  1. Even if he was not supporting him, he would not come and say he has to go. These quotes from our players or former player don't mean anything. Because they are major figures in the world of football, it is not their duty to say they should do. Now if they were pundits with no football backgrounds, that is when you will hear people saying Mourinho should go. A lot of our players and former top players say these things for the sake of it.
  2. But they are right. Mourinho was talking about the importance of having the squad united together and all he does is segregate himself from the team more with his behaviour. There are ways about going to conduct yourself, especially when you are treading on thin ice as it is. Does he really think he will get away with all of his actions? If he had the club's interests at heart he would conduct himself more professionally but it is as if he don't give two fucks any more. Just way too much drama and we don't deserve this. It is quite selfish really.
  3. As talksport just said, Mourinho should just do the decent thing and resign. He has embarressed himself, the club and the fans. This is a manager who already had a suspension looming over him and then he went and behaved shamefully against WHU that the FA have now resorted to stop him even entering a stadium. How often do you get a manager being ommitted from the stadium? Just shameful. His behaviour has been nothing short of disgraceful. We might actually have chance of winning that game with him not on the touchline. He just is creating a negative atmosphere around the club and it is taking its toll. He obviously is on borrowed time but really he should just resign. Not just based on results but all the drama he has caused since the start of the season. We don't need this. I just think the fact he knows he will be gone soon, he just don't give a fuck and I am worried about how he sets out the team because in the end of the day he has nothing to lose. We need to win on Wednesday and I don't want a manager who is likely to be gone soon to be taking charge in a must win game. His decisions this season such as humiliating Matic against Southampton is proof that he just don't give a fuck no more. I want someone in charge who has the club's best interest at heart.
  4. As bad as Hazard has been this season and even if if his body language has been poor, if it is a case of Mourinho leaving or Hazard leaving, it is a no-brainer. Mourinho is the type of manager who would sell Hazard without much resistance. Hazard signed a new contract not too long ago so I don't read into these Real rumours too much. I just think he needs a manager who can get the best out of him and does not drop him against relegation battling teams such as Aston Villa because they fear he will not do his defensive duties.
  5. The board were complacent. Simple as that really.
  6. Well we will see. I don't see Pasalic playing under Mourinho.
  7. I am talking about young players. That is the problem. Musonda, Baker, Pasalic, Chalobah, Bamford, Christensen etc. The ones he have given chances to tend to be quite built and he trusts them more.
  8. He is big so he passes the criteria for Mourinho.
  9. Baba signing was probably not even ordered by Mourinho. Not big enough.
  10. Because our wingers are not performing and even then he is constantly playing Keneedy all over the pitch but fair enough, he is getting minutes. Zouma, fair enough but there is a trend I seem to notce. If they are not of a built size, they don't have much chance. Pasalic is not built enough to play for Mourinho.
  11. Yeah, I know he helped but the fact that our first game of the season then was Hull. Majority of this froum expected to see Lukaku in the team but Torres of all people started. I know Hazard said that but Mourinho did not waste time in starting Eto'o. Worse thing was prior to Eto'o joining, none of our strikers even performed yet he still could not get a start. He is just clueless on integrating young players. Lukaku deserved a start in of those games at least.
  12. Mourinho did not trust him to start the games and it would have continued, which is why he got Eto'o. He takes experience over youth. Lukaku was on the bench for 4 games. Eto'o joins and goes in our lineup straight away against Everton. Says a lot.
  13. If Mourinho is in chance, just stuff that idea out the window.
  14. I just can't stop with these Mourinho criticisms. I just feel he has fucked up the club on so many levels. I certainly have seen through one thing, and that is definitely the fact that he cannot build long term success at a club. He is only good for short term. I am not just basing it on results. But off the field issues. Just look the transfers and the way we have dealt with the youth players. Bertrand who for me is arguably up there with the best LB in the league, we loaned him out to Southampton where he was excellent and got into the team of the season last year. This a player who came through our academy, contributed to us winning the UCL and always performed when he stepped in. Why the fuck after an excellent season would we sell him? Mourinho obviously knows with the new rules it is pivotal to have some English players in our squad and we let a pefect one go. He is only 26, excellent defender and attacker and came through the academy. As good as Azpi was for us at LB, he should have been made to compete at RB with Ivanovic with Bertrand slotting in at LB. But what do we do? Afer halfway through last season, we sell him permanently for let's be honest, a bargain £10m on Southampton's side. Now look few months down the line, Luis is sold and we realise we need a new Lb for cover. We got and get a young kid from the Bundesliga who is not as good as Luis or Bertrand for double the fee we sold Bertrand for. Just ludicrous decisions and then worse thing is Mourinho does not even trust this £20m plus player to come on the team. We should never of got into this situation as Bertrand should be here playing as our LB. Now look at the situation we find ourselves in now, Zouma at RB and Azpi at LB. Just LOL.... I know there is a divide with some members in the camp of Lukaku was a coward etc and did not fight for his place while there is another camp where I belong in who believe he was never given a fair chance and was never going to be favoured by Mourinho. This is a striker who scored 20 league goals at WBA however that was still not good enough. He then went out on loan to Everton and banged in the goals once again and he came back and despite being surrounded by average strikers, Mourinho could not feel fit to start him in any of our first 4 games despite his goals record whilst out on loan and the fact that he also produced in pre-season. Why did Mourinho not start him? Because he does not have a clue how to integrate young players in the team and rarely has any trust in them and that is why short term he works but long term he will not because he does not know about long term building which is why he is no good for building teams for the future and this is why I do not want him in the long run. Bayern, we can all agree are the best club in the world right now or one the top three at least. Look at Alaba. One of the best LB in Europe who is also a great versatile player. A few years ago Bayern sent him out on loan to Hoffenheim. Done very well there and Bayern rewarded him with that good loan spell by integrating him in the first team squad and eventually making him a regular in the first 11. Kroos is another example. Although he is at Real now, he was a key player of Bayern's team. Bayern did not buy Kroos. He came through the system. I think they sent him on loan for 1 year to Leverkusen to help him get regular football. Performed out on loan then he came a key part of their CM and is now one of the best playmakers in Europe. What did Mourinho do with our young players who performed out on loan? KDB? A few games he was judged by and not given a fair chance again and eventually gets shipped off. Lukaku could not get a start for his life despite being the best striker here and he got shipped off. Bertrand was quality at Southampton but yet again, sold off. Just disgraceful. Mourinho made all these decisions. Like I said just look at Bayern as an example for integrating youth into your team properly and building success long term. Would be nice of Mourinho if he could fucking give our young players with great potential a vote of confidence rather than pushing all of them out of the exit door. Long essay but worth it. Needed to let that one out.
