Who said 5 months is enough?? i said it is a good precursor for the future. And times are very different now than they were 20 or more years ago. Comparing then to now. 2 months ago he was speaking all the right things. He seemed to have the right mindset. If you cant practice what you preach....or even show signs things are getting better then where can i muster optimism from? Dont answer these silly qualms of mine. You dont have to.

Im not making VB a scapegoat here.... Its just that there are too many mistakes.... and those mistakes dont happen if the right mentality has been instilled in the players.... There is something deeply wrong with the team.... AVB 's job is to fix it. I dont think it is acceptable for us to say "its not working....hes tried everything..." If after steve jobs,,,, another guy took over apple and spoke all the right things.... spoke of great products but couldnt deliver and apples market calue fell by 40% he would be sacked. End of story. Im not saying AVB's situation is the same. But a manager has to win you over. Just because your club appointed him doesnt make him Boas the great! I was behind him.... but i am losing faith.

Question to all out there..... What exactly does "TIME" mean? (in relation to AVB) when you say....give him some time.... does that mean a couple of years or something? 5 months should be a good precursor for the future.... if we all had seen some changes in our style of play or any changes for the better at all then we would have something to look forward to.... Just putting it out there.... I would also like to conform to the "Time" rule....

Please correct me if wrong or way off base here... We are not playing well. Our players dont seem to be motivated. The Problems are not getting fixed, we are not even playing as badly as the last game....we are getting worse. The team selections and substitutions are pathetic ( general consensus) First our attackers werent scoring.... then our midfielders werent playing well....and now to make it full circle our defence is shambolic....So over the last few months... one by one every aspect of our game has failed miserably. Rubbish

SACK THE CLUELESS FOOL. We can blame the players as much as we want but the buck stops with him. He cant motivate the players... at all. After half time they play for 10 mins better football.... then again back to the "wheres my cheque" football. His team selections are so bad...it seems like a 10 year old is making them.... and his stubbornness makes steve kean look like Mourinho. We will not make it past valencia.... and it will not be a 0-0 draw... We are in deep shit. Making top 4 doesnt seem likely.... I was quite happy when he came.... good talking smart manager....evolution....team one.... better football..... Since then with every press conference and performance he is more and more amateurish..... Malouda for mata....Mikel for Meireles.... Drogshit .... No torres... what is he doing.... We are playing the worst brand of football on earth. Under AVB. there is no evolution happening....only regression. Im sick and tired of AVB. I dont feel like i am over reacting.... 5 months+ into your job if you dont know your best team....your style of play.... the team is regressing and is going nowhere ....and fast.... One signing in jan or maybe even two will not solve any problem.... He cannot impart or get players to play whatever his style of football is. What is it btw? Roman also fucked himself over... 11 mill or so to get him out of porto.... and now a 20 mill payout if he gets fired. FAIL! what he has successfully done to players who might not have been brilliant previously.... but were still decent on the ball and balanced.... In the words of another guy on a forum.... " Seriously, are Ivanovic, Terry, Alex, Lampard, Mikel, Ramires, etc. the type of players who can keep possession for 5 seconds and find a decent pass? They get the ball and treat it like a grenade (panic and everything!)." NOT ACCEPTABLE. yesterday should have been the tipping point for even the most ardent chelsea supporters...enough is enough.

You have your Stats, which are probably correct....but in every sentence there is either portugal or Portuguese written. Lukaku was one of the best strikers in the Belgian League. They won the league and he scored a bagful of goals. While both have great potential, we bought Lukaku and are loaning him so that he gains more EXPERIENCE. That is the one thing that i feel AVB lacks,,,,and we cant loan him so that he gains more experience. No doubting his genius, his philosophies are good and he wants to play the right type of football. However, his experience is limited to inheriting a young set of players and having them play good football. He has 0 experience in rebuilding a team and changing the style of play in a fluent manner. We are the first team he is rebuilding.... In his 3RD season as manager.... I think such a big responsibility should have been given to a manager who would have alot of experience and similar experiences of overhauling and changing team players and style before..... However, In AVB I hope.... the reason i havent said TRUST is because he has to earn trust....he hasnt done that yet.... Im only pro AVB because of faith.... I hope he comes through and can handle the big egos that knew him when he was a young sidekick. They might be professional and respect the manager, but i hope he has won the fear/respect or loyalty from players It is time now that he must know his best 11 and stop doing this BENITEZ rotation policy..... See where it got Liverpool.... And it isnt getting us anywhere.

AVB Just keeps talking horseshit game after game.,,,, just like how steve kean says blackburn are a good time and will climb the table get points and .... Are our players playing for the manager? i can predict chants by Christmas of " you dont know what you're doing" He honestly doesnt..... So torres and Meireles came on in the 84th minute......84th minute.... why not send them in during injury time? The team cannot defend. Our midfield makes it a point to slow it and then loose possession.... Other teams always play better football than us. AVB is the biggest gamble CFC has ever taken in its history. I dont look forward to our matches anymore.... My passion is decreasing with every heartless performance. Then when AVB talks post match and makes silly comments he reminds me so much of RAFA benitez that the feeling that We are the New liverpool gets re inforced, There are problems lying under the surface. We are in Trouble. Face it.

Chelsea are slowly becoming a big club....we have been recently successful but i think you become a big club over generations...not 6-7 years.... However, 6-7 managers in as many years does not forecast any sort of stability required for a big club. AVB is the biggest gamble our FC has made since Roman arrived, and the most risky.... because even if a player fails...the club moves on.... but if a manager fails...you;re back to square one with a new manager wanting new things and more unwanted players.... This gamble was bold, considering this is only now his 3rd season as manager. I Think it was rather stupid for a big club like us to gamble on such a young manager.... We could have let him develop and got him as our next manager....and even after more experience we would get him for less than 13 mill. However, since we have taken this gamble....lets hope it turns out well.... Its like a father gifting his son , who has only started driving 3 days back,,,,a ferrari, I hope AVB does not crash this ferrari.

Hypocrisy is usually always preceded by reason.....and experience. When people react, it is not because they are being hypocrites. We expected change, we knew it would be tough. Not this tough. Not this bad. (after almost half the seaon) AVB called himself , not the Special One .... but the TEAM ONE... our team has no cohesion whatsoever.... Why are we all asking for change from a man who has come to change things? Its because either the method of this change is wrong or there is no change realistically happening at all....Atleast i dont see it.... It only looks worse....Last season cannot be taken as an example of how bad we were and what not. We still managed 3 points mostly and ended up 2nd.

Does anyone remember what Rafa Benitez' Rotation policy did to liverpool?? AVB is doing the same thing to Chelsea....too much rotation....

We play good football for 30 minutes out of 90 in every game...the rest 60 we are usually rubbish. Im embarrassed.

Transition does NOT mean dropping out of the top 4....

No champions league next year....struggling against blackburn....thrashed by arsenal...losing to liverpools b team ...some of them....QPR....manu.... We are the next Liverpool. Sad. This is not a Knee Jerk reaction....it is a reaction after almost half the season. I cant believe anymore. This sort of Blind Faith only remains through so many eye openers....
