Have to be honest, I hate all the stick the media give AVB about his time here. It wasn't exactly a disastrous 9 months it was more like 4 months towards the end because some of the players were complete arseholes. Hes been such a great servant to this club, a true legend who will always be remembered here. Sad to see him go obviously, going to be impossible to come across a player of that mentality again as he was always the one who wanted to take responsibility in the big games. He will always be remember for the great goals he scored and the 9 goals in 9 major finals is a record that will never be broken here at Chelsea. Its the right time for him to go though and I wish him well wherever he may end up, unless its Spurs but I doubt that it will be.

Also Porto's buying policy doesn't really refer to price its more about signing younger players who have potential to replace the players they've had to sell. Example 1 Falcao for when they sold Lisandro Lopez to Lyon. 2 Kleber for when they sold Falcao to Atletico Madrid. Anyway we should go for VDV, better RB than Bos and Paulo plus Branna should be used as a CB.

We must appoint RDM now but there is one thing I'm concerned about. I'm unsure whether he would replace some of the old guard/Mourinho signings that are leaving this summer, with players that can be equally as good as they where/are. We will see though.
