Hard to have this second unit play well together when they have never played together. Our worst performane under Liam. I don't think we're far off from challenging for a title like people say here. Few tweaks of getting rid of shit defenders like Badi, Tosin, etc, and servicable backups in. I'd get rid of Garnacho as well but I doubt it happens.

I was also told that the JP and Drogba comparisons were disrespectful. Well… he has won us a big trophy. Has shown up in big games. Impacts games when not scoring. He’s also the seasons best signing in the EPL. He is the closest striker we’ve had to Drogba playstyle wise and mentality wise.

Yep - looks a great player. Happy with him or Rogers. I get having some more nimble players that can dance around opponents but City did the right thing by getting a skilled bulldozer in Semenyo. We need the same out left. Rogers or Ndiaye to batter opponents a little while also being highly skilled.

Why would you want Trev to leave when he is a perfect squad option? The other two can bounce. Sarr, Colwill, Fofana, Josh and Murrilo would be great IMO rolling into next season.

I think Murillo is a pretty achievable pull given Liverpool have just bought a CB, Arsenal are set and City spent in the area.

Delap had a good game and people still shit on him throughout the game. Garnacho is obviously bad but it’s blatantly obvious when people here have a scapegoat.

That was our best and worst performance of the season. You could hear the crowd actually excited by the play in that first 60 minutes. Haven’t heard ooos and aahhhs and that kind of applause in a while. It happens. Ref was bollocks. We showed heart beating West Ham the way we did but it didn’t go our way tonight. And we really should have won it with the Cole miss. Despite playing ourselves into a pickle the players actually showed steel when it got tough but didn’t have the ball bounce the right way. It sucks result wise but I think there was a visible improvement in going forward and creating against a low block. Us needing two world class CBs isn’t new.

He isn't hurting us. Players make mistakes and he certainly doesn't need to change the way he plays otherwise we get worse. He is one of our least accident prone players.
