I would love to see us having blue/white version of current Spanish kit with the V around neck. It would look great like full blue except for stripes and V in white.

4:2:2:2 with ----------Cech----------- -Azpi--Luiz--Terry--Cole- -----Mikel--Moutinho----- ---Mata--------Hazard---- -----Lukaku--Jovetic----- Would work too as Lukaku would be poacher and Jovetic link between Lukaku and midfield. Mata and Hazard exchanging wings with cuts inside. Moutinho (or some other DPL) to dictate from deep, pairing with Mikel. Cole and Azpi to add some width in attacks. We can change to 4:2:3:1 during game or with subing Jovetic with Oscar or Kdb to 4:3:3. Just to mention that since we had so many striker problems, we might have two in lineup to ease pressure from eachother and have even more chance to score. Jovetic is also known for returning back and helping in midfield. But we will probably stick to 4:2:3:1 or 4:3:3, so Jovetic is useless here if Lukaku will start...

I realy miss that Torres even if he was playing for Lpool. He was just beast, now he is nothing...How the fuck can this happen?! I wish he stayed there, score a goal every game against us and end with 30+ goals while we would keep 50mio and buy someone else...

Just a few cheaper options that are available and would add depth to our team: Payet, Lacazette, Lens, Ayew, Gonalons, Mavuba, Soldado, Banega, Feghouli, Strootman, L. Bender, Aubameyang As I mentioned several Ligue 1 players is no surprise. Both Ligue and Epl share several similarities. Both are fast paced, physical leagues. Sure epl has more quality, but our players history tells us that we should buy from France more. Anelka, Drogba, Essien, Malouda and Hazard, Azpi recently are all proof that Ligue 1 players suit us quite well. I would put my bet on Lacazette who is fast direct player with great dribbling and passing. He doesnt score many goals etc, but he is very important for Lyon attacks. Im realy surprised that with lack of wingers in France (basicaly only Ribery, Valbuena and Menez are good), Lacazette isnt yet French international. He is still just 21 and has plenty of time.

Yes, but that was before. WE played counter football where strikers had to be fast and strong, taller to get the ball in air etc. Shewa and Torres never worked because they joined in decline of their careers. When sheva retrn to milan, club he scored all those goals (and was best player in the world at some point), he was just shadow. So it wasnt just Chelsea that was bad for him. Same goes to Torres. He is not the player once was. I bet with his form from 2007-2009, he would be destroying opponents even at Chelsea. But this Torres is shit. As for Ba goes, he is tall and strong and somehow very Drogba/Hasselbaink look alike; but he isnt that good obviously in football skills. So...we have changed our play. We want to keep the ball. Not just pull back and do things on fast counters. We have brilliant creators. With top striker, we would score 2 more goals per game. Defensively, Falcao is no worse than Torres. Imagine that killer Falcao in penalty area, given support from Mazacar... But sure there are few problems. Despite Falcao always played in counter attacking team, he is deadly around goal. It doesnt matter how much space he has. He has great dribbling (effective), he has superb shot and excelent in air. What worries me about Falcao is not his addaptation, but his age. He is 27 and I think last season he was better than this one. Not in terms of goals, but in play. He destroyed us and Atletic alone. He scored several superb goals. Better than this season. He had more fight in him and more to prove like he wants to go in better club. At age 27 he could do a Di Natale and play till 34+. Or his pace and explosivness goes down and we will have another Torres. Falcao goals are based on fast game. We have fast game. If Falcao loses his killer instinct and speed, he wont score more than 10 goals. He isnt Rvp, Aguero to create chances. He scores from everywhere. He is also 'star'. If there will be half chance he will shoot. Even if Mata or Hazard will be in much better chance. But unlike Torres he is a fighter. And as they say, luck is on the side of brave so... He isnt worth 50mio. Not at this age. If he was 25, he would have 4 years guaranteed to be on best form. After 29, you never know. And now he is 27, soon to be 28 and that is close to 29. Sure Rvp is 29, Suarez will soon be 27, Villa is 31 etc. But they are more than poachers. If we have chance to get Falcao for 25-30mio plus Torres, then I would buy him in a sec. But anything over that he just isnt worth anymore. Sure if we can get same Falcao who scored 3 goals cs us, we would win PL next year for sure. But with the striker situation at Chelsea, EVERYONE will have to handle huge pressure. Falcao for 50 or Bony for 10. If the striker will come as first choice he will have huge pressure on him, no matter the price tag. Mou, Falcao (30mio) and Modric/Strotman/Gundogan/Moutinho (20-30mio) and we are set! In 2014 we just buy a CB and LB and there is team for next 8 years

Injured...

