If he puts a bad game he wont get another chance in a long time. If he puts a good game he wont get another chance in long time either. But Im glad he will finaly get to play atleast.

If we lose the match with diff squad...Talkchelsea be like why did he make changes?!?

Jose is confused how to play in Jose system too.

Still wishing someone gets injured is not right either, it makes you look like plastic fan. Iva has done great things in past for Chelsea and respect should be shown. He has to be benched, because time goes on and Iva is shadow of himself, but its up to Mou to do right thing, fix what is broken. Wishing Ivke an injury is not the solution. I sometimes wonder if people understand what supporting the club actualy means. Its not just about wins or loses, trophies and titles. Its about players, phylosophy, style of play. I dont demand my team to win. I demand them to give 110% trying to win but if it doesnt happen, it doesnt happen. Chelsea was never known as club with fancy football, but we usualy performed very heroic, not giving up till last whistle. That was enough for me. We play bad since january. Since january. Or maybe even before ever since Mou was appointed actualy except for those few months in start of last season. But look, no one gave a fuck. We had results. Now, we play same bad football but with no results. And everyone goes crazy. You guys throw tomatoes at every player nowdays. On Hazard on Matic on Costa etc. Forgeting what they did in past for this club. They will bounce back. Tomorrow, in a month or a year. The only thing that matters is that we develop and progress as a club. With or without Mou. Back then when we won title, no one gave a single fuck how we play, or better say how we dont play. We were poor for long time, our attack was waay too static and our midfield was overrun time and time again. Including the lesser sides. But in general no one gave a fuck. Because we were winning. I guess thats all that matters for you. I was no exactly happy how we played and how we won the title. Yeah the difference was huge but opposition was poor and our performances were dreadful since november. Literaly I was seeing poor game after poor game that I almost fell asleep but we got the result in the end. But long term that is not the solution. The right way though is to develop a football style and continue improving it. Eventualy the results will follow. Some people are prepared to watch us play absolute shit football for whole year just to see us lifting a trophy in the end. Where is the fun here? I would love us to start playing more entertaining football (not tiki taka or some shit but someting we were able to do from 2003-2007 or 2009-10. Point of watching football is enjoying the games for whole season and cherry on top can bethe title. Once we bounce back people will like our players again, but I hope you can support our team now and not only when we perform, dont throw everyone out of the bus just because we are in poor start. Players will get in form, sooner or later. I wouldnt wish opponent an injury, nevermind our own player.

Speaking who deserves it most its Mahrez and by a mile.
-
FFS he was always like that except that he shined against small teams in the past and now he cant do even that.
-
Main reason I was against signing Falcao because this guy wouldnt get a chance just because Falcao is a big name and I was right. He saved our ass couple times last season, we play like shit and Mou doesnt give this man even a minute.

I dont understand why he plays Iva when there is Baba. I dont understand why he didnt play Remy once this season. I dont understand how the WHOLE team is underperforming. These are all Mou faults and he needs to fix them. If there is a player or two or three playing bad, they are in bad form, if whole team is playing bad, its fault of manager because he cant motivate players. One thing I also dont understand is why he keeps with such stupid after match answers like ''we deserved better, they were lucky, blah blah''. We suck and thats it. He needs to put it together, certainly should not be sacked but if things dont change until may, thats it. We havent shown the smallest sign of improvement since october 2014. Our attack has no connection, even our defense is absolute shit right now, despite Mou knows how to make his team good in defense. Actualy we play worst football and results in years, despite having such team, with players in prime or getting there. Take a look at BVB what a change of manager can bring, I hope Mou solves this, but he is on thin ice. Its not bad luck or good game with no results. Its just shit performance after shit performance.

IMO Suarez is best and then Aguero. Then Benzema, Costa and Lewa, not in that order tho. The football today is full of so called 'top' strikers, but most of them are flukes. From Falcao who never proved himself at top club, Cavani who still lives on glory of his Napoli days but never managed to perform at top club. Also Higuain, Soldado, Negredo, Rooney,...all somehow hailed in past and worth 30m plus but neither of them ever did their job. Where are the times when you had Drogba, Raul, RvN, Trezeguet, Del Piero, Ronaldo, David Villa, Kluivert, and many many more. Many even played on top at same time. Now there is a bunch of wannabe top strikers ala Cavani or Falcao who achieved fuck all. Played for decent teams but never for top teams or CL. While Falcao was a beast in his time, he will never be in same category as RvN or Raul etc for me. In these days, Im happy that there are at least Suarez who I believe is the only pure top consistent striker atm and partly Aguero.

He wanted huge wages and normaly no club wanted him because he was completely out of shape. Some say united made deal with him but he wanted bigger wages and deal fell off, eventualy Gundogan signed extension.

It happens every fucking time. Man performs poorly for few games and people suddenly forget how great he plays 80% of the time. The man brought us the title last season when everyone else performed poorly. Yet you guys will find million ways to trash him how he is not good enough and talk about his mentality and that he is one wow moment guy. Seriously? He can destroy defences whole game when he is on top. Jesus fucking christ show some faith in the players and stop licking their asses when they perform and point them out when they dont. He is out of form, as is the rest of the team. He usualy starts average and he is poor in Nt, but who cares how he performs for belgium, he was brilliant for us time and time again, yet people forget it.

Some men just want to see the world burn -> Martinez Btw, that was one avesome movie.

Actualy 2013 Real madrid sells Ozil to ARSENAL - 2014 RM wins CL 2014 Barcelona sells Alexis to ARSENAL - 2015 Barca wins CL 2015 Chelsea sells Cech to ARSENAL - 2016 Chelsea... All part of the plan.

