  1. Lahm - Tymo - Boateng - Rafinha or Lahm - van Buyten - Boanteng - Rafinha Bayern's Back four is really frail and has been for years. Tymo is a CDM. I sense weakness. van Buyten is great in the air and will all but nullify crossing but through balls will skin him alive as he can't turn with pace and is really slow. Rafinha and Boateng are very incosistent. Lahm is the best Fullback in the world. Bayern's LB position is one of their main weaknesses. Alaba who is their starting LB was converted from a CM.
  2. I'm glad I'm not the only person that has noticed Bosingwa's exploits at CB. I think Romeu is the safer bet, Bos could replicate his form or run around like a headless chicken.
  3. Maybe. Aston Villa did but Chelsea is hardly Aston Villa, is it?
  4. It will be much harder to implement the same attacking philosophy at Chelsea when compared to Barça.
  5. What would be more beneficial? Winning or losing the Europa League?
  6. Would a pivot pairing of Mikel and Romeu be too negative? Surely the 4-2-3-1 allows for such positioning 4-3-3?
  7. I forgive him. He barely touched the bastard.
  8. West Ham should stay where they belong.
  9. Gonzalo is a poacher. Torres is a poacher. Sheva was sort of a poacher. Crespo was sort of a poacher.
  10. Sneijder has finally hit form. A brace against Udinese is just what the doctor ordered. If the rumours of Inter wanting to sell are true, I for one would love to have him at Chelsea. I know he isn't everyone's cup of tea, but on his day he is incredible. Di Natale's goal! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jc4h0r4ESIk oh god It feels like I;m hgaving a heart attack the pain is unrela
  11. I'm pretty sure he would love coaching an International team for a couple of years. Guardiola has said numrous times the stress is incredible and attributes the stress to his balding.
  12. I like it. It is very simple. I'm not sure about the neon red though as it looks a tad orange. The collar on the Milan sure is pure murder.
  13. Lampard should be the one to lift it. Terry should get a winners medal and hold the trophy but he shouldn't lift it.
  14. Never compare Chelsea to Leeds. Ever. I appreciate the similarities and the circumstances, but never compare Chelsea to Leeds. Ever.
  15. Why is that? Chelsea challenge for trophies. Strong Spanish contingent. Big pay check.
  16. What confidence? I like Torres but the needs of Chelsea are bigger than the needs of the Blond Spaniard.
  17. Yeah, somewhere like Valencia or Atletico Madrid. Hell, even places like Napoli or Roma would be better.
  18. He couldn't deal with England. It was too hard for him. No the football or anything but the culture and language.
  19. I'm rather sceptical about that. How much did his agent influence that decision?
  20. Guardiola is terrible with transfers. Instead of blowing £60 million on Fibreglass and Alexis he should have bought a LB and a CB.
  21. It's either José or Robbie. Right now Robbie deserves it more. http://backpagefootball.com/premier-league/shades-of-guus-hiddink-why-roberto-di-matteo-deserves-credit/
