  1. Yes, let's forget all the sub appearances and a MOTM performance in the CL semifinal... And his wage demands? At least look it up before you say something like that. Mikel is one of our lowest paid established first team players at 75K/wk. John has said countless times that he feels that he owes the club and hence will stay until the club does not want him anymore.
  2. Foreign Office minister Baroness Warsi has resigned saying that she "can no longer support UK Government policy on Gaza"
  3. I see someone is taking being completely wrong about this very bitterly But, yeah, keep telling yourself that no team in the world wants to buy Vidal and Pogba!
  4. No. No, it doesn't No, I get it. Frank has rarely ever done something to upset the fans in the slightest, so you would expect that he'd be the one who wouldn't do it.
  5. Really? The exact opposite to me. Because Frank has always been the player to act with his head and despite all he has done for the club, he always seemed to be thinking of his own interest first and foremost which don't get me wrong he has every right to do. While JT has always been the most passionate player in the team who acts with his emotions and puts his body and his all on the line for the team. Loyality isn't logical, it's emotional and passionate.
  6. The "assasination" of sympathy and advertising and cheering for violence has reached inhuman levels. Forget the history and political side for a second, in what world is this not psychopathic: That is smartphone app game where the player gets to drop bombs on the people of Gaza. Forget the political struggle, I am losing my faith in the human race here!
  7. Rafeef Ziadah. Another form of resistance:
  8. It's really not that complicated, guys It happens with charity and friendly tournaments all the time. Juve, Milan and Inter have a similar one each year during preseason.
  9. Page has been taken down, but I can predict what content was from the title. But that is nothing, last week they had an article titled "When genocide is permissible"! Almost Nazi levels of glorifying power and justifying violence. It was taken down a couple of hours later after the outrage from the people who saw it.
  10. That's actually a fair point. The game has moved on a bit from the type of players like Mikel. Few team use a traditional anchor man. Carrick facing similar issues at united. But Mikel can still be valuable to the team. He showed that after we signed Matic last season. That is why he is staying.
  11. Not just ISIS actually. You see, in the Kalamoun region, there are no issue between ISIS and the rest of the Syrian "rebels" militias. So, it's basically all the fighters of all the factions left in area after the Koseir and Yabrood battles, including the factions that were funded and armed by the US and the KSA through some of the parties in Lebanon. This battle has been a long time coming. The town of Irsal has been since the start of the war in Syria one of the main routes of smuggling weapons. But it's a battle that these militias cannot win despite some support "under the table" by some Lebanese politicians. They have the Syrian army and Hezboullah behind them and the Lebanese army in front of them.
  12. You just thank your stars there isn't a @TC_Meltdown account on Twitter!
  13. Because he is trying to imply that because Hamas are bad, it somehow justifies the killing of innocent civilians. I tried to argue with him at the start of the conflict but that's when all the ugly islamophobic stuff came out. Btw, all those Hamas videos are taken out of context and largely mistranslated.
  14. The funny thing is, Juve aren't "asking" for anything because Paul has said that he doesn't want to leave this summer regardless.
  15. I don't think all 3 need to be injured. I think if the third keeper is U21 the FA can make an exception. (I vaguely remember something along these lines happening to Arsenal and them being allowed to sign that crazy German dud who's name I can't remember right now). Again, this is not my logic; I'm just saying that we did the exact same thing last season. Take it out with the club
  16. I think there is a clause in the rules that states that if you lose all your first team keepers to injury, the FA will allow you to add someone to your squad list even if it is outside the transfer window. Usually it is an "emergency keeper loan", but I guess it could also be bringing in a keeper you have but have not registered. It is the only remotely logical reason why we renewed Hilario's contract last season but did not register him in neither the PL nor the CL.
  17. I'm guessing for the same reason we renewed Hilario's contract last season. What that reason actually is, I am not sure, but some people were saying that in (the unlikely) case that our first two keepers get injured, they didn't want someone like Blackman or Beeney coming in.
  18. I think it's obvious that the club will not register Mark in the PL.
  19. I, and everyone supporting the Palestinians in this thread, have said multiple times how terrible Hamas are. But Hamas aren't the Palestinian people and Hamas aren't even the Palestinian resistance and they certainly aren't the reason why the IOF are massacring all those civilians. They are just the latest excuse. In fact, Israel helped Hamas gain prominence in Palestine because they make the perfect excuse. Read this: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article10456.htm
  20. Yes, your Major-General was just making a joke when he talked about the approved military plan called the "Dahiya doctrine" and how it aimed at causing as much civilian casualties as possible, right? Weird sense of humor...
  21. He attempts more tackles and take A LOT more risks which aren't always good things for a DM, imo. He's more dynamic than Mikel, yes, but that is about it. Mikel is still miles better and much more reliable. You'd be crazy if you'd rather Romeu comes on and not Mikel in a CL semifinal or title decider at the Ettihad.
  22. Your army told the US that your objective is to cause as much civilians death as possible. Targeting civilians is an official IOF policy! It is a plan you call the "Dahiya doctrine". "...Israel will use disproportionate force upon any village that fires upon Israel, "causing great damage and destruction."...the possibility of harm to the population has been Hizballah leader Nasrallah's main constraint, and the reason for the quiet over the past two years." Those are not my words. Those are the words of Major-General Gadi Eisenkot: https://wikileaks.org/plusd/cables/08TELAVIV2329_a.html#efmBOyBWZ No more excuses. No more LIES.
  23. I know that people are all for promoting young players and all that, but seriously, how in the world Romeu better than Mikel? That's almost as ridiculous as the people saying that Chalobah was already better than Mikel and Ramires two seasons ago. Mikel is s staying because he is a quality squad player who has a lot to offer for the team. Jose wants him here. As simple as that. You want Vidal, Bastian, Pogba and Gundogan to be squad players for us?!
