Players dont look motivated. Not good enough . AVB needs to take out lampard. Its being proven again and again that mata and lampard cannot play together. Lampard is too freakin slow. We arent even closing them down. Manu demolished Fulham. Chelsea struggling. Truth of this season. We are struggling.

Carlo did, and we did score some 108 goals ....some record or something.... then last season it all went wrong for him.... He forgot that this is not italy and played the same players over and over again.... By the time he realised his screw ups, we were 12 points down... but then we played again and it was the title decider at united last season. .. He wasnt ballsy, but we never got raped by other teams the way we do now, alot of times, especially at the beginning of games. It is the players job to play their hearts out, but the manager has to get them mentally ready to attack and get control from the first whistle. We have Never Started a game well. Never. If we have, then we have almost never doubled our lead till the end. Totenham wouldnt have scored if we started a little better. Wigans goal wouldnt have mattered had we been able to keep up intensity after goal no 1. Manutd wouldnt have scored 3 before we had a chance to reply back. Liverpool have beaten us twice. QPR....lol at that game....we were so bloody unprepared that we crumbled....2 players get sent off....lol...then some passion from 9 chelsea players....then. Why not from the start with 11 men? We NEED to improve our INTENSITY and the coach is directly responsible for that. If the player doesnt give intensity, drop him, If more than one player has a lazy day. Drop them. Unlike what many say, we have many players waiting to prove themselves and play with passion and chase every ball in the park.They might not be superstars, but hey, our super stars are all mostly 33 or more.... If this is indeed a transition, then january is the most important. Defender, midfielder and attacker. Dont wait till summer, Be ballsy AVB.

im not content at this point in the season. Not because we lost against united and all the other teams.... Our loss to qpr was more like a win, considering how we played. The only reason i am not content is that Avb somehow fails to get players prepared and motivated for most games.... We get battered against many teams in the start of a match, and then are always catching up/..... And if we score a goal, it suddenly seems like the desire and passion to score another disappears... If you recall,,,, most of our games that we won, we scored earlyish, and then scored again really late like 86th minute or so/....and a couple of the matches where we couldnt put it to bed, the other team scored and 3 points became 1.... if only avb can keep them motivated and somehow keep the tempo high after we score and from the kickoff, we will be much better off.....We are never the team in a match that comes out all guns blazing.... why does it have to take 20 minutes for us to "SETTLE DOWN"? That is why i am not content. The fact is that he is really really young.... In terms of changing the old guard, he is trying.... but why offer drogba a new contract if we are going to change the old guard?

ramires needs to practice his ass off in finishing.... The amount of goals ive seen him miss not only this season but also last is crazy.... he should have won us the match. Terry is a king in a non high line game....saved us from losing a bunch of times.... specially extra time.... would have been devastated if they won it at the death. However, if they did....we deserved it for not taking our numerous chances.... Mata had a bad game today....doesnt happen too often. Top 4. Cant believe thats our ambition this year. Anyways, since it is, I hope this transition works.... it must.... Torres shouldnt be sold. He was great and will be again. Chelsea as a club needs to build players again, whether they are off form/ young or whatever....Not just keep thinking about buying players and selling off form players because we have the cash. ... However, Mikel we dont need to develop anymore....hes been here forever and his passes have become shorter and further backward and he actually is detrimental to our team. Sadly. Latersssssssssssss.

Our performance was Pathetic Yesterday. There are few AVB out fans around. The way i see it, the manager has to win me over. I still support him in the form of "hope"... He does have promise. But yesterday against wigan. WIGAN. really bad after what we all thought was the turning point. and yes. if we did not concede, even though we all would criticise a bit, 3 [points in the bag. But thats not the case. I blame our subs. really really bad ones. Then when AVB came up and said that the totenham match is between 2 title challengers.... i Just hope he said that so that our players are still motivated. If he really thinks we are title challengers then OMG. Otherwise i would have accepted 7 points out of 9 in the newcastle city and wigan games. However after beating City, my expectations changed to 9 out of 9. Still yet, if arsenal beat City we are still on track with only 6 points seperating us and them. If they win however, 9 points becomes too much. I Love Chelsea. I need Chelsea not to put in performances like they did yesterday to have better weekends and the week that follows. Weird thing is that there was really nothing wrong with tactics before the subs. They somehow weren't motivated enough for some reason. Everyone was off their game? We really need to beat totenham to show the world and the fans we are not Streaky. And.... Romeu to play instead of Mikel forever. Mikel is not a good sub. Either you start him or not at all.

