  1. I have no idea what's going on in your post right now. Then again I have no idea what's going on in general.
  2. Bayern can go fuck themselves. I hope Dortmund or someone wins it.
  3. JT has a clause that matches his salary to the highest earner. /thread
  4. It's a bit redundant to have iPad and wanker in the same sentence.
  5. He won't necessarily be sold for 35 million...
  6. Basketball is a silly sport. I like Mourinho.
  7. No, it was when he was just being linked to Chelsea in early days...
  8. The only thing about the eternal CR7 v LM10 debate that bothers me is when a person claims that CR7 is a top tier free kick taker.
  9. I remember for a while he was painted as a problem child with a terrible attitude...
  10. I think Ronaldo does have the talent, but his playing style and approach to the game is what limits him. Hopefully, he is smart enough to adjust to being a differnet player one day, because that raw pace and power won't last forever.
  11. But can we disregard this calendar year nonsense? I'd rather go by seasons...
  12. Well, the club wouldn't be in this situation if I got my way. Winning all the time would get boring though...
  13. I don't give a toss which game is more important. Win them both.
  14. Look at Inter's other strikers: Diego Milito. There listed a 33 year old. Sure Palacio and Cassano can play there but they are on the wrong side if 30 also. Inter better not screw this up.
  15. Doesn't look as good as a De Gea on ectasy at a Stone Roses concert. Damn, I get all giddy thinking about it.
  16. I don't know about you but since those two aren't needed I think Chelsea should get Mario Götze to replace them....
  17. The second point is a fair statement to make but look at Australia. We have less than half population of England and everything is further apart (this makes a huge difference trust me, it's harder for teams to travel etc,). We have AFL, Rugby League, football, Rugby Union, cricket and individual sports like tennis and swimming. Yet we Aussies have done very well in all those catergories over the years. Two Ruby Union World Cups, Nine Rugby league world cups, dominating world cricket for over two decades (more Ashes victories and four World cups), several very successful swimmers (Ian Thorpe, Grant Hackett, Geoff Huegill) and tennis players (Rod Laver, Pat Rafter, Lleyton Hewitt). Our football team has been averaged (highest ranking about 16th) but on the whole Australia does incredibly well given it's disadvantages. And now I'm not turning this into a Australia v England debate. It just so happen to be Aussie and I'm using my home country as a comparison against England.
  18. Nah, don't count Rooney. He has been shite for England ever since cap number 1.
  19. How does a country with such a huge population and love for football routinely produce only average footballers. Aaaron Lennon and Theo Walcott for example are sprinters that play football...
  20. I grew up watching Australian rugby, Australian tactics, Australian style. When I see people like Steve Nicol talk about the 'hard days of football' and 'these diving foreign types' I kind of laugh, I'm used to seeing 120kg monsters running at eachother and even AFL is twice as physical as football. Need to jump higher in AFL? That's alright, you can use the opponet's head as a launch pad, haha. I though I'd share my history... I don't give a fuck how it's done (as long it's within the rules of the game), winning is winning. You only need to score 38 goals a season to get maximum points.
  21. I'd rather win trophies ugly than lose all pretty like. Success > aesthetics. Spike has spoken.
