Time will tell. I believe that AVB has the talent to be a great coach but we have to wait atleast for the next 6 months to see if we are progressing. Progressing means we have to sell some of the older players if we really want the team to develop. I've always said Lamps, Terry and Drogs are legends, and I'll say that also in future, but for the club's future these players have to be benched like every other guy if they're not adapting to the system and not showing the efforts that are needed for the club's success. This season will be a hard one, and every single person who thought we'll be in title race this season didn't get that this season will decide about the future of Chelsea FC. I don't care if we don't win any titles this year as long as the team shows that it has a future and it's ready to step up for its own ambitions. Mourinho, Scolari, Hiddink and Anchelotti had have almost perfect squads, AVB has to deal with a squad of old superstars and very promising, young players so there's no point in saying "it's almost the same team, why don't they have success?!". And if we, fans, don't support our coach, there's no sense in keeping him because even Roman won't resist the pressure of the fans' tattle someday even though AVB is maybe the right coach for us. We as the whole club have to show confidence and represent us as a unity. Only then there will be peace.
