  1. I don't like naming shirts. I'd rather leave them name free and numberless.
  2. He's hugely popular in Africa, I've heard. Not as much as Drogba or Essien but still well known and liked enough for adidas to spot a potential sale.
  3. Golden stripes? Spooky, Sh0n3x has produced kits like that for Fifa 12.... does he know something we don't? Can we still use this thread as a place to showcase our own Chelsea kits? I'll post another away kit anyway. Note the golden Premier League badges
  4. The Rising Sun makes you sound like you're a cross between a Man City fan and Japanese person More seriously, it's probably best to avoid confusion, so I can't see any reason against changing for such reasons. I'll be gutted if someone with a name like me joins
  5. There's also a BlueLyon There'll never be another cap, though There's only one capriccioso, there's only one capriccioso It'll catch on. Give it some time
  6. I've got a lot of spare time on my hands for a week so I'll probably knock up a better version of that and some home and third kits.
  7. How about this for an away kit? It's my first attempt at a kit through PhotoShop, so my apologies if its not quite to your liking. I tried my best but still I'm personally a bit unhappy with it. The shades of blue, in particular, seem a bit too purple-ish.
  8. I like the article strike, its very convincing, but I can't help but feel Benayoun will be surplus to requirements once we get a few good young midfielders in. We should try and keep him until that happens, maybe sell him in January?
  9. Brilliant goal he scored, though. A glimpse of what could have been had it not been for that thug de Jong Any player who can do that, turn one defender, outpace another, dribble straight past 2 as if they weren't there and then round the keeper is certainly worth whatever defensive trouble he can give you by not helping out.
  10. That's very interesting, have you done the research? If so can you post the data? What does this mean, though? Are we using our substitutes too early and leaving tired players on?
  11. Interesting, but I thought that post 2008 4-1-4-1 and eventually 4-5-1 were in vogue as most teams from EURO 08 played 4-1-4-1.
  12. Harsh to stereotype Yanks but these days, our fan base has swelled because of Torres, and I don't like that. Go support Barcelona if you're only interested in a club because of a player we might have.
  13. Ha! Kalou did something! I haven't watched the match yet. I'll just gloat and hope Kalou was good all game.
  14. To be fair, he was pretty good in 2002. I can't think of a winner who had an awful tournament and was effectively a passenger other than Torres.
  15. I might give this game a miss, unfortunately. The game doesn't start for 3 hours and I'm exhausted, I feel dizzy from sickness + lack of sleep
  16. I wouldn't put it past TSO. Its the kind of mindfucking he likes to give out.
  17. Look at Suarez's face. What a cunt. However, Carlton Draught > all. I haven't tried many other beers.
  18. His life has just gone down the toilet in the last few weeks. Idiot, he had it all made for him.
  19. Surely there is. There's over a billion Indians, lets say for arguments sake 200 million like football. That's a huge pool to choose from, India may not produce the next Ronaldinho but there's always hope to produce a few good players.
  20. Not unless we can get a machine that reduces the impact of age, and take him back to his 25-26 year old peak.
  21. He is greedy, for cash at least. He's holding out for a large wage on his new contract, rumour has it, either we relent and accept his terms or we have to sell him in the summer while we can still get a good price for him.
  22. They hate us for seemingly no reason barring that we shot to the top. No need for us to stoop to their levels.