Our last 3 wins were a GLITCH in our season! They played with passion to save face from humiliation and did it too. Now normal service resumes from both, the manager( with his standardized post match interviews ) and the players. The Subs were Pathetic to say the least. Why play Malouda? or Kalou> Mikel> Take off Romeu>? U fucking Genius!! I thought You had finally got the team together under your control and had them playing the way YOU wanted them to play this December. You were starting to win me over. And then this comes along....players were piss poor but your management of the situation in terms of tactics as well as substitutions was of a boy trying to make a point to men that i am the boss and I Make the decisions. And Horrible ones too. I dont think you will ever win me over, at this rate. When every new manager comes in, you see a positive/different change in terms of style of play or something. Under VB i havent seen much change. Sturridge got good at Bolton, he is not your product. Romeu if YOU bought, which i highly doubt...... is a good buy. I think he was already signed before you. I AM TIRED OF AVB, and even if we win, i actually get a little tired watching his press conferences.He probably opened up a dictionary and spits out the same shit everytime. I Still hope Avb takes control and shows signs that his philosophies are not theoretical, that he can practice them in the big stage with big players and egos. I still hope he comes good. But i dont give a shit if the guy comes good by the time we miss champions league places this season. Disagree on some major points. Romeu was CLASS. So composed all the time. Everytime he got the ball in pressured positions, even when 2 or 3 city players were hounding him and closing him down, he always found the right pass and that too calmly. Bosingwa tried. He just isnt all that and everyone knows it. Its not that he is not good enough, He simply isnt a complete player ...in attack or defense. Sturridge for once wasnt solo.(reason for praise) However, even though he went in and out of the game in terms of runs..... Throughout the game, every time the ball was lobbed up....he somehow controlled it brilliantly from the air and started our forward movement. Mikel....after repeated performances by Romeu.... I always felt mikel did fuck all for us.... no goal threat.... not good at passing....short sideways back passes 10 ft pass max.... He is too big and if he tries running with the ball he is clumsy ....so then turns back or sideways and passes it....making his possession and time useless. Even when he came on he was nothing worth mentioning.... actually made me more nervous when he came on. Great Win. Come On Arsenal!!!!

Drogba getting back into form,,,,, This match is going to be a turnaround for our club..... the pace the passion and precision.... Play like this every week and the league is ours.

GOOD WIN!! Can anyone please tell me why Luiz keeps getting the nod while Torres sits on the bench?? Luiz leaves alot of open spaces, is clumsy at defending and is an overall liabilty Presently. IMO he should be on the bench till he gets more disciplined. He is commanding at times, but more often you will aways see him commiting fouls here and there....and then as the commentator said, as a CB you clear the lines....luiz always tries the tougher way out and loses the ball in bad areas.... It should have been a red. He needs alot of time to develop . I like torres most of the time. He makes an effort in 4 games out of 5. His touch is really good while Drogbas touch is awful most of the time.... His hold up play was OK but then after holding up the play he always played a mispass. Drogba is not signing a new contract and will most probably be leaving in the summer. We should play on Merit, however with an eye to the future. The aim is that Torres gets to his best by the end of this season so that next season he can come out all guns blazing. But if he doesnt get games under his belt, im afraid that wont happen. Mata was good. I like that AVB took out Lampard. Terry is a God defensively when we DONT play high line. Sturridge needs to pass more and practice shooting more. Ramires is a rockstar. Iva didnt do much, but defensively much better than Bos. Luiz needs more discipline. Till then play him less IMO. Cech is Mr Chelsea. Romeu is a Barca Legend in the making, sadly.

Its been quite a few games where we are always expecting it to be the turnaround game... where the tactics will be spot on and the player selection will be correct. Then we draw or lose and start this cycle again.... Next game!