  15. http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11668/10051889/chelsea-players-try-to-help-jose-mourinho-insist-ramires-and-oscar "It is very disappointing because we played so well in the first half but, at the end of it, Coutinho scored". No wonder why the players play this bad. Mourinho has brainwashed our players apart from Hazard that this style of football is ok unless we don't concede. Wake up Oscar. We did not play well. We played well for 4 bloody minutes then got outplayed. Last time I checked a full half is 45 mins, not 4.
  16. Mourinho is never ideal for dealing with young players with excellent potential.
  17. It is not even an exaggeration but Stoke actually play more entertaining football than we do.
  18. What a performance 1 goal. 2 assists. The second assist was out of this world. And people say is all round game is not great. Improving with age. I wish some of our players could show some of the desire he has shown this game. Costa right now looks a shadow of his former self and is so frustrating to watch.
  19. This. Absolutely ridiculous. Falcao just looks clueless when he comes on but Mourinho will not work on merit. Remy was an excellent impact player for us last season and is better than Falcao, yet he has isolated Remy on the bench so much times to bring on a finished striker like Falcao and it always backfires. He just has made so much fucked up decisions and he has lost it. I struggle to believe he is the only manager to get us out of this current mess. Gladbach ex-manager guided them to 3rd spot last season, which meant they qualified for UCL football automatically. Excellent achievement, however this season, like Mourinho the team got of to an awful start losing their first 6 games in the league, including getting battered in their first UCL opener against Sevilla 3-0. Despite what the manager had done before in the previous season, the team had totally lost all form in the opening games of this season and the Gladbach board realised the situation was not going to change. What do they do? Sack the manager and higher an interim manager within the club who was mangaging the U23 team to take over the first team. Since taking over the Gladbach interim manager has taken control of 9 games. 6 league wins in a row which included beating the likes of Wolfsburg and Schalke convincingly. 1 excellent cup win away to Schalke. An excellent point away to Juventus and their loss was against Man City in the UCL where they were very unfortunate. So he has taken charge of all league games and won every single one. It just shows that you don't need a manager with whole long experience to take over. Sometimes it can be someone within the club who has been here for a while and can build up a strong rapport with the players. Like Favre at Gladbach, the players have lost confidence in Mourinho and they need someone who can give them a kick up the backside and give them new ideas. I would take a manager with experience as first option but right now I would even take someone like Steve Holland till the end of the season until we get a long term manager in. Someone who has been here for a few years and knows the squad well. Gadbach have a much inferior squad to us and yet with this new interim manager have managed to do wonders. If they can do that with inferior players, there is no reason we cannot with better players move in a better direction under a new coach. Moruinho has lost the dressing room, does not have a clue of how to take the team forward and we need an interim to just give the boys the lift. These players have not turned average overnight.
  20. No. Matic is better than both at his best. To even say Lucas is better than Matic is an insult. This is a player Liverpool came close to shipping to Besiktas and Liverpool fans think he is average himself. Matic is a quality DM, just having a difficult season like the rest of the team but on his day he is easily the best DM in the league for me. Lucas is no way near Matic level.
  21. More of a financial decision than a logical one tbh.
  22. Selling Cech tbh has nothing to do with where we are now and is not that bad of a decision imo. He lost his place and the goalkeepers are least of our problems. The only thing Cech going to Arsenal does makes them have one over us as he is saving them points and they are in a mcuh better position than we are.
  23. We lost 3-1 at our own ground and got outplayed by a team missing 2 key players and a team who played most of that game without a natural striker. Course I am ok
  24. Drogba 2006-2007: 33 goals 2007-2008: 26 goals 2008-2009: 14 goals 2009-2010: 37 goals 2010-2011: 13 goals 2011-2012: 13 goals Not bad for a Chelsea striker. Drogba is one of the best strikers we ever have had but we can't expect him to fire goals in forever and gradually the goals declined and his performances. Mourinho has done so before and done so now, brought short term success to every club he is at then gradually the cracks appear and he does not know how to deal with it. If we are going to base every maangers' job on past achievements, no one might as well be sacked. He has done that in the past but like I said he has not proven he can provide long term stablility. We are lost for ideas, the team seem lost under him. I only see one route here.
  25. Yeah but Oscar hardly done his job on the left hand side. I was prepared to give him time but I don't think he ever is going to be anything but a decent player for us. Needs to bulk up and the fact that he does not have one speciality holds us back. Mourinho taking of Hazard was simply to make a statement rather than a football decision. He knwos his time is up soon.
