They also got plenty of return. For example Inter spent 61m, got 62m, so they made profit of 1m. Juve spent 90m, they got around 60m back. While they are certainly on rise, next summer they wont act same way unless they will sell again. This summer both milans have replaced half the squad with high ambitions and juve had to replace ageing players. But take juve as example, they are one of biggest loosers of summer. Yes they replaced old players indeed, but when it comes to improvement, hardly anything been done. Only improvement was Sandro instead of Evra. They gone from best midfield into very unbalanced one. Pogba will leave too sooner or later. Khedira alway injured and then replacing Tevez with Mandzukic is just funny (Dybala has a long way to go). Worst, they sold three absolutely key players out of four that gave the team creativity. Tevez, Pirlo and Vidal. And who have they bought as creative replacement? Hernanes? Anyway Draxler is best example. Juve were in talks for him all summer but couldnt afford him. Wolfs came in two days paid the price that wasnt that huge either and juve had to go for Hernanes instead. While italian football generaly is slightly improving in terms of finances, it tells alot that their best team cant afford some players. And inter had to sell in order to buy too, mancini said that quite a few times. Spanish top teams, english top teams, psg and bayern will dominate football windows for quite some time. No italian club is even close to that group financialy. The way juve has worked in this summer is couple of times worse than us.

You know Real madrid didnt knew what Makelele offers so they sold him. But soon the rest of the team become shit. Maka wasnt some flashy player, but he was vital. He was vital despite being invisible in games. He made others be able to do their job. I dont say that Oscar is on same level as Maka. But he might have some similar impact on our team. All we know we played the best football when Oscar was on fire in first half of last season. He turned shit and rest of team didnt have the same balance and control either after. Costa was less efficient, Cesc out of depth, Matic... I think Oscars pressing is helping Matic, the way he goes in middle to pick the ball, and connect with attack helps Cesc, the way he moves in attack, drags on players, makes simple yet key passes helps our attack. And he adds couple of goals and assists on top. Yes our form is not the best and Oscar is not sole reason, but maybe Oscar in best form is what the real key for this team is. He might not be the motor of team, but someone who makes the motor click and work properly. I know this sounds a bit silly, but never underestimate the impact of a player just because he isnt flashy.

Just saying I would have absolutely no regret or hate towards him if we end the season 2nd or 3rd without any trophy, but under condition that the likes of Baba, Kenedy, Rlc, Zouma get alot of play time and improve noticably. I would love that. We won PL last year, I would sacrifice one year to develop some of our young players. It would be great, especialy if Ruben develops well. But if we end season trophyless, and Mou plays Iva ahead of Baba, Ramires and Mikel over Rlc, Falcao over Remy, and partly Willian over Kenedy, plus there is absolutely no sign of improvement, I will go nuts. I would seriously consider releasing Mou, despite for everything he has done. All that said, I think we will be average in PL (better say city too good) but we will win CL. Regardless of how shit we play now, I feel we have all the chances and talent to completely focus on CL and win it.

Both.I would guess our board has very little clue about youth since the last one coming through was Terry and that was 17years ago. Seventeen years. As for Mourinho. People say he can do it but I doubt. Yeah he did it with Varane or Zouma (that said Zouma is not yet our definite starter). But that said, neither was yout product of their club. Both were bought, after showing promise in france. Can he do it with a player coming straight from our youth academy, who has absolutely nothing to show but his talent? Someone who will need to be given 10 games where he will fail, but then another one where his career will break and he will perform better and better. Can we expect that trust and belief from Mou? I dont think so. Maybe RLC will make it, would be realy nice.

	Pjanic-Nainggolan-De Rossi says hi

We work with them as they were machines, not our youth for future. Pure bussiness. That is the sad part of chelsea. No surprise not even one made it here. The youth project here is all fake, forced. Trying to look cool, bring 100 players in and they get 5minutes to show, then they are loaned out and again and again. Matic is clear example. Would never made it here if he wasnt sold. He had great potential, but no one at chelsea had a single clue. They loaned him out. Then he is sold and within 2 years in solid environment around people who actualy give shit, he becomes one of best DMs. I remember how clumsy he was in begining. There was europa league game, he came as sub and realy was like a piece of wood out there (being harsh). But he shown some promise. And he got another chance and another chance. Year later he was brilliant. Try get such chance, people or project here. Its all about money. About club. Sadly. Then there is Bertrand. Another mistake from the board to sell him. Sure he cant be blamed if he wanted to leave. All he got was words that he will play, but no one rated him. Thing is, there are better players out there. Its easier to throw few millions and bam, you get top player. But try get the same loyalty from such player. A youth player will fight for the club. He will stay loyal and wont flee, hide or not give fuck when something is wrong. He will lead the team. Take a look at Terry. No money can buy you that. If I had two chances; current Messi or 20 year old Terry. I would pick Terry every single time. You can buy players. What you cant buy is youth player coming through ranks and become the face of the team. For decade. They are inspiration. No money can give you that. Sadly the board knows two shits about how to develop youth.

