Pep Guardiola confident of signing John Stones and waiting on Bonucci

This is what he said and left me thinking:
"Also, Kante was a target for Chelsea, my target, Chelsea's target. It's important that we close these operations.
My target? He didn't said the same thing about Bats.....
Or maybe this buy happen for the same reason Liverpool did when they receive a lot of money for Torres.
They go crazy with out a plan and splash the money.
Now granted the players here are much better, but still because you have insane of money caution is thrown out of the way.
Lyon reject €35m Arsenal bid for France forward Alexandre Lacazette

That's the thing, no true fan will want their team to lose to someone else. Despite if you don't like some players. I'm sure there's been some players people don't like, my goodness look at the Ivanovic thread!
But no one who is a real fan will still want the club to lose because of one individual.
So I think you need to define what it means to be a fan.
Paul Pogba not worth record fee to Manchester United, says Paul Scholes
https://www.theguardian.com/football/2016/jul/23/paul-pogba-record-fee-manchester-united-paul-scholes-football
This is like throwing dirt at the club.....
I foresee problems with Scholes and Mourinho in the future. Scholes is too vocal and Mourinho will not back away.
So then if this is the case, this is far more stricter then USA. And yet people still find ways to kill other people.
This is why I never believe all the excuse of the loose weapons law in the US. Banning the guns by themselves will not solve this issue.
As you seen by this example or even in France where a guy killed people with a truck......
Massimiliano Allegri confirms Juventus in talks to sell Manchester United target Paul Pogba

Looks like its happening to United.
Reminds of the the Torres-caroll buy.
Liverpool got a lot of money and quickly bought a new striker.
The only difference this time is that both players being bought and sold are good as compared to Torres and Caroll. ?
Friendlies/Pr-Season are mostly meaningless in regards of results.
Waste of time to get too much analysis of a bad loss.
Should be between December and March where you get a better clue of a team.
Funis morís played for Argentina in the Copa América and he wasn't that bad. He just got to Everton last season and was getting used to the league.
He would be a great buy then say stones.
Yeah that how it should be done with Juventus since they don't want to do business with us.
The only reason to sell is if the players expresses to leave. Then we got no choice.
You said:
And I said isn't this scenario similar to Real Madrid after he left?
The players didn't play for AVB because he lost them. And we know these players are good as proof by before and after.
Add that same line for Real Madrid and Chelsea for the individual.
