IF there is any truth about secret player, it could be him. All the shit that Mou gave him with those subs and not playing him etc while Cesc and Iva kept playing could be enough to get angry. Those fouls he makes might be quite intentional to get sent off but who knows.

Reminds me of Pepe and Mou at Madrid. Both are agressive players, but under Mou they go another level of agressive and provocative. I remember how disgraceful Rm players acted when Jose was manager. From Marcelo, Pepe, Ramos, they all wanted to fight. Now they seem to work perfectly fine... Sure Costa is a fighter, but I think he is reaching another level under Mou. At atletico he had two games per season when he lost his shit and was bit pain in ass in majority, but here at chelsea he is fighting opponents every single game. For example Jose surely doesnt tell him to cut the fights out or he will bench him, but thats exactly what he should tell him. Small provocations are ok. Kicks and slaps are not.

Got me thinking if Jt leaves in summer or gets realy limited role, who will be our new captn?Cesc, Matic, Cahill, Eden etc all look realy laughable options. Azpi is only one worth of serious consideration. Our squad looks so out of leaders and thinkers. Bunch of soldiers without any generals...

Should Mou stay here long term, I literaly demand better football. Not total football, but watchable interesting balanced football. Where defenders defend; attackers attack and players play as team. I love Mou for all he done for us, but seeing football from some other teams or ours from past and compare it to what we play for past three years under Mou (except for start of last season), I cant go by fact, how can we play so bad with all those players? Even if we get back on top, I sure hope we dont do that with more and more defensive displays. Sure those win trophies, but we go waay too defensive. Take look at barca, bayern etc. They won things but didnt park the bus in 90% of games. Big big change of play. Not sure Mou can do that. Not sure who else can. We are in big big mess right now in football and non football releated things.

We defend bad and Mou finds Eden to blame, cant be mad at Eden if he wants to move out tbh. But like I said, no one knows whats going on, but something similar happend in Real and they did fine after Mou left. I am split about Mou, but if whole team is against him, there must be reason and in that case its better if he leaves. For everyone involved.

While its sad how Hazard form has dropped its also sad how so many members throw shit at Hazard so quickly. And when he comes back to form, same members will be Eden's best buddies...

Sergi Roberto from Barca explained it perfectly...he said that in past he knew he will get small chances and when he gets them he will play safe and try not to make mistake. Now that he plays more and has trust from coach and confidence, he tries more, more tricks etc. And he is performing realy well this season for barca. Anyway my point is that this is biggest problem at chelsea. Whoever is not in first 11 will have extremely limited time, but that is in most top teams. But unlike elsewhere, at Chelsea you dont get chance when others perform shit. And you dont get TRUST from coach and thats what gives confidence. Mou is so full of bullshit regarding RLC, Baba, or KDB, Salah, Cuadrado in past that its nothing surprising they all failed. Arsenal played fucking Bellerin when Debuchy got injured. And look, now one of more promising RBs. Mou would rather play Falcao at LB before giving Baba real run of games. And its not just about giving someone play time when others are injured, Its also about what happens when they get fit. At chelsea, Iva as soon gets full recovery, he will get into team imediately by Mou. Regardless how his replacement played, regardless how Iva plays. And that favouritism is fucked up. Baba should play week in week out at LB with Azpi at RB and we would see how he does. Even if he played shit, it still wouldnt be worse than now with Zouma at RB. So why not take a chance with Baba? And once Iva comes back, he should prove himself that he is better than Baba. Shouldnt be regular starter. Same for rest of the team. Bertrand is doing well, we didnt show enough faith and trust in him, thats why he is not here anymore. Not because he doesnt have quality. But yeah instead we bought Luis and Baba for 20m each and neither is doing well under Mou. Good decisions, must be said.

He is quality LB but yeah too lightweight IMO. When valencia played real last season he was shifted on wing with Orban at LB for extra cover and protection. Gaya will be top lb soon, but PL would kill him. Unless we appoint Pep which will never happen.

Either he is fed with chelsea or mou...or he is one of those talents like Adriano but has declined for different reasons. Still think he will shine in different club or here under different manager...

The problem is not the problem. The attitude how you deal with problem is. And Mou attitude is questionable to say at least.

There are many thread derailments like in Pogba thread with those comic shows etc...yet nobody warned those members. Sure some derailments are funny some not, but the member preferences among moderators are ridiculous too. Some members get quick stick for derialment, some can continue on next 5pages etc..rules should be rules then.

A full back, creative CM, DM backup and attacker who can go double figures (either a pure striker or someone like Griezmann, Bale etc) Probably summer is the best time to get some of these targets, I wouldnt talk about names but Gundogan is one player I would love to see here if he continues to play this good. Cesc is just not suiting our football when it comes to defending and I dont think he can change that.

Depay looks like flop but Martial is a special player indeed.

Im not going to give up on Oscar, because I have seen he can be very special player, but he is passive for quite some time now. Its absolutely pointless to pick on single players when whole team and system are not working, but his clock is ticking I think. Main problem I have with him is that he is just not physicaly ready to play for PL team week in week out. He is agressive and replaces that with lack of strenght, but he doesnt have stamina and balance required to keep our midfield powerful enough against certain teams in PL. Pairing him with Cesc makes things even worse. But on other hand, he is very intelligent and has ability to connect our play due to his versatility like no other player in our team, so hopefuly he gets on the better side and put more consistent displays.

Sadly I think the main reason he doesnt play more is not because he would be better than other Cbs we have, but it has more to do with Mou preferences, stability and personal trust. That said, I dont think he is better than our other defenders, but sure he should be given at least cup games to prove himself. Few players get just straight into eleven, they get slowly integrated into, they play and eventualy start performing well. Integrating new players who are not household names has been huge problem for us under Mou.

On a positive note; I wouldnt be surprised if we went to win CL by the look of how things stand. There is absolutely no pressure on us because we would never be favourites to win games. We are out of every other competition (bar Fa cup) so we can focus 100% on CL games and IF Mou and players are actualy happy together and not in big rift, then its only matter of time before we bounce back somehow. Never underestimate Mou in big games either. Finaly, winning CL should be enough motivation for these players on its own, and they shown last season they can win titles. Would be nuts if something like this happend, but it would be typical Chelsea.

I will support this team even if we get relegated to 4th tier, but that doesnt mean i wont say we play shit when we play shit. With all that money invested, quality in management and team, I expect better. I dont expect trophy every year, but enjoyable football with players who fight for the club.

Di Santo is doing well in buli too. That league right now is as shit in terms of competitivness as it gets.
