Really, everyone will copy them with the Etihad deal. We'll soon be sponsored by Sibneft or Gazprom or something. The Qatar Foundation deal Barcelona have is a far bigger crime than the Etihad deal. Remember how Pep Guardiola was supportive of the Qatar 2022 bid? I imagine they bribed him, promised him huge sums in sponsor money if he spoke in favour of them. And it robbed us the chance of having a decent World Cup, Qatar 2022 will be an unmitigated disaster.

What about Ramires at right back? He held his own against Barcelona from there and it would give him plenty of space to open up those legs. But because he has simply been so good at the right wing position, I don't think we can rule him out for a first choice starting berth at right wing. I've not had an easy vote yet! BlueLion is a superb administrator, but I voted for him in another forum and he's a greedy git as Steve said; he'll be rubbing it in our faces if he wins 2 of these I went with LDN Blue in the end.

To be fair to Gomez, he is a brilliant league footballer. It's hugely important to make sure you don't drop points to the little team, and if you have someone like him in your side thats less likely to happen. He's the antithesis of Drogba, who's not arsed with any game that's not a knockout fixture. A duo of him and Drogba would be all conquering.

No. Hulk as the striker or left winger, Ramires on the right wing. He's been exceptional there. Marin, Kalou, de Bruyne, etc. can sit on the bench.

I don't see the problem. Mario Gomez is the equivalent of the late 19th and early 20th century British Empire Army. Brilliant at shooting African's in skirts armed with spears and taking their countries. Then, 3 million Germans hoved into view in 1914 and then the British did fuck all for the best part of 4 years.
