he will be a further step down for chelsea. after the few videos i have seen which pretty much highlight the best moments of a player, his videos were average. I know he is a talent who can develop, but Chelsea isnt the right club for any player to develop. You either fire or get fired. Its better for a more finished product to come to chelsea so that the success rate can be higher. What happened to us as a club? How can EVERY good player want to play for Barca or real. On top of that, one of the 2 clubs always end up buying the best players and replacing the not performing superstars. Listen, Kalou Malouda and Drogba have to go. 2 of them are pretty ineffective and not in our manager's plans. Drogba on the other hand is 34 yrs old and we wont give him a 2 year deal. Lampard, letting him go in the summer might allow our club to move on, plus he is aging too. Torres is a catch 22 situation. QPR might have been our rivals long ago.... We stopped percieving them as rivals/ derby games as their were no matches being played and they were in the distant background. QPR made a statement on our visit to Loftus road. They have set a standard and i would really like this derby day atmosphere to live on. Fulham chelsea is boring....QPR Chelsea was fanatical. We're a joke of a team. Playing frustratingly horrible football for a majority of the time. The players simply go through the motions, without any pace,passion or cohesion. Bosingwa is a disgrace. Avb is a Disgrace for playing him every week even when we have better replacements...maybe because both are Portuguese AVB has a good relationship with Boshitwa.Disgraceful. WE DONT HAVE ANY LEADERS IN OUR TEAM. All Cech does when he gets the ball is shoot it aimlessly forward. The probability of that option creating oppurtunities is so low....god knows why he keeps doing it. Every time he throws the ball with his hand, we have a positive attack. But more often than not, he chooses to aimlessly hit it high and long. Terry and Luiz are good. Ashley Cole is a fading giant. However, he still does well defensively. Bosingwa needs to be sent to the reserves or SOLD. If AVB does not remove him, then im afraid he is a clown manager. The guy has the balls to drop lampard for not performing at 100%, but bosingwa who is performing at 10% plays every week. Dont play him cuz he understands your language, dont have double standards. Meireles is not top quality. If essien is fit, play him. Better distribution and passion. Meireles will never have the passion for Chelsea. He is a chelsea player, nothing more. Our team right now is this CECH Bos/Luiz/Iva Cahill terry Cole Meireles/essien/romeu Lampard Ramires Sturridge Torres Mata. So even if we sell our deadwood, they are from the bench. Maximum one new player can come into first team next season, maybe for Ramires or Lampard. Dont think Torres will be sold. If you bring mata into midfield instead of either Lampard or Ramires, then we can buy a winger. So there is only space for one new player to walk into the first team. If these players cannot learn to play with eachother in a positive faster attractive fashion, i think that one new player will get lost in the woods. Too many cooks spoil the broth. Every player has too different a footballing style. I fear integration of too many footballing styles will be impossible. If AVB can do it, then Kudos. But make sure that one new signing that joins the first team fits into the style, rather than having to "integrate", which will never happen. Sad Chelsea Fan here. I know this is Evolution/transition and all that, but we are not evolving. The same 11 come on every week and play the same pathetic football every week. There is no tangible difference in our style of play or integration. Mata doesnt slow down our game, but he doesnt speed it up either. Over time he has adjusted to the team's pace of play, which is slow. He does have flashes of brilliance when he beats players and makes a run, however, i fear he has been overworked and overused... He has hardly ever been rested. That does have an adverse effect on players over time. When he gets the ball, Mata has started looking for the easy pass, and continuing the play. He doesnt use his creative talent often enough. It might be the team around him that is causing his game quality to drop, or him being tired/overplayed over this season. We cant afford to have mata Burned out before the end of the season. He needs a rest.

Same boring slow play by Chelsea....Lucky 3 points. Apart from Torres and Ramires, not one player moves forward and tries to make something of the attack. Every other player including mata slow down the game, pass sideways or back....WTF is wrong with these players? I think AVB keeps going on about having patience in the game.....the players are not interpreting that "patience" correctly. Dont be patient.....move forward and make it happen. And for all those people writing new formations without Lampard.... Are you serious? Maybe next season omitting Lampard from the starting 11 is okay..... but at the moment this season, we dont have many scorers and Lampard scores. Goals = 3 points. So till we dont have a goal scoring replacement, Lampard must start. He might not be outstanding over 90 minutes, but he gets the goal that no one else is able to get. Drop meireles from your starting line up.

You should become their PR agent. You surely know alot about what hes doing at Chelsea, better than i do. I must be watching some other team because i cant see much change in the way we play halfway into the season, not even a hint of a change in style,.... the only thing that changed, failed and reverted back to the old way, i,e. high line. RDM was the manager, whose better abilities were making decisions, while his assistant coach got the team into RDM;s groove. His experience as an assistant before chelsea was zilich. There are people who specialise in Assistant manager positions, and there is a reason for that. That said, i am not against him. It is upto Everyone at the club to turn it around.

I Think we should let RDM go at the end of this season and replace him some well established assistant coach....ray wilkins types... I think RDM adds fuck all to our team and a more authoritative respected and experienced assistant coach will do us a world of good.... That will also allow AVB to flourish and will give him a good balance of both sides.... never thought much of RDM as a coach earlier, still dont . Our team NEEDS a top quality assistant coach. With all the changes going on, it is the most important, as the manager is making alot of big decisions and changes.... If someone like Ray Wilkins is there to communicate and put those changes into action, the transition will be easier and more successful. In other news, Just watched the match on CHELSEA Tv..... We are the most boring team in possession to watch.... It is suffocating to watch us in possession. This is more than just an assumption about RDM.
