Maresca is a one trick pony unfortunately.
 
Even if players can do what he wants it is just not dynamic enough.
 
His style takes away urgency from players in the way they approach the game . 
 
When we see crazy urgency in the last 15 mins of games while trying to win it or rescue a point it is because the players throw maresca ball out of the window and play football.
 
I really really wanted to like this manager. Sad that he has not given me an opportunity to hold on to anything, any silver linings.

Fuck knows why. Hes quick, beats players, then gives the ball away, or shoots into row Z or 10 yards wide. We've had enough of that type of player.

I love Tosin and there’s zero chance I’d think of selling him. A leader, very well liked and respected by his teammates, very solid almost every time he’s on the pitch, and importantly isn’t someone who is going to make a fuss if he doesn’t start every match. He’s the picture perfect squad player for a club like this. 
All these mentions of Wes Fofana in some of these stories is strange to me. There should be ZERO planning of the squad or team around him. His knees are a ticking time bomb that are likely to blow up at any moment he’s on the pitch.

Yep - people act like Nico is a long way off from being a great player. It isn't the case. 
If he fixes the 1%ers in his game, he becomes a great player. He is a very damaging player for the most part in the middle of the field. A few shooting and positioning fixes and he becomes lethal. 

Nico - without the pressure of being the main forward - is an asset. Except for finishing being a letdown in some phases last season, he was doing all the other work needed of a striker. 

Imagine, that fucking clown of a coach was about to start a defender in midfield over him if the injury didn't happen.
