If we go in this match like against United, we might get draw at best. But if we actualy play football, who knows we could surprise them. Hiddink will probably play safe as it is away game and IMO thats the best right now. I just hope we dont park the bus at home and try to proceed on away goals or some bullshit like we tried last year against PSG and year earlier against Atletico. That was just bad.
-
No Zouma and Terry. I wouldnt be surprised if we line up Iva-Cahill-Mikel-Azpi Baba is not bad, but with Mikel we have stronger defense.
-
Aurier missed training today after the video where he insulted Blanc and Sirigu came in public... If he doesnt play its great for us, Aurier is one of best fullbacks out there.
-
Wonder where all his haters gone...

Brilliant display. It was against a poor side, but still 5 goals was a realy nice surprise in this season of dissapointments. Hopefuly JT is fine and his army got some confidence and drive to go into PSG game because we will need us at our very best. On side note, chances like Pedro 1v1 must be exectuted perfectly. Against top teams, that might be the only chance and we will have to take it. There wont be chance galore and hopefuly the player wont shoot straight at GK in such situation. There were too many scenarios like that in past months. Too many. What is best though is that we are undefeated for 12 games now and probably played our best game of season in terms of efficiency. PSG game couldnt come at better time. Not going ahead of myself but I honestly believe we can beat them and others. Ball is round afterall.

He is a wonderful wonderful player indeed. IMO he is ready to move in better club, but at chelsea, I dont think he would progress in the right way. He isnt starting material and if he isnt that, he wont get a serious chance here. But I would absolutely love to see him in couple of years if he develops properly. He is strong, quick but also nice technique. Eredivisie in recent years produced quite many ''flops'', so called talents, but if there is one club who still maintains good standard of quality talents its Ajax. Suarez, Alderweireld, Verthongen and Eriksen. Im pretty sure Bazoer will follow the group. Basicaly, he is the only reason I watch ajax sometimes (btw scored a wonderful goal a week or two ago). Great talent, but I fear Barca will snap him and turn him into gem if they dont get Pogba/Veratti.
-
You are forgetting that even in his best role, Griz probably wouldnt cut it in PL. He is too lightweight and small and unlike Aguero Sanchez or Hazard, he doesnt have such great balance and holdup either. IMO he is perfect for la liga and if he wants to get most of his talent he should either stay in spain or go to Bayern.
-
He will have shitload of money available to bring Varane, Pogba, Bale and whoever else he wants. Well he obviously wont get them all but you know my point.
-
Lol at that 40m tag. If we sold Hazard, we should go for Dybala or someone similar. At least that is what club with very high ambition would do. Player like Neymar isnt born every year. Gabriel has more chance to be next Robinho than Neymar, besides he isnt even close to running the show in brazil like those two did.

The old pl logo looks so much better than the new one

So much for his score the second goal to kill the game off. I mean Im happy we dont lose, but we should play to win games because we need to get up. With Hiddink approach we dont go down, but neither we go up. Playing Mikel and out of sorts Matic, benching Hazard and playing Oscar wide is bad and Hiddink should see it by now. For cup games, park the bus for all I care if that puts us through, but for league games, we better start playing more offensive.
-
Chelsea...the only club that benches best player after he hits bad form, while the likes of Iva never get benched. I know he had injury, but he could easily start vs United.
-
Too bad, that looked realy painful and he will probably miss couple months at least. Hope he gets back stronger. On another note, now we have fucking Miazga or whatever his name is as the only cover. Says alot how the board is solving issues we desperately need to fix.
-
Take a look at Ighalo what he said recently. So yeah I believe some want to play for career growth not money. Or to explain you better; everyone plays for money. The difference however is either picking a competitive team you like and get paid 1mio, or a team from china and get paid 5mio. And my point was that the number of players that care only about money is getting higher and higher, which results in less quality and competition which ruins part of why we all love watching football.
-
Fuck with this not to lose approach. We dont lose, but for what? To draw every game? This way is preventing us to go down the table, but we also dont go up. I would rather lose couple and win rest than this run of draws. 6 draws in 9 games. The fuck is this. I know Hazard is not in form, but to bench him every time? Whole team is out of form ffs, just play Hazard so we can do something in attack. Matic is poor, drop him for RLC for couple games. We slightly improved under Hiddink, he is good lad, but he is showing no balls to actualy try to get us higher on table by making some changes.

