much longer I can continue to watch this farcical going on at the club and their persistence by Jose. We are 16th and hovering aboving the relegation zone. Just in what world do the board think he can turn it round? The players have lost him and he has lost the players. Like I said before, more of a financial decision rather than a logical one.
  2. What the hell was Terry doing for Vardy's goal please? Embarrassing.
  3. This match actually proved as bad as Fabregas has been, him being dropped is not the answer. Same team against Porto yet we still were dominated and overran like we have been all season. Again, the system is broke, the team does not have an identity and it seems the players are guessing as to what to do when they receive the ball.
  4. Or maybe she realises how bad the situation is at our club and by the time the case is over Mourinho is hopefully sacked.
  5. I can only think that the people who are voting on this thread to keep Mourinho in must have been promised by him that if they act as witnesses at the Swansea match in the opening game of the season and state in court "I was at the stadium and Mourinho did not say or do anything that was prejudiced against Carneiro", that he will give them a nice financial bonus. That must be the only explanation because as bad as the players have been, it is obvious that there is no connection between the players and managers and when that happens the manager has to go. How can anyone not see that? This season has been torture. I just can't believe what has happened with this team in such a short space of time. I know the signs were there from the end of last season but this bad? Just no.
  6. We have not even seen the best of him in a Chelsea shirt yet but he was very good when he came on. I am fully convinced that we will see the best of Pedro and more of that WBA game if Mourinho is sacked. Get a manager who can actually play football. Mahrez is on 11 league goals. If he is here, 0 goals, 0 assists. Douglas Costa would have been the same and he would be considered another winger who does his 'defensive work'. Get Mourinho out and we see the real Pedro.
  7. No. Mourinho should walk before that game has even started. Even if we win with him in charge it will only prove to be another false dawn. I am sick of hearing "if he loses this then he has to go". He has embarrassed the club as much as it is already for people to even think he should be given extra matches to prove himself.
  8. I like you Stroey mate, but just wanted to point out this is the exact reason why I totally disagreed with you when you said judge him after the Porto game. Because I knew even if we did win that game (which we did) it would prove to be another false dawn and once again it has shown. We don't build on wins. Time after time this season. Just not good enough. How can we go from having a good performance against Porto to what we produced today. That first half and the Newcastle one was as bad of a first half I have ever seen. We are now 16th and I will seriously have concerns about what is in the club's best interests if Mourinho continues to be manager after this. Monk of Swansea who are doing better than us and have much lower expectations sacked their manager because they need better results yet us, a team who have much higher expectations are still clinging on to our manager. There is literally no excuse for Mourinho to stay now. He just can't. This is just beyond ludicrousy if I hear another vote of confidence call from the board.
  9. No. He is not. Mourinho is just an arrogant shit who should be playing him at RB rather than playing him LB every game.
  10. Fuck of Mourinho! Fuck of Mourinho! This just hit a new low. If Mourinho is not sacked after this, there is literally one explanation. They don't want to lose out on money because there is nothing Jose can do with us any more. He is lost and we need a new direction which was obvious from weeks ago. Shame it is just too late now.
  11. I hope this clueless man is sacked after this or if not it just shows the board don't give two fucks about the club. He has ruined us. Sitting 16th in the table. Just do the right thing and resign you useless piece of shit. Just look at our position and how bad he has got us playing. Sick of it. Next club who hires him should only hire him on a 1 year basis because all he is good for is short term. We truly know the meaning of he can't build long term success. 16th OMFG, just get the fuck out my club who you are just ruining day by day and making it hard for us to watch anymore.
  12. He been the only decent one imo. Not great but decent. Players should be ashamed of themselves but I have no doubt that another manager can get us playing better than the shit we have been producing tonight and all season. When are the board going to wake the fuck up and just let Mourinho go. His football is awful and he literally does not have a clue with what to do with the team.
  13. WOW. Just no clue at all. Where is the attacking incentive. 0 shots on target. Just what is Mourinho's game plan? Whatever it is, it is bloody awful. Team does not have a clue. The whole team have been bad but Oscar after praising him in the week just looks back to his old self. Doing absloutely nothing. Getting bullied of the ball and not actually looking anything like a no 10. Costa has been awful. Wow, the team really needs a new direction. This is just bad man and I am worried. I don't give a fuck what happened with us beating Porto. If we lose this I want Mourinho gone. 16th. Just LOL. Not just the fact we are losing, it is the fact that we have been awful and are not creating shit. How long is this going to continue? And once again this match just shows why us not having two natural attacking FB restricts us so much. No wonder we have been bereft of goals. Utter joke!
  14. How things change in a short space of time. This stage last season, huge chunk of fans were very happy with the draw and just envisaging Costa embarrassing Luiz. Now, this season, nearly all of us are dreading the tie despite majority of our team still being here while PSG main addition is Di Maria. Maybe the underdog tag may just work in our favour. Who knows...
