  1. Torres. I'm sure he won't fancy Mourinho coming back because he knows he's the first to go.
  2. Did you even read the article? The man himself wants to go on loan to ensure he will be the top dog when he finally returns to Chelsea so who are the club to deny him that? Torres is as good as gone, Ba is a short-term player and the club seems to be buying someone new this summer. If we can get rid of Torres, that would leave us with the new signing and Demba Ba as our two strikers and Lukaku can easily replace Demba Ba at some point in the future but another year on loan certainly wouldn't hurt his development, especially if there was European football available to him which would significantly increase the amount of games he would play. Also, that article says he would still be part of the club's preseason plans and who knows, maybe the next manager would fancy Lukaku and convince him to stay if there's enough playing time available at Chelsea too and Lukaku himself would be okay with that.
  3. Silva most likely will be better than this season but that's hardly surprising seeing as how shit he was this season. Even when they won the title last year and Silva had his best ever season, he was not as good as Mata of this season. Going to be a close one between these guys though, if Mata kan keep up this form and Silva plays like he played last season. Then there are Hazard and Oscar who are certain to be even better next season when they're familiar with the team and the country from the very beginning of the season. Wouldn't be surprised at all to see Hazard scoring 20 league goals next season, much like Bale this year.Tevez is good, but he's a cunt and I wouldn't be surprised to see Pellegrini getting rid of this troublemaker. Monaco are interested. And seriously, Gael Clichy? Now you're just taking the piss. I agree that City under a 'decent manager' like Pellegrini will be a good side, at least better than they were this season. However, I am even more sure about the fact that Chelsea will be right up there as well with Mourinho in charge and a bunch of new signings coming in. It's going to be one of the most interesting seasons ever in the Premier League next year and at this point it's impossible to predect anything, you as a Real Madrid fan just seem to be so against the idea of Mourinho succeeding that you'll say pretty much anything to make him look bad and our rivals better than they in reality are.
  4. I can see how that can get complicated, both are among the hardest languages in the world.
  5. High five! Is there anyone else who haven't got a clue who Daft Punk are? Come on lads, it's no shame admitting you don't listen to shit music. And yes, you're correct. It can be tricky for a native English speaker to pronounce that properly since Finnish is so much different to English. I believe @manpe got the hang of it in the name change thread as the Estonian language is quite similar to Finnish.
  6. He benched Casillas because they had a fight, can't see the same happening with Cech as they have a great relationship already from his time at Chelsea and I'm sure Cech would be delighted to have him back. But in the end it's is like @ said, a lovely dilemma for the management to have and think through. Like I've said before, I think Courtois should stay at Atletico for another year and then a season on loan in England before coming back for the 15/16 season to replace Cech as number one. Not because he's not good enough to take over sooner but because Cech is still an excellent keeper and he deserves to play at Chelsea for at least another two seasons as the first choice after all he's given to the club and Courtois is way too good to be just a backup.
  7. I think I'm going to stick with this one, it's my nickname in the real life. I'm not a pussy like @Rmpr who couldn't stand the bullying and thought it's better to give in to their demands and change the name back. And yes, I do have a real life outside the internet before one of you fuckers asks.
  8. Enough of that! @Rmpr, @Stingray and @Hutcho already bullied me about this, I can't take it if you do too.
  9. True, they bought those players and it's amazing to have them. Even so, they are now supposedly about to sell De Bruyne, who's already as good as any of those three, for nearly a break-even price without letting him even once feature in a Chelsea shirt and then they surely go on and buy another flavor-of-the-month player for £30m to come and play with the other £30m men we already have when they could just as well recall De Bruyne for free and play him. As a Real Madrid fan you must be familiar with business like this (Sneijder out for 15m, Kaka in for 65m for example) with Florentino Perez's ridiculous Galacticoes and everything but we as Chelsea fans aren't really used for this so it's perfectly understandable for us to be shocked. If the board seriously sanctions this deal, then they deserve all the stick they can possibly get because I am 100% sure that Kevin De Bruyne will be valued at +30m within a couple of years if we now sell him for peanuts.
  10. Saying Pellegrini is a better manager just because his Malaga side had a better chance of winning Dortmund in a mere two legged tie than Mourinho's team did is just pointless. Judging by your logic that's like saying QPR are better than Barcelona because they got 4 points from us this season in the league and we won Barcelona last year. Better to compare their times as Real Madrid manager and it's safe to say Mourinho did a better job there than Pellegrini did, although to be fair Pellegrini wasn't bad and his sacking was unfair back in 2010 but I guess you'll do what you got to do if the best manager in the world Jose Mourinho becomes available. And how exactly are City miles ahead of us? Sure, they have better strikers than us but for the AM's I would take Mata, Hazard and Oscar ahead of Silva, Nasri, Milner any day of the week, no doubt in my mind about that. Yaya Toure is better than any of our central midfielders but that's about all and the rest of their CM's are beyond shit. In defense they have Kompany, Nastasic and Zabaleta who are all great but the rest of them are average at best. We have Luiz, Azpilicueta and maybe Cole, who are top class and the rest of our defenders are better than City's defenders after the best three individuals. Cech is better than Hart and we also have Courtois waiting in the sidelines so it's fair to say our GK department is way ahead of City's. So yeah, they maybe better than us at a couple of areas but with Mourinho coming back Chelsea will be an attractive option for many of the players in the summer transfer window and with once again a lot of money available it's pretty clear things will improve before the next season starts. I honestly can't see a reason why Mourinho would be interested in Manchester City at all if there is a possibility of coming back to Chelsea.