Fair enough but I was talking about football ambitions only. Its great what these guys do when they donate to charities etc, but from football perspective his career has gone down now (unless he returns...). He wont have chance to play for NT side, he wont give try to play for one of top clubs. And he has all the ability and talent to play for PSG or United or Juve or Chelsea etc. He wanted to move to england, but eventualy picked china and thats only because money. That right there is zero football ambition. I understand players like Guarin, but someone like Teixeira should not waste talent in China. He wanted liverpool because they are better team than Shakhtar. Thats why he wanted to leave ukraine. To play for bigger club in better league. All nice and well but then goes to china... Now dont get me wrong, he will have shitload of money down there and be superstar, why would he turn that down obviously. But then again, his football career as long he stays down there is as good as over. Players in past wanted to leave a mark in football history, nowdays too many pick clubs only for money. Where to get more money, not which club will they help write football history for. Yeah except Drogba and Anelka had whole career behind, achieved more or less everything and were in 30s when going there. No problem if someone wants to make more money before retirement, but someone like Teixeira should not go there. I believe with his great progress (and seeing how Douglas is doing well now), he could be one of better players in european top club. Shakhtar fucked him over indeed, but the main reason he wanted to leave was to go to bigger club in better league, to prove himself. While liverpool and chelsea were cut off by shakhtar, thats hardly excuse to go to china because that league is quite worse than the one shakhtar plays in. Like I said, no problem if one wants money. Its natural. If one offers you 10 mio contract, you would be stupid to turn it down. But then again, if you have amazing talent, if you are on peak of career, and with different mentality, you think differently. You will get more than enough money at any top european club and you would have chance to write history in football. Thats the difference. So many players lack that mentality and thinking nowdays.
-
Meh some players today have 0 ambitions...money doesnt ruin football, people with rotten character and no ambitions ruin it.
-
allegri? Meh...we will be competing for 3rd spot for couple of years then.
-
Yeah but wrong position or not, he fucks even the simpliest tasks. Im big supporter of Matic but he is dreadfull for sometime now. His passing is poor, when he shields the ball he loses it way too easy. Seems he lost all the strenght he had. He always makes one touch to many and loses the ball in the end. He was never pacy or quick or whatever but his reactions are now even worse. Players get past him as if he wasnt there or he makes stupid foul to stop them. He shouldnt be sold but if his performances dont improve by next january its pointless to keep him here. With Mikel in team (not that he should be long term regular starter either, but does the job fine for now) and with Matic is such poor form, next three games should be given to Ruben. He obviously wont get them but that would be only solution. He deserves it and Matic would get some break and maybe he will start acting like he gives a fuck again. Take a look at Spurs; they had bunch of big names in midfield but instead gave chance to Dier and Alli and it works. Rlc maybe wont ever fullfill expectations but he sure deserves chance and with Matic in such poor form for long time now, there is no doubt RLc should be given run quite some time ago.
-
We shouldnt sell him. People might dislike him for his actions but he is top striker and thats it. He aint Suarez but still in today world of so called world class strikers ala Falcao, Cavani, Jackson, Higuain etc who are total shit when things get serious, Costa is actualy damn good one. Been consistent at top clubs for some time now and does his job. Not to mention in last 10 years only two strikers actualy made it here; Drogba and Costa. Unless we get Suarez, Aguero or Lewandowski no fucking way should we sell Costa because there aint no other stirker out there who is actualy good striker and not just some wannabe who did wonders for Porto or Napoli and when he came to big club it turned he was average at best. One might dislike Costa but for the quality of today strikers, he is pretty damn good and people dont appreciate that enough. We dont live in world when you had Nistelrooy, Raul, Trezeguet, Del Piero, Ronaldo etc playing at same time. Such strikers are extreme rarity today.

Pellegrini aint that bad as people point out; probably two PLs in 3 seasons, done wonders at Malaga and Villareal. Even Rm season wasnt as bad. Tho I dont fancy him here, he is still good manager. Sampaoli I think is first choice by board. Simeone is hard to get but Sampaoli is free now. It also makes sense with Terry situation because Sampaoli plays high pressing line and Terry has no place there even as a sub. But Sampaoli never coached in europe and his managing of defensive tactics could be worrying at least.
-
I wouldnt be surprised if the board forced him to leave if offer of ~80m would come even if he wanted to stay. The board makes some absolute bullshit decisions lately and they would rather get that money than keep a great player like Eden. And probably replace him with someone bang average and overpriced. Hopefuly he stays tho.
-
Think he could return to Inter sooner or later. They are mess, Mancini is about to get the kick. But question is will Mou risk his reputation by going to a club with bang average players and little money available atm.
-
Just saw what he said...think there wont be greater lad playing for our club. Also it all goes down who next manager will be its not definite yet. However the board are fucking pricks cant say anything else. Even if they manage to sign Messi it wouldnt fix the shit they do for sometime now. Terry is a legend that deserves proper retirement and thats here. If Iva can get that payment then surely Terry should be given the extension considering later is actualy still better than Iva.
-
If he gets thrown out by the board then they can go fuck themselves. That would be one decision I couldnt accept. Fuckers extended Ivas contract and even improved his paycheck to fucking 120k, they buy some fuckers no one ever heard instead of giving youth a chance and now they dont wanna extend Terry? What the actual fuck.