  15. Hopefully last season's exit should teach us to give it more of an effort in bigger games. Our tactics in the tie last season, especially at home was embarrassing.
  16. It will be Cavani. Di Maria plays on the right, Ibra through the middle and Cavani on the left.
  17. Yeah, me myself have doubts because of Mourinho. There are games, that despite our position, he still will be happy to play for the point rather than going more attacking in the game and from now till the end of the season we really need wins, even if it means going to away grounds that could prove very difficult.
  18. Juve's form has been excellent recently. Don't want them. They are only 6 points of Inter who are top and I would think they still would catch Inter.
  19. I think you are forgetting that there is a long, long way to go. City and Arsenal for me are not catchable. Are Leicester (assuming we beat them tomorrow)? Of course. Are United catchable? I think they are. They don't create enough chances, are blighted by injuries and they are getting caught out now and we have them to play home and away. Spurs will have their dip in form and have to visit us and City. I am not going to say I think we definitely will make top 4 with our unpredictable form but if we put wins together then who knows? I am looking at Arsenal last season from this point onwards. They got 31 points from Dec 13 to March 4th. That was title winning form but they made a stuttering start to the season. But they made it in to top four in the end quite comfortable and I remember this stage last season, many people thought Southampton would get in to top 4. Arsenal ended up finishing well clear of them. We are obviously in a more perilous position but 3rd and 4th, we can grab. If we go on a similar run to Arsenal from now till March and pick up similar points, we could and probably will easily be in the top 4 frame. Furthermore, if we can continue with that till May, then even better. But that is providing, we stop the inconsistencies. The team needs a couple consecutive wins, which we have failed to do in the league so far. But look, Leicester, Sunderland and Watford next. As good as Leicester are, I really beleive we can get 9 points. After that is United whose whole back 4 is injured. The christmas period will say a lot. Remember there was a stage last season where City caught us on level points despite originally being 12 points behind. No one would have thought that would have happened but football is a funny old game. We have the quality. Just need to show it and go on a run like we know we are capable of.
  20. We have been done a huge favour by Newcastle and WBA (shame they could not hang on for the win). All the main rivals for top 4 messed up. United, Liverpool, Spurs. We just have to take advantage tomorrow. No draw. A win, win, win! Knowing Spurs always slip up, United are playing awful and Leicester, I assume will go off form eventually, top 4 is not unrealistic.
  21. I wanted Bournemouth to win. Even it means us dropping below them. We draw or win on Monday, we go back above them and even though the table looks dim, I would not completely put it past us to catch United. They have way too many injuries, have to compete in Uefa Europa League and seem to have reached a stumbling block. Although we won the title last season, there was a point where we were IIRC 12 points ahead of them at one stage and they caught up with us on the same points. We still have United to play home and away. Football is an odd game.
  22. Fair enough but unlike Azpi and Cahill who were more or less only competing with 1 player for their position, Lukaku was competing with three and it was a world cup year and he wanted to get as much action as possible, especially with the likes of Benteke around. Either way, I still think Mourinho thought they were not ready because of their age and not playing for a big club.
  23. In fairness to Mourinho, he made a bold and the correct decision regarding Courtois. Thanks God he did not waste away him too. And I am not saying Lukaku deserved everything handed to a plate for him but when he was here he was our best striker by miles. He should have started at least once. I wouldn't say he lacks respects but I think he has come across naive in his interviews before and you could use his naivety as an excuse. Mourinho, imo could have done more to make him feel valued here and convince him that he was part of his big plans. If he really was, he would not have let him go out on loan. But every player/manager makes mistakes. Even Mourinho has let himself down and embarressed himself with his comments sometimes. Come on. But like KDB and Lukaku, we were not patient with them and it was clear to see how good Lukaku was and would be which frustrates me as to why he was never given a serious chance. Ba started against Villa though? Lukaku was better than Torres even at that age. Just look what he had accomplished the season before and how easily he settled in during pre-season but to not have started a game and think he left the club because he was unwilling to fight for his place, I disagree. He had a point to prove and did once again on loan but still that was not good enough.
  24. He scored goals galore the season before. Was our top goalscorer in pre-season. Majority of people expected to see Lukaku lining up against Hull but he was a sub. Then he was a sub against Villa which I thought he would start and then against United, Schurrle who is not even a natural CF started instead and then Bayern in the Supercup he was also a sub. Then to sum it up he got a 33 year old striker who he made clear he was going to favour. I think Lukaku was smart enough to know which route it was going. He was not given a fair chance at all and Mourinho did not show enough fight to keep him here and make him feel valued.
  25. No. Mourinho did not give him a serious chance and decided to buy a 33 year old striker to sum it up. We shall all know by now that Lukaku made the right choice and Mourinho and giving serious chances to youth players has never been one he is good at.
