I think in term of jose it really depend, I don't think we are ready to win EPL next season unless we made crazy signings and Jose is known to be a manager who want to win now. I have a feeling that city is a better team for him

I have never said that he is a bad footballer. I simply pointed out his main strength which is his speed which is better utilized on the wing. Even danny knows this, all game long he tend to drift wide to find channel/space to run into

Yap, I actually like that he is drifting wide. Because his main strength is on his speed which he can utilize better on the wing. It really does not matter what you called him, winger striker. In my OP I just want to point out that he has tendency to drift wide.

I agree, he played as striker when they are on defense but when they are on attack,he tends to drift wide like you said to find channel. and tends to play like a winger

Drogba was awful last season other than a few big matches (Valencia,FA cup,etc) where he was absolutely outstanding. Btw I am not talking about torress, it's about danny, he was first team under AVB as right winger and he was just bench player under RDM. RDM preferred to play kalou, which is better defensively but clearly has no future in our club

TBF he did not really play as "striker" in liverpool. He drifted wide most of the time. I am not really sure torres was the prorblem we can always play danny on the wing

I don't think oscar is the problem. Since RDM took over, he moved danny to bech player. He was first team player under AVB

Danny has been outstanding for Liverpool and BR did very good job to play him as cf when defending to offset his defensive liabilities. I really don't want to say this but some of the blame has to be given to RDM, he was first team player under avb and he became just backup player since RDM took over.