  11. Yep, can't really see either of them outsmarting Mourinho in matches between us and the Manchester clubs and that's already a huge advantage as far as the title race goes. Won't get that excited until we actually get Jose back though.
  12. Might not be the best time to admit I don't know who the fuck Daft Punk are either.
  13. Yep, that's the way it should be done instead of doing a Wenger, as in replacing the outgoing stars with second rate players in hope of them becoming better in the future. Also, replacing Nuri Sahin with Ilkay Gündogan is definitely right up there with the deals you mentioned. Jürgen Klopp has done an amazing job in the past few years and after all these transfers it really shouldn't be a surprise to anyone seeing De Bruyne becoming one of the best midfielders in the world within only a couple of years if he goes to Dortmund. Klopp's track record with these kind of deals should be the last wake-up call for the Chelsea board to realize how good this guy is and that losing him for peanuts would be a huge mistake.
  14. That Bild article saying €15m with no options for Dortmund's players. Waiting for the official confirmation but good God, if that happens I can only wonder how anyone could possibly be that fucking stupid to first buy an unproven talent like De Bruyne for £8m and after he has finally broken through to the very top level sell him to one of the best teams in the world for pretty much the same price we initially got him for. That would make absolutely no fucking sense and whoever authorizes a deal like that should be lobotomized immediately. The club has had no problem spending £5m on nearly any potential world class player out there but so far there haven't really been anyone who has succeeded and the club have made a massive loss on deals like that and when we finally hit the jackpot they look like fucking it up too. As much as I rate KdB, I would be at least somewhat okay with a deal if it involved one of Dortmund's stars coming our way but €15m cash for a player of De Bruyne's ability would be one of the stupidest deals in the history of football, and that's saying a lot. If this happens, I will bump this thread every time he plays for Dortmund just like people are now bumping Sturridge's thread.
  15. Just went by Redcafe and they honestly seem to believe the only reason behind Rooney's transfer request is money and they're already calling him a money grabbing cunt if he wants to join Chelsea. I assume they haven't heard Wayne Rooney is already paid at least £50k more than any Chelsea player and there's no way he could get any more here. Deluded cunts.
  16. I'm starting to regret changing my name, people like @Stingray and @Rmpr are bullying me. edit: @Hutcho, you too?
  17. Like I give a fuck about what you think. Just kidding. You'll get used to my new name.
  18. If that's true, then I'm afraid it's only a matter of the fee because Chelsea would have already given them permission to negotiate personal terms and therefore willing to let this deal happen. For fuck's sake I seriously hope we don't let go of this guy too easily, reading stuff about him going for less than €20m makes me sick. Not letting him go at all would of course be the best option but that's not looking very likely now so we can only hope for the best possible deal. Dortmund have lots of players our squad could definitely use so why won't our board press harder and try to get something good out of the deal for us too? Acquiring a player like Gündogan or Lewandowski would make our squad better than recalling De Bruyne would because we already have players who can play in Kevin's position but not a striker who's good enough and certainly not a midfielder who's as good as Ilkay Gündogan. First options are bullshit because the player can still choose to join another team, it's either an immediate swap deal with some money involved or Dortmund can shove this deal up their ass and we keep KdB.
  19. Where did you hear this? Fantastic news if true.
  20. Just found out Fox is bringing back 24 next year, can't wait to have Jack Bauer back in action.
  21. Now needs just one more to reach 20 goals in all competitions this season!
  22. Are you seriously implying that Falcao is not a proven striker because he has only scored a goal per game in the La Liga and not the supposedly better Premier League? Players like Michu, Santi Cazorla and even our very own Juan Mata have all come from there and already in their first seasons done better in the EPL than they had ever done in the La Liga. What makes you think Falcao would be any different, if he were to join a team that actually plays well with strikers (City and Utd, definitely not us).It really shouldn't even be questioned whether or not Falcao would suit the Premier League and be a massive success, he most certainly would, but the only question mark is if there are better options out there for a cheaper price who could suit our team better. In the past 6 years or so, other than Drogba there hasn't been a successful striker at Chelsea so Falcao could well be a flop here as well but that does not mean he wouldn't be a huge hit at some other top club who just so happens can't afford him. Whoever comes in the summer, be it Falcao or anyone else for that matter, should be thoroughly scouted to make absolutely sure he's a player who suits our team the best. We simply can't afford to have another Torres on our hands, although I believe Mourinho, should he come, will already know who he wants and I trust his judgement.