I think both Oscar and Cesc in our team at same time will only work if both improve alot. Cesc in defense and Oscar being more consistent. If not, one will have to be cut off, because Oscar is lightweight and inconsistent, while Cesc is terrible without the ball and with it under pressure. That makes us very weak in middle, something we need to change if we want to continue with Mou tactical approach. I have no idea what would work best, I think we need to add another CM in the team, but someone who is very versatile and not just great at defending or attack, but bit of both. Take either a playmaker type like Verratti, Koke or Gundogan or classic b2b like Vidal. Play 4:3:3 with Matic, new CM and Cesc/Oscar, with Hazard and Pedro on wings. But its all about the form. If Cesc picks it up, he can be useful in smaller games, like last year. if Oscar picks it up, the whole team will benefit from his defensive and offensive shift he puts. My bet, despite not being positive one, is that Cesc wont be able to fill the role of playmaker and at same time improve his defending, which makes him a weak spot in team in big games, therefore he would be useless. He would be another Mata in Mou team. Maybe he is slightly better off the ball than Mata, but he is still far from what you expect form Mourinho midfield player. Bring Gundogan and we are set in that case. If Oscar becomes more consistent, he will be very good for us and certainly has spot in big or small games. But if not...then he might be sold aswell. As for your two questions, 1.) I think having anyone but Cesc (because his lack of defensive shift) in pivot will massively improve both Matic and Oscar/Willian because those two wont need to cover for Cesc all the time. Then again, we would be short on creativity, and someone would need to replace it. Main problem with Oscar is consistency and he needs to fix that on his own, it wont matter if we have two Matic's in mid, if Oscar will be inconsistent, we wont have enough creativity. A creative, but combatative mid like Gundogan, Koke or Verratti would however fix the creativity. But like I said, those three can do more work in defense, but arent as good offensive compared to inform Cesc. Oscar would have less work in defense then, but would need to do more in attack. While I dont think Oscar is your man to be the cretor of the team, I believe he can improve alot. He is not typical #10, but he could be our ''Lampard'', someone who adds quite many assists and key goals. 2.) Matic and Oscar with Cesc as #10 might work short term, but from what I saw, Cesc is better when he plays deeper (at least his contribution to attack, he is pretty much useless in defense regardless where he plays). Oscar on other hand, playing deep, Im not sure. He is great defender for a #10, but an average defender among DMs and B2Bs. Main thing is he is too small and therefore not strong enough to be CM. I would either play him at #10 or in 4:3:3 next to Matic and Gundogan/Verratti/Koke/XYZ. As for now, to make least radical changes, bring CM in january (preferably Gundogan or someone similar) and then rotate, rotate, rotate. Play those who are in form. Whoever performs will get another year, whoever doesnt will get the stick. Be it Oscar or Cesc or someone third.

Yup. Too many individuals and average coach. What you need to win WC or euro is team. Starts with coach, ends with good depth. Belgium has a bunch of individuals that looks great, but cant realy develop a good team play, average coach who is too pragmatic and finaly, at least now, majority of their players. starting with Hazard, looks like they couldnt give two fucks about the NT.
-
Yea I saw the video, but I was judging more on what i saw from him in general; I know he can go forward and sometimes he does, but he has to do it more often. I hope he wont end up as DM; but if he wants to make it as B2B he will have to be more decisive, involved in attack etc.
-
My bet is on europe, we will reach far there. Meanwhile if we wont be able to catch City in league, just play the youth more. I couldnt be happier if that happen. Sometimes a bad thing has to happen for some greater good, in this case, if we ultimately fail in league, the youth could benefit and that would be great for future of the club. Ktbffh. :blue scalf:

I think he has to be alot more efficient with his game. He plays too safe for my liking, should play more with ball at his feet, take more shots, drive through defences using his size and skill. Unless he will be a DM, but I would hate that, he should be b2b, because he has good ball control and passing, however he doesnt use it often enough. Needs to be more agressive, less passive and he should be fine. Mou must not kill the imagination in this man, or he will become Mikel 2.0
-
Brilliant talent. Shame he got such lenghty injury, hopefuly he recovers quickly and without longterm damage.
-
For me the 2013 Gundogan was one of most complete CMs out there, probably best midfielder in that season. He had it all; vision, pressing, how he kept the ball under pressure, dribbling, helping the defence, influence in big games, mobility,...The way he raped City and Real that season... Then he got injured and last season whenever I saw him, he was painfully immobile, slow and lacked drive to get an impact on game. But he realy surprised me this season. He is almost back to his best, not there yet, but getting close. If he can manage to stay injury free and performs same as he is now for whole season, he would be my number one target in summer. When at best, he is everything that Cesc lacks, a perfect midfielder for Mou system.
-
Its kinda sad that he has been left out of CL squad. Sometimes I worry how we deal with the players. Even if he wasnt Mou buy, it will be disgrace if he will ignore him or threat him differently. After all that is the worst thing you can do. Show him some trust and maybe he will perform better than expected. Also why is there no interview with him yet? Sure we should get past the group and then we can include Papy in CL squad for knockout stages if he performs well in PL.
-
Cesc is as inconsistent as Oscar yet no one mentioned it till recently. But he was same last year. As was Costa. Oscar gets way too much trashing on here, Im not saying he is the sole reason why we play bad, but his role is still underrated by many here. When all our players are in form, Oscar is definately among starters. He has been inconsistent as fuck indeed, but he is one of players that has better intelligence, movement and tactical understanding than majority of our players if not all. Something that is crucial for buildup, yet you cant put it on youtube highlights or even see when watching game unless focus on Oscar only.
