He came in too strong.

How is Jackson a big question mark at this level scoring 14 goals in his first season, and being someone who significantly helps in the build up of our attack?
-
Felix sucks. Oh well. A small step backwards for us.
-
Colwill hasn’t impressed me once in a Chelsea shirt. I’d sell him in a heartbeat.
-
Chuku is good. He can be a real difference maker. 20 mil is peanuts.
-
I think if the striker is good enough you bring them in regardless. It is one of those positions no matter what you bring someone in.
-
I've warmed to the idea of VO over time, but I think it is quite telling that very few big teams, if any, are in for him. I mean at this point - he isn't much more if at all than Solanke, and Spuds went off and signed Solanke instead...
-
Should lowball them and say straight swap only.

Our attacking options are sorted in my opinion. I know people want this sure fire number 9 - but Jackson was good for his first season here, second season of pro football - and someone who has the potential to get really good. Palmer is a goal scorer and play maker. Nkunku is a goal scorer and play maker. Neto is a play maker who can put the ball in the back. Maduake if he stays is an impact player - he has proven that. Wait and see with Samu but by all accounts from La Liga and Atletico fans - a massive prospect. I'm happy to let this lot up front grow and build something. No need for changes. Maybe a proper LW - but lets wait and see. Midfield - lots of potential and brilliance individually - but need to learn where they're playing and how to play together. Think we have some good options that just need to grow together and find the best pairings depending on the teams we play. Defence - FB's are great. CBs - tragic. Colwill, Fofana and Tosin better step up.

The Sterling story will be a loan for sure. With 20% wages covered.
-
Can Neto play LW? I remember every time I watched him he has been brilliant, but isn't he a RW?
-
Is it me or are all the Bulgarian supporters on here sad sacks?
-
It's crazy that you're wrong on every point. Like crazy.
-
Osimhen small? Lol
-
You want receipts of other peoples opinions on reddit and other forums? Why exactly? I didn't make a claim. All I did was look to get an opinion of the guy from people who have watched. Do that in your own time if you want - or don't.
-
I'm sorry that happened to you. Or - I'm really happy for you. I didn't read all of that - but I can tell its a bad take.
-
Samu does look average on the highlights I've seen - but like I said earlier, and someone else pointed out - Atleti fans are sad he is going, Spanish league watchers all rate him super highly. Maybe there is something there? I can't say I know based on an 8 minute video of the guy, but it isn't he prettiest highlight video is all.
-
Jackson growing into EPL another year, one of the best SS in the world back in Nkunku and Palmer up front as well. I think our strike force is looking fine. Samu coming in to be an understudy and grow might be the right play here.
-
Holy hell that is way too much. He is good, but not that good. No where near the player some make him out to be on here - aka like missing out on Neymar or something.
-
ST, CB and LW and we good.
-
Twitter, reddit and forums. very positive outlook for him
-
Everything from Spanish fans says Samu is amazing and destined to be a top top striker - despite highlights. People are saying he was stuck on relegation fodder and was the one thing keeping them up at times. Like I’ve said - from the highlights he looks bang average to me - but his output for his age and the team/league he is on is impressive. I will keep my mouth shut on it. Thought Duran looked the more polished player at the same age - but the feedback from fans who have watched is mixed for Duran where as highly positive for Samu.
-
Would love to see the funds of Conor and Lukaku used to buy a prime CB and a surefire LW. Might be worth taking a run on Chiesa at 15m? But we have enough players who spend time in the hospital bay.
-
Good luck to Conor. Should thrive as a motor and destroyer in their frantic midfield and pace.
-
Good performance all things considered. Enzo tried some stuff today fitting certain players where they don't go - and we pretty much handed every City goal to them on a plate. All mistakes rather than anything special from them.