My only complain is that he is absolute piss with the ball and that is a no-go for today standards (just seen the videos tho) Even more here where we need more players to know how to play with ball, not less. But i guess he could be quite good at defendig and that afterall is what CB realy has to do.

What are you talking about, it wasnt that bad. We got great Gk in begovic, Pedro who might finaly fix our rw problems, young Kenedy who looks promising and Djibodji or whatever his name is who cost almost nothing and just might be good. Baba, well he is a big gamble but maybe it will work out. Hector thing was a complete miss but he wont be a part of squad and never was intended so I couldnt care less. 30 players loaned out or 31, makes no difference. What Im realy dissapointed with is that we havent signed a midfielder. We had 4 games that have shown how poor we are in that area. We had couple of weeks to fix that yet we didnt bring anyone. I know Pogba was impossible, but there are other players that we simply should target because our midfield is that poor. Yet we didnt. Thats only real fault I see in this window. But then again, that just might mean more time for RLC. Look at the bright side. We should do some things differently, but it is what it is. We will have to do it with what we have.

Optimists be like no rumours mean silence before the storm.

What the fuck is going on?
-
Im not sure why is there such halo here... That money is no worse than 40m that we almost paid for Stones. Yet no one cared. Double standards at best. When we go after player, no problem pay world record fee for a everton 21year old CB who had one good season in PL, while united goes for a unproven striker for 55m, the world gone mad, united is breaking all the rules blah blah. And vice versa from other fans. For record I think this price for Martial is waay too high, but so was the rumoured one for Stones. At least Martial is a forward.

"Prove" -> put shitload of cash on platini bank account
-
Isnt that we can still sign players from those countries but they cant sign anyone anymore...
-
Khedira, Marchisio, Lemina, Pereyra, Pogba, Sturaro, Asamoah and now they track Hernanes who can all play in midfield for Juve. One could be expendable for them
-
Same here haha. Its not official but its one way to say it
-
Well he is from french league at least. I always wanted us to buy more players from there as they become quite good at chelsea. Lets see how he does.
-
Umtiti or Nkoulou would fit that category, not sure if this guy is as good. Then again I havent seen him play. I just hope this isnt one of those transfers where we buy for the sake of it and never actualy use. Like with Ba, Remy etc. I understand that Stones is unavailable, but how can you even settle for Djilbodji as second option is bit weird.
-
	Juve signed Lemina for 14m...
-
I still think Costa wouldnt make it here in same way as he did in bayern. Plus we have Pedro who is better anyway.
-
We were linked with him in past if I remember correctly.

Maybe Mou isnt long term manager. Perhaps he can blow his baloon bigger and bigger but at some point it explodes. We dont have a team. We have bunch of individuals who have no motivation and perform like shit. Its up to Mou to bring them together and motivates them. Majority of this team is class. But they dont show it. We need the best out of players and its up to the coach how to deal with it. Iva alone is not the only problem for our performances. Its the whole team. While Mou has to stick around, if we dont start playing well (if not league at least CL), we could face some big problems. The players might turn against Mou etc...Hazard, Matic, Tibo etc could leave. And thats something I dont want to see. I like Mou alot, but if there is a big disagreement or whatever between the players and Mou, actions must be done. We cant afford to lose dressing room because for example unlike Real we wont be able to keep best players and we will go through another transition period. Hopefuly team will get shit together and we will come back with a bang. On another note, we might suck in PL this year, but CL could be a whole different thing.

So this thread derailment about shows isnt off topic, but fake tits were? Ok
-
Bayern paid 7m for Coman on two year loan. They will have to pay 20m more if they want him permamently. So 27m for Coman if they trigger the buy option after two years. Did transfer window realy gone out of control? I mean, its Coman. Kid has potential, but shown no more than our Traore for example. 27m ffs. Good luck getting Pogba from Juve for anything less than 100m. They just made deal for 30m for Coman, who barely plays for them. Wonder how much they will want for their best player...
-
As long as its not tomatomen.

Interesting. We will see how he does. Certainly better than championship loans. Just wondering, why dont we loan more players to france tho? France is like a copy of easier PL. Our youth would certainly benefit if they are good enough. ligue 1 plays football based on speed, strenght. Im sure for someone like Chalobah, a ligue 1 would fit better for his development if he wants to continue in england, as the tempo and style is similar. Unlike Italy, the exact opposite of england with their slow play.
