As i said in my post, there is nothing wrong with terry, just that we cant always expect him to be the saviour when the team around him is crumbling..... Mata is indeed our best player.... But he needs to toughen up a bit .... a little bit more of running with the ball wont do him any harm considering he has the trickery and pace. As for Lampard, im talking about him more wholistically, He fails to really affect the game too much, but has a few bright moments.... not enough sadly. Great penalty taker no doubt, but he used to be the one making the runs into the box, getting a touch and winning penalties earlier on.... While he still might have the drive, he doesnt have the legs or the creativity that he had once.... I love Lampard, and he is a legend, but i hope this is his last season for us. and i said nothing for 85 minutes .... the other 5 minutes he made a few good passes and scored the pen.

3-1 to spurs. The players dont have the legs to win this one. No logical reason to expect the players to raise their game.... We simply dont have a specific 'game' style. Just get ball, get nervous, pass back. If it goes back to Cech, then he takes two touches and decides to try and make the ball touch the sky , which in turn starts the other team's attack. Mata cant run with the ball.... A few good touches of magic during the game, but the rest 80 minutes , being bullied all over the field. Drogba is past it. Torres is erratic as hell. Lampard does nothing for 85 minutes. Kalou is a Legend. Malouda doesnt fit into our squad anymore. Meireles is really not worth talking about. Ramires makes an effort, has no fine skills. Mikel hasnt improved over the last few years, and is the same player as he was. Terry can only put his body on the line so many times, while Cech makes some good saves, his positioning in goal has become quite bad. Our forward has no supply, Our midfield has no cohesion or tempo, our defense is devoid of communication and persistence. Spurs are not in form. They will still beat us. And outplay us. DOOM AND GLOOM!!!! What a Post!!

I Just hope that this time around, Roman does a complete overhaul, not only of the squad, but also the board room, the processes , the power structures and channels involved in every step of our club. Integration of youth into senior team needs some sort of structure in a club like ours.... Otherwise it only takes one failed process to slowly pollute and spoil every other function of the club. Cannot explain the depths of how much last nights result has got to me.

He should leave. Dont think he will ever get the Striker position, and we can then fill that spot with a proper winger. KDB is already waiting and he doesnt want to prove he is messi.

we need players who like running with the ball.... our midfield cant run with the ball and always try to pass, its reverse football our team plays. Today was our chance to prove our top 4 credentials, and we failed miserably. We dont deserve it, and since we did not capitalise today, arsenal will be out of sight now, and by the looks of it, if Totenham screw up, Newcastle will take the spot. Asian ESPN also saying it wasnt a pen...... He went in two footed, and even if he touched the ball, kalou did some good footwork to get around him and then there was more contact.... so pen for sure. Chelsea is certainly a club that everyone likes to see in turmoil.... This good run isnt going down too well with the media agenda.

I wish i had your optimism, but our team simply does not have the sort of depth that is capable of winning such matches ATM..... It would be a big risk to go with that formation, considering Lukaku has not had any game time this season and sturridge will do the same selfishness that he is now known for.... Romeu is a mystery.... and Meireles Lampard midfield will be equivalent to the performance of essien lampard against wigan.... We need Ramires and Torres playing....

Great Win! 3 points behind spurs and probably will be 2 points behind arsenal tomorrow...... Just what i was hoping for.... That Torres volley shows how far he has come in terms of confidence.... great shot!! I was really happy when the crowd booed sturridge when he thought he can play god and shoot from anywhere.... public shows of dissatisfaction and anger is what he needs.... Not we ARE shite ( we have a decent squad)....we WERE shite.... we are all really happy at the win... being outplayed by 10 men at home was the unexpected bit. Bad day performance wise for the players, but unlike before, where we simply threw away leads in the last few minutes... in the last two games, we managed to win both even after our dramatic collapses.

Shit performance.... Good win.... In the end its all about the stats.... RDM has 7 wins 1 draw and 1 loss... Thats a great return. We will have certain games where we will be completely outplayed, and where we dont deserve a victory, but as long as we are progressing in the right direction, thats all that counts. The players will know that they almost got out of the competition against 10 men, and that should serve as a wake up call for the players... Two games in a row we have given up a lead towards the end of the game, and in both we have come out winners. Positives...... RDM is good at motivation and Communication, so i expect that the team will have a good analysis about this game, and will fix the problems. Barca is going to be real tough, but i actually feel it is a positive to be playing at home first.... We need to emulate milan and then give the performance of our lives at the Nou Camp.... thats our ONLY way through... and possible. Come On!! Lets Crush Wigan!

I strongly believe Barca will be knocked out tomorrow. Milan will end up getting a draw, maybe 1-1 or 2-2. That, plus progression for chelsea is almost certain. Not being overconfident here, but im not superstitious. I am quite confident we will go through at Stamford Bridge. Tasty tie against Milan in the semis then....

Nothing wrong in being a Gloryhunter.... Everyone in the world is a glory hunter in some way or another.... As long as you remain humble about it and not tattoo your face with "19 titles" or bear the arrogance of United supporters, the denial of Arsenal supporters and the delusions of Liverpool supporters, i think you're just fine. We are still in our growth period, and while 8 years seem a long time in our lives, in term of the club's history, it is only a short period. It is obvious that with a clubs growth, the supporters will grow as well. The reality is that 99% of international supporters follow the top 5.... If your friend or anyone calls you a glory hunter, ask them why they support their team instead of stoke. Because Stoke can never fulfill their Glory motivated ambitions. However, I'm a glory hunter like John Terry.... A one club man! Changing allegiances is a thought so alien to me, I'd rather die than imagine myself singing songs for other teams. KTBFFH.

That was when AVB was the manager and the entire team looked like they wanted to retire..... This time around there is more dynamism,optimism and the players are more of a team..... Most importantly, you gotta respect Di matteo for the way he has managed to give every player enough playing time, rather than AVB who dished out the same players every week.... Haha.... The Funny and greatly Ironic part about this is that he will probably be on the bench for the next game. He has to start from square one every game and try and build momentum .... and he probably knows he is sitting on the bench against Aston Villa. Wierd Conundrum our club is under ATM.
