I think he could be a decent enough super sub here, but we already have Schurrle coming off the bench every game, so Salah is restricted to playing once every month. It's just not fair on him, when he still has aspects of his game to work and develop. IMO.

Neither are on the same level as Reus. If Schurrle regains his form and starts scoring again, i wouldn't want either of them.

I don't know why people are treating him like some POS player, this is obviously a player with some talent. He scored against Chelsea 3 times (?) in 2 seasons, he also has good performances/goals on his record against the likes of Spurs and Arsenal. I think if he leaves Chelsea, he will prove himself elsewhere like KDB. It's just more difficult for young players who don't play regularly to step in and perform, and atm his confidence level is probably at its lowest point.

There's already enough ex Chelsea players and managers in the PL.

Yep, that's the biggest positive from signing him. He's a young player with potential (who hasn't looked as good as last season with Suarez) he won't come here and light shit up.

Why would we buy yet another young and inconsistent player? Ideal situation for me is to have someone in/approaching their prime like Cesc or Costa. The only thing good about Sterling is that he's HG.

The best decision Mourinho made was not to bring on Mikel. The team was already very organized, defending the wings very well and Matic bossing the middle, there was no need to change anything.

He got lucky. First the unnecessary change in formation at HT led only to them scoring. And then after changing again, they missed a sitter. We did create many more chances with the more attacking setup, but maybe we could have won 0-1 by just making like-for-like changes. Oh well.

Oscar and Costa looked good, Costa still rusty though. Hazard was the best player, but finishing problems as usual.
