I agree.. I don't get the hype about this guy. He was ok against us, but ffs against a Lampard-Luiz or Lampard-Ramires pivot my gran would be pretty decent too Not saying he isn't good. I would of course prefer it if we hadn't let him go as he would have been very good cover for our midfield last season. But we did let him go, so we should just move on. He isn't a potential superstar, and he'll cost way too much now. Not worth it at all IMO. There are far too many better players out there, plus this will make us look like complete idiots if we resign him for 20 odd over million

Completely agree... The 'old' Jose was more entertaining, definitely, but I for one am glad with this calmer approach he seems to be taking. And I loved the things he said about wanting more stability, etc in his life now, and saying that he was neither ready nor keen on staying here for a long time when he arrived in 2004.

There are way too many gifs being used on this forum nowadays. It feels like tumblr or something. I personally have absolutely no problem with them being used in the general chat sections or non-football related discussions but in some football related threads, every other post is a gif response. I know I'm exaggerating but you know what I mean... Especially in the Jose thread where a large number of responses are just gifs to express excitement.. I don't understand what these responses add to the discussion. In my opinion, they just add to the clutter in the forum at the moment, not to mention they also slow down the page loading.

Some of the threads are really painful to read through, with people posting stuff like 'LOOOL' and posting clown emoticons. Why can't we argue in a more civilized manner? The arguments would actually be interesting if only they were presented better, rather than automatically assuming the other person is an idiot. Also the abuse that the likes of Sam get is ridiculous IMO. He is just stating his opinion and people call for him to be banned FFS. These are the same people who simply cannot accept that their opinion =/= fact. Sigh. I kind of regret 'returning' to the forum during the off season, lol. Too much clutter everywhere.
