I agree if we can land top talent we should sign him ahead of Alves, but if not, then Alves wouldnt be bad buy (on bosman) if we mean seriously next season. It would make perfect move if we alredy had top team ready for CL tho, because he is that guy who gives something extra.

Semedo is Nelsinho. Maybe Fabinho could, but he is more CM nowdays anyway.

I was cheering for Juve mainly because Gigi and BBB, but they were simply outdone by Real by quite a margin.

If we cant get either Walker or Nelsinho, there is no better option gor that right side right now unless we experiment heavily with some less known player. For a year or two, Alves would be allright.

Only two better options than Alves are Walker and Nelsinho, with former not possible as he is spurs player and the later costing big money, plus there is competition with Barca, Bayern and at least both Manchesters. I would take Alves in hearbeat, still best RB out there. But yeah, he cant play every game, so that could be big problem.

He might be as good, or he might become just another Willian or Pedro. A player who is alright, but doesnt realy change the play like Hazard. If we sell Matic, then we will definately get two midfielders. We need another new CM, not just replacement for Matic. Im sure there will be some experimentation with midfield next season, maybe even 3:5:2 and if that is our future, Baker fits it and we can maybe even play Cesc for big games. But if we insist on pivot, then we need four capable mids, only Kante and ocassionaly Cesc fit that bill (if we sell Matic). I guess Chalobah can step up, but not Baker, he is not pivot player. Regarding youth, I pray Baker makes it here, he seems very level headed and coming after great season. Now he needs to play as much as possible in PL next season to continue development. Not just a game once a month in cup. If Conte doesnt plan on using him regulary, loan to PL club would be best for him. Same for RLC, he needs play time even more. I dont see Baker in current formation ever. He would be perfect in Lamps role in three man midfield, but as pivot next to Kante...no way. Baka/Tolisso-Kante-Cesc and eventualy Baker takes Cesc spot, or we go with Kante-Tolisso and keep Matic, Cesc for backup, but again Baker has no place.

Who knows, maybe we want Bakayoko AND Tolisso?, while Matic leaves...

I just dont get that one thing. Mata here got so impatient, decided to leave, despite all the history he made and his "love" for Chelsea. Yet in United, he gets along, doesnt complain, keeps saying he wants to stay etc etc, despite he is not first choice either. Same for Sturridge. He wanted to leave us in order to get more playtime. Sure he got plenty injuries, but even when fit, he is not in first plans for Klopp. And he doesnt say a word. It feels as if we cant convince certain players to play smaller role. Dont know why tho? Maybe Mata thinks United is such big club and he likes it even if he doesnt play that much. We need bigger dragging power to kick into players heads to stay here even if they dont play that much, even if they are quite good players. Its obvious Danny and Mata wouldnt be first options, but having them on bench would be nice. With all the strikers coming in and out since Danny left, who knows, he might get more playtime if he was patient.

Loaning Zouma and Bats to you and instead we sign Tolisso would be great deal for both sides I think. But its not gonna happen. I see Zouma linked with Marseille and Im not sure Bats would go on loan to Lyon, I think he prefers PL so he can adjust to it. About Traore, he is quite good player, but I think he is a little too selfish.

They were hardly "shit". I agree almost nothing longterm world class potential, but Pedro did realy good this season. Then you have Kante, Luiz and Alonso. Not as shit as you point out.

On side note, to all complaining we dont do any business unlike City etc...I think nothing will be officialy confirmed before july 1, the date when we will change adidas for nike. Im pretty sure they will be presented in new shirts. That doesnt mean we are not already in business.

I just hope they give Conte the strings to create a team, not Emenalo. He did some good transfers and some bad, but in the end its Conte managing those players and he should be the one picking who to buy.

Hazard is not lazy this season at all. Always chasing the ball when he is near, he has been absolutely fantastic in that aspect this season. Even in meaningless game against Watford, he ran like mad.

We need CM and two wingbacks more. Pedro was realy good and I can see him doing alright for next season. I would be dissapointed if we got RW, but not CM. Next summer, it would obviously be expected to replace him with someone younger and better. But we are good for now. Sure, idealy we would get someone new this summer, but I think thats impossible, since we might even need a new striker or even two.

Like I said, two FBs and CM are absolute necessary, I dont think its impossible to get three players, and they wouldnt cost that much, considering we also have 70m from Oscar. Then if anything left, we might target CB and RW, depends on what Conte wants. I just hope we dont get CB, one FB and forward, while stuck with current midfielders. Midfielder is absolute priority given we cant control the games and make the movement of the ball fluid through the middle.

How the heck do you know he actualy wanted to go to China? Everyone knows he likes Atletico, but even then he said IF Chelsea doesnt want him, he will only leave for Atletico, if they dont bid, he rather stay here until end of contract. What if Chelsea started pushing him out after China offered all that money? And he decided to not give shit after hearing that out? Im throwing IFs, but fuck, the media is all bullshit these days and you guys picked those Diego to China rumours imediately and now base all the opinions off of them, while these events might not even be true. We all have seen Diego cares for Chelsea, I agree he played poor in recent months and that needs to be evaluated, but neither should point fingers at Diego, not until someone officialy says he wanted to leave us for China and intentionaly played poor. And I doubt anyone will say that because media likely just made it all up to turn up the heat at chelsea. Back on topic, if Diego stays I pray we get Morata, that would be ideal. Tbh I think we were more or less very good in transfer business. Yes we dont go for top players every year, and there were windows we did absolutely nothing, but generaly we make some of best deals in football today. Im glad we dont go like city and overpay every player just to get them. Kante, Azpi, Eden are brilliant examples. We aint Real or Barca and we cant create galacticos and dominate world football. But we can follow the middle way, just like Juve is also doing. Spend wise. Just because city buys all these players means nothing. They might flop aswell. Or not. We will see in august. Perhaps only black spot is how we play football. But then again, we win trophies and still play very nice in periods. Hardly any english club can say that. Real, Barca, Juve, Bayern and maybe Atletico are only teams that achieved more than us in past few years, so we realy cant complain. We as fans underrate what club did in recent years. I trust Conte with the dealings, and hopefuly he gets whoever he wants. Be it Sanchez or Perisic. As long he has clear objective we must retain PL next year and start chasing CL. ---- I think we idealy need two fullbacks and CM given that Costa stays. Nelsinho/Walker and Mendy/Bertrand for FBs, plus one of Radja, Bakayoko, Fabinho, Tollisso, maybe even Vidal/Veratti/Modric if somehow possible. Any money left for Dijk/Laporte for CB and top RW and we gonna challenge for every trophy there is.

Tbh they played Hummels-Martinez alot more this season because Boateng was injured but also kinda shit through the season. They just signed Sule. I agree it would be difficult but if he left I wouldnt be that surprised. Considering how poor he was this season, Im not even sure it would be grear buy for us anyway.

Sorry, I didnt watch him enough to make any proper judgement. It could be whenever I saw him, he didnt impress me that much to follow him more, but I heard alot he is becoming very good player.

Grande Totti That was some way to end your career, brilliant scenes at Olimpico. I was never Roma fan or anything, but that was so sad, Totti is without doubt one of biggest names in football for many reasons. Kudos for staying at Roma and becoming such an icon. Football will never be the same again without the likes of Totti or JT.
