I Think we should let RDM go at the end of this season and replace him some well established assistant coach....ray wilkins types... I think RDM adds fuck all to our team and a more authoritative respected and experienced assistant coach will do us a world of good.... That will also allow AVB to flourish and will give him a good balance of both sides.... never thought much of RDM as a coach earlier, still dont . Our team NEEDS a top quality assistant coach. With all the changes going on, it is the most important, as the manager is making alot of big decisions and changes.... If someone like Ray Wilkins is there to communicate and put those changes into action, the transition will be easier and more successful. In other news, Just watched the match on CHELSEA Tv..... We are the most boring team in possession to watch.... It is suffocating to watch us in possession. This is more than just an assumption about RDM.

It was Kalou..... If AVB subs Lampard at 35 minutes EVER....all hell will break loose. Lampard keeps his disgruntlement to a minimum when he is subbed late or introduced late in the game, but if he was to be subbed at 35 mins, he will be humiliated and will definitely react badly, whether publicly or internally. Who else can he sub anyways? Not mata, Ramires,Defense x 4 , Sturridge, Lampard, Torres(no replacement) Only Meireles maybe for Josh or Romeu.

I'm sure he is.... But the real experience of playing in stadiums with pressure and more importantly, playing every week in matches that bear more importance. In training, he is kind of learning theory, whereas practical knowledge will only come when he plays. Josh should have been loaned. Why dont we produce more top notch players? our scouts must be horrible.

Our youngsters arent good enough for High level football.... The only way for them to step up is to play week in week out at another club, then come back and perform at Chelsea. Even Josh needs to build his strength, creativity and drive .... at another club with a loan spell asap. We are the worst club EVER in terms of Youth Talent management. So sad that while we could have been recalling lukaku and Josh from their respective loaned clubs, knowing that they played at the highest level for half the season to USE them for Chelsea, instead they warmed the benches and kept training for a moment that never came,,,, and if they arent loaned out for the remainder of this season, They might as well retire.

Im sure Hulk would have known that he would soon want to play for a big club, where his salary would anyways be super huge... So for a salary increase for the short term, he made sure no one can afford to buy him. Any big club can offer him a big salary,,,,more than he will be getting at porto. But now no one can afford to buy him.

Hulk is a stupid player. If he wanted to play in a big club anytime in the next 4 years, he shouldnt have signed a contract extension that made his sale value 90 million quid.

Lampard should not be disrespected in any way....by fans or manager... He should still play regularly.... just as long as he speeds up his game a bit....age does that to footballers but its not something a midfielder cannot overcome.... He doesnt need to run his lungs off....just pass a bit faster;;;; A little more like ramires and a bit less like Mikel... Otherwise he is class and should remain in the spine of our team atleast till next season,,,,then re assess where he is at. BUT....if we have to change our style of play... Instead of dropping lampard, a player who does score quite a bit.... Why doesnt AVB try and change Lampards game a bit to suit this stage of his career...and the team? The only problem with lampard is that he doesnt make those defense splitting balls as often as before and many times slows the game down... He cant make those defense splitting balls anymore simply because his first reaction is to take one too many touches and slow the game down.... So AVB should figure out a way to make Lampard remember the quick passing he used to do....That will do wonders for Lampard over the 90 minutes and will earn him back a regular starting position. Like it or not, he bleeds blue and his heart beats blue. There is no other Chelsea player on the pitch other than terry who has as much passion as Lamps does. AVB justs needs to get the best out of him, not by dropping him, but by helping him rejuvenate to the old Lampard. That is what any coach in the world should know how to do.

If we cant convert these 3 games into 9 points, then AVB needs to do some real thinking of what is really wrong, and if it is the players, then maybe try a different method towards training and communicating with them. Lucky to steal the win right in the end.... Almost screwed it up again. Cannot imagine if we did not score the winner what the general feeling would be... Still feel our pace and passing is too pedestrian most of the time... Our possession has no cutting edge... In my opinion we can not create any real chances simply because we play too narrow... We desperately need quick out and wingers,,, Speed is the key,,,, If a winger is going crazy running fast with the ball, that will force the other players to bust their guts to get ahead... ATM there is no one doing that, so everyone plays at the same pace.... That makes us very one dimensional and other teams can cope with us, and score a goal eventually.... But when Ramires goes on one of his pacy runs, have you noticed that NO ONE runs and tries to get in there?? He is always forced to shoot or play back. Mata is creative, but is losing his pace and urgency.... maybe he needs a game off to rest....he has played every game since he came....that is alot of game time without a break....It will help him.... Buy a pacy winger,,,,If AVB buys a skillful winger who doesnt have pace,,,,that will be a FAIL. we need pace ....for the teams sake.... Torres is good but sulks too much,,,,thats the only thing i dont like about him.... He had a good game tho.... Bosingwa out. He has simply got to go. Our defense will never regain confidence till he practices and plays with them. Glad to see alot of the deadwood out.... not even on the bench. Next 3 games vital. If we get 9 points i think the gap to 1st should reduce to maybe 7 points or so..... That should motivate players towards the title and change the current mindset of top 4, which is a substandard ambition.... Even though we might not realistically be challenging fo r the title, the urgency will only come if the players are thinking about closing the gap with 1st, rather than 4th. Come on Blues!