Richards-Terry-Cahill-Cole/Shaw Would be my faw english back four. But Cahill is not world class, Terry is old so is Cole and Micah will never join us. Just a dream though, but a nice one...
-
If Strootman or Gundogan can reach their potential, eiher of them would be best option in pivot ahead he likes of Moutinho or Modric. They are both young and posses very balanced play, Gundogan will probably replace Schweini in elf eventualy. But I would first give Kdb a chance or just try 4:3:3 instead.
-
He plays counter football. Everywhere. I like him a lot, he would improve us in defence, make Mikel, Rambo, Kdb, Hazard, Luiz world class, but this Chelsea team is suited for possession football, fast passing with keeping the ball. This aint Mou style. Unless he can do it like that, I dont see him as most proper manager right now. Unfortunely, there are not many great options... Moyes is good, but lacks experience with world class players, also with european competitions Klopp is probably best option, but unavailable Pellegrini is ok, but rather old Laudrup is probably unavailable I dont know...
-
Kdb or Oscar would be more than decent in controling midfield next year in 4:3:3 or even 4:2:3:1. Just need some time to adjust.
-
Sturridge was if you ask me apart from his mentality a better player last season in first half than Lukaku is now. And he didnt suceed. And about your call that I call the board terrible just because of two/three players. Well how many of youth players have become part of this team in last 10 years? Exactly. Either board sent them on loans for ages, lost their belief, patience...I never said board didnt bought good players, but they are terrible with youth players. Borini and Matic are very decent players also. Could be a good squad players instead of board buying Marin and another backup DM or so...
-
When we sign Hazard or Oscar, people at club give them much more than to the likes of Kakuta, Matic,... Hazard and others got chance right from start, playing week in week out. Kakuta didnt even get 5 games in row to prove. Besides dont say about mentality, Matic, Borini,...all become good seasons after leaving Chelsea. Because they started playing more. And if we are in transition period, isnt that perfect time to give youngsters a chance? Oh and yes the board is realy nice, they even sold Danny to Lpool where he is doing very good there, surprisingly he left because of lack of play time. The 'good' board prefered King Torres to play. Mate you try to tell everyone how great Lukaku is and that we dont even need any other striker because he scored 13 goals etc...but look again. Danny scored 9! Goals in just first half of last season. Where is he now? By looking at that he should be our main striker but hey we sold him because we didnt want to give him couple of games to play and get back in rhytm. Same could happen to Lukaku. He will came here, he will have two bad games. The board will bench him for the rest of season and we will stick to Ba. Obviously you suggest not to buy another striker.
-
Better Falcao then Torres... Anyway its a shame that we give Fernando 'I love Lpool' Torres so many chances and all, but when it comes to our youth products, boys that have dream to play for blue shirt, they dont even get smallest support...If Kakuta, Matic, Danny,...were given 1/10 of chances that Torres got, I bet they would be top players by now.
-
When he came here I said myself this kid is something so special. There is no way he would fail and once he will be our Ronaldo. He had potential equal to Gotze, Hazard,...back then...but then he never got a real chance and since then I lost my faith in youth Chelsea player. A bright point came last year with Danny and Ryan but now one left and other is not progressing. I just dont think any of youngsters will be regular anytime soon because we have such terrible board.
-
I think in summer we will sign Fellaini and Falcao. A world class striker by Roman's request and powerful midfilder because the board thinks we need one tall man among smaller players. If we actualy get the coach before june/july, he might say what we realy need. I cant say I wouldnt be happy with those two in the end, but we could do much better if that happens. Just my opinion. About Fellaini, he looks like skillful allround midfielder, but perhaps he doesnt fit our team. However there are few good points.of him too; 1.) He is huge and would take two players to physicaly take the ball from him - that means more space for Mata, Hazard,... 2,) He plays in england long time and would have no trouble with stamina or any problems adjusting league. Moutinho, Benat might struggle a bit. 3.) He looks very emotional and hard working player, never giving up. His personality is nice too. 4.) last year when he was playing more as DM/his passing was great as well his defensive duties. 5.) he is very allround, could play with Mikel, Rambo, Kdb...in 4:3:3 or 4:2:3:1. Aerial threat, long shot taker, contribution in defence. 6.) he is belgian and knows players here realy well. The bad points are his bad tackling, resulting in many fouls, his price and he might not be what are looking for (a good deep playmaker), but there is Kdb also available to get in the team, so it could work...

Thank you Frankie for a decade of brilliant games. It was and still is an absolute joy and privilege to see you at the bridge. #respect

If anything it should be Torres and 25mio plus Courtois on another year loan to Atletico.
-
Hm and Kdb is still out there, but we already cant fit Mazacar in team...this is going to be one hack for next manager to use all players properly and still win trophies with good football.

Jup but unfortunely James is slow as fuck compared to Neymar or Hazard.
-
Certainly rest Cole and maybe Mata, Rambo.
-
Probably he needs a proper hard working CM with enough energy to run. But you guys know that board and players know best how important he is to them. I dont say Mikel is superb, but he is certainly better than Capoue, Gonalons, Tiote etc...he is proven, aged 25 and with his style (he is not using pace) he can easy play on top level until 35. The only thing I blame him is his working ethic, he takes games too easy and loses passion. As for mistake goes, everyone makes mistakes; Luiz, Hazard, Mata, Rambo, Ramos, Pique,...but that doesnt mean like they need to leave. Once a proper manager will Motivate Mikel (he plays great for Nigeria), we will see his best side. But ok sell him to United if you think he is that bad and then you will cry after him...
-
Is #10 back to him?
-
Well Suarez scored most goals so far (22), Falcao (21) and Cavani (20). But Suarez has most games, while he plays in probably hardest league (to score goal).
-
But again, Falcao is 27 and if you ask me (apart from number of goals) he was more impressive last season.
-
Is it weird that Im not getting excited if this transfer happens somehow? Splashing cash on 50mio for arguably best striker in the world would blow me up few years ago, but now its seems like 'not this again'...
