  1. It's official. Robinho is the greatest exponent of the stepover there ever was or ever will be:
  2. Mata Sturridge really needs to learn from the best if he want's to stepover. Go have a few hours in training with Robinho, then perhaps your stepovers may produce something.
  3. He's muscular but short. Only 175 centimetres or so, I would tower over him at 183 cm. I don't know a lot about Muniain except that he's supposed to be excellent. I know he's not a power based player, though. With those more finesse oriented players, its best to get them young as you'll get better use out of them.
  4. Belgium Forever the land of Tintin and Phillipe Gilbert. What's not to like?
  5. I will, just to show up Spike Spiegel, who called Alex a machine earlier. Ha! He is but a watermill, I am an Internal Combustion Engine
  6. I will end this epic day of posting on 125 posts over 24 hours, or 12.14% of all posts in the last 24 hours, and go to sleep. Still fresh as a daisy, mind. I could easily make that 200 but I've got uni tomorrow. Goodnight everyone
  7. This poll is a bit of a landslide. I think the others are still more or less competitive. All those except this one, football knowledge, biggest contributor, best newcomer ( ) and most liked appear to be contests.
  8. That's not a given. Power based players usually peak a little later than that. Drogba for example peaked at 32.
  9. Surely that's a good thing? Most football forums have a bigger off-topic section than they do club-specific sections.
  10. 59 guests viewing. They must have all been rickrolled, bless them
  11. Machine? Ha! 120 posts today, I'll have you know. 12% of total forum activity for the day.
  12. Dissent is dissent. Doesn't matter how soft it is. People have been sent to gulag's for less.
  13. I am rubbing one out to that signature right now.
  14. Pfft. Just a late effort to attract swing voters for the Best Article Writer award Top stuff, Alex. Expect a like as soon as I can afford one.
  15. On an unrelated subject, We Hate Scouse's signature is the most beautiful thing to have ever existed on the internet.
  16. My apologies. Heathrow only showed arrivals going up to 11:00 GMT, which I assume was about 6-7 hours ago. Anyway, there was no plane that landed at Heathrow or Gatwick within several hours of that "arrived 15 minutes ago" mark. He'd surely have been sighted a lot earlier than that; besides, there's no results on any of the 4 major search engines for Hulk London in the last 3 days.
  17. It was only 1. If you look closely, you'll see that all "4" arrived at the same time. That is known as a codeshare. Only one physical plane arrived, but it was operating on behalf of four airlines. London City doesn't have Portuguese arrivals at all. I haven't checked the others. Edit: I'll save you the bother of looking closely. I would guess thats American Airlines, someone, British Airways and Cathay Pacific. The three are involved in a strategic alliance known as OneWorld. How do I know all this? My parents have worked at Qantas since 1983.
  18. I'm trying to win some awards, or at least some reputation points I searched Gatwick and Heathrow, the only two airports in London with connections to Portugal. For good measure I checked Biggin Hill as well, in case Roman flew him in via private jet, but they haven't had an arrival all day.
  19. It is impossible for him to have 'arrived 15 minutes ago', unless he swam to London from Portugal. Either he got to London 5 hours ago but wasn't spotted at all or he hasn't come.
  20. Slow down, fellas. No results on Google at all. Only 2 planes from Portugal have landed in London today. One 5 hours ago and one due to land in an hours time.
