  1. I'm not sure, but it would make sense if they are simply keeping themselves ready in case they are needed to come on. Whatever way you look at it, playing Zouma was a risk and Cahill was probably instructed to keep himself ready in case Zouma flunked or got injured. It's also not impossible that Jose was toying with the idea of bringing him on after half-time.
  2. Still hasn't scored? I can smell a goal draught coming from 4000 km away.
  3. Don't tell me it's lithuanian? It is exactly the same as Russian
  4. Refresh my memory were the goals Tibo's fault? I don't remember anymore.
  5. Yes indeed. I'm worried that it's come to the point where refs are now trying to prove that they don't get swayed by pressure.
  6. MOTM Hazard or Costa for me. Didn't see 1st half properly due to trying to find a proper stream for half an hour, but by the sound of it I didn't miss much. Zouma should keep his place for the next game on merit.
  7. I ask, I answer Bloodzeed: acestream://e8f810a29314aaa176d9c0de6d70fe9e301233a0 Delvey: acestream://b3b3048acd53c5881894065fdda3785db1ff37d3 AceStream Live Streams Directory
  8. Acestream stream link would be highly appreciated. I'm in trouble after wiziwig closed.
  9. He actually dropped Cahill. Jose you legend!
  10. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2902414/When-Hollywood-came-Chelsea-Raquel-Welch-stood-Stamford-Bridge-touchline-shouted-Wooee-bye-bye-Ossie.html When Hollywood came to Chelsea... Raquel Welch stood on the Stamford Bridge touchline and shouted at Peter OsgoodSome great pics in there of Raquel Welch and Peter Osgood. (the one in the pic below isn't Welch).
  11. 'I had sat down with Ferran (Soriano, the chief executive of both clubs) and it was all about New York. There was no mention of Man City. If they had wanted to speak to me on behalf of Man City, with New York in the pipeline beyond that, because I was a free agent, but that was never the question at all.'To be honest when I thought about five or six months off, I thought it was quite a result. I thought I've been playing solid for a long, long time. It will be a good break. I'll find a way to keep fit. I thought I maybe could train with Chelsea.' 'In a million years I wouldn't celebrate if I scored against Chelsea. I used to celebrate when I scored against West Ham, but that was a different situation. When I left West Ham there was a hostility from me towards them over certain things - old new now. But with Chelsea? Never. 'I swear to God, if I went to the Bridge and they booed me for 90 minutes and I scored the winner, I still wouldn't celebrate. It would never come into my head and I think the fans there understand me and how I feel about it. I would never celebrate against Chelsea. That would be ridiculous.' http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2904229/Frank-Lampard-insists-never-intended-play-Premier-League-club-wouldn-t-celebrate-scoring-Chelsea-booed-90-minutes.html
  12. Yokohama: Profit $123.5 million (2010) Samsung: Net income $30.1 billion (2013) Holy crap... Yokohama are making a serious investment if the reported figure is correct. 32,4% of their 2010 profit if they pay us 40M annually.
  13. You people are acting as if he's dying or leaving, but he's only announced resignation from admin position. Am I missing something? Good luck, Steve, in your pursuit of happiness!
  14. The logo looks actually really good. The main advantage over Turkish Airlines being only one line of text, taking less real estate on the shirt.
  15. Hence the "rubber stamp" comment. Though MichaelDance could be correct about Pellegrini, guess we'll never know.
  16. I doubt Pellegrini was a major player in this, most probably only a rubber stamp. This reeks of City's and Lampard's desire to screw us over.
  17. Not sure if this has been posted before. Frank Lampard has signed deal to join New York City FC in July, agent says So basically it was known from the start, but I clearly remember one of Lampard's first interviews with City where he claimed that this opportunity was a total surprise to him. Sigh...
  18. What's baffling is that MLS didn't consider that third party is prohibited in England and ivestigation would follow on those claims thus exposing what they were trying to hide. Either stupid or there is more to it than is being told.
  19. If we got 30M then yes, otherwise I agree with @Jason. Marin or Moses? They will be worse with the minutes Schürrle is getting, no player is going to build up any kind of form with such inconsistency.
  20. The Lampard camp had to say something because his image was under attack, but he was never going to admit to lying and scheming. Probably written by his PR manager.
  21. Jose doesn't rotate the defensive line, especially centre backs, so it's no surprise that Cahill, being the younger one out of the two, is the most used. And 34-year old Terry is not far behind in 3rd place. But tbh looking at this, it is definitely too disproportionate. It can't be about quality either, because it's not like for example Ramires or Remy are hopeless players. Jose is just the kind of manager who likes playing it safe and I imagined it would be like this when it was announced he'd become our manager, so I have no serious gripes, as long as Jose Mourinho is our manager. However, he seriously needs to look out for the overused players, because there are signs of burning out (most visibly Cahill and Ivanovic, who have been playing insane minutes). If this continues then I'm afraid it won't be long until the effectiveness of Matic and Fabregas will drop, and then we are in trouble, because the efficiency of our play rotates around those two.
