I wonder how they managed Eurovision 2012 when they can't properly handle a much smaller event in EL final. Must have been a nightmare for everyone.

Could be pondered if our board actually were competent in the market. Sell our two best players and hope they make rational decisions with the earned money? Hell no
-
Haha exactly, I've been cringing at those posts since they started Especially the ones where he's called a marijuana man or whatever, childish kiddie playground insults

Bakayoko of other teams and leagues, yes. Bakayoko of Chelsea and EPL, no. Sarri wants to play quick one-touch football, his first touches usually bounced 5 metres.
-
Yeah, Azpi and James at RB would be fantastic for next season. LB a much more pressing issue. However I quite liked Mario at the WC, tireless at both ends.
-
Bakayoko? Don't know about Pasalic, but anybody is better than Baka man Kovacic any day over him for me.

Chelsea banned for TWO transfer windows

You're giving them too much credit -
The club does everything in its power to sabotage itself, amazing, just amazing

Otherwise yes, but 100 mill or more? Bitch please

Vesper I beg you, I depend on your links.

It does matter. He made a vital goal-line clearance, which would have been a goal otherwise = he changed the game back to positive. He redeemed himself with that one and scoring his penalty.

Surprised DL is the player we broke the precedent for. But no doubt the looming transfer ban is key to this decision. As it stands our CB options next season will be Luiz, Rüdiger, Christensen, Zouma and Ampadu... Not the worst mix we could have. Ampadu should probs go out on loan though, no room for 5 CBs. In 2 years time he could replace David's mop with his own after gaining some experience.

Funny thing is that before we signed them, I would have salivated at the thought of seeing Kovacic and Jorginho in our team, but now I just go "meh". The only ones who make me excited out of the lot are Hazard and RLC, but a good team selection out of the options we have.
-
It will suck whoever wins, so I'm just hoping for a good and exciting, dramatic match. If I had to choose now though, I'd pick Liverpool Just so we'd stay the only team in London to have won it, plus pool have already won it before so it's nothing new, spurs however would stay trophyless But as a fan of football first, I want a cracking game.

Iirc you slated him big time last season, no?
-
What good reason? I don't see any. Names on paper mean nothing, we are vulnerable even against relegation fodder in the league.
-
I can't decide yet if I like it or not. It looks kinda bad but kinda good also. I miss the Samsung era Adidas kits.
-
You must be joking. I honestly consider them favourites home or away, dreading getting drenched, that's how shit we are.

Opinions change after more information. Jorginho was class in Serie A, had great reputation, good skills in FM and FIFA (I presume, I don't play them), was wanted by Guardiola and Sarri, and cost a lot of money. It was a positive preconception after our last season's failures, so a player of that background was literally seen as a saviour from several levels above anything we had. Now that he hasn't lived up to expectations in games we have all watched and scrutinized, opinions have changed. It's nothing out of the ordinary, nothing wrong with that. Things change.

No, Kepa was 100% a club signing because their hands were forced.
-
£26m? I'd take him for a backup/rotational role. Not starter unless he improves his productivity on both ends, but for a backup who can cover all 3 positions is not a bad price. I do think he will be better next season if he stays, so he will potentially have great resale value considering his age.
-
That last corner pissed me off. Why on earth would you play it short when it's the last kick of the game? [emoji2959] Sent from my Mi A1 using Tapatalk

True, he's worse than average.
