  1. Mirror "exclusive" now says we're definitely in for him. They say for £30m. I actually think he'd be a great buy. He'd be out to prove that he's still a top, top player and I think he'd bang the goals in. Get him and recall Lukaku and we can avoid spelunking enormous cash on Falcao.
  2. He always takes Hazard out at the worst possible times. Its like each time Hazard is our most effective attacking player, a switch flips in Rafa's head and he's subbed off. I can't fucking wait until we heavily invest this summer and get some actual damn depth. We have almost ZERO game changing players coming off the bench at times.
  3. Our defense makes me so fucking mad sometimes. Just watching Adebayor like they were staring at a tv. So bad. Luiz looks like he's injured. We're in for one hell of a nervy 2nd half I think. MUST WIN, GUYS! C'MON CHELSEA!
  4. Final prediction: Chelsea 2-1 Spuds
  5. The German Messi as he was hyped up to be years ago.
  6. Signing a pre-contract for another team hopefully.
  7. Weary of Lennon. Ash couldn't hang with his pace for much of the first meeting this season. We must start aggressively. Conceding early would be awful. No lethargic opening half like we always seem to do.
  8. I have a feeling ill be violently throwing things in the direction of my tv whilst watching Torres.
  9. Hope Hazard starts. We need him. Would take the slowest, most boring 1-0 victory right now in a heartbeat. Don't care how we win, even if its by the most controversial offside goal or super dubious dive for a pen. Just bloody win!
  10. Did see a journo tweet earlier that although he's interested in Bayern, there is 1 premier league team who are interested in him. As I doubt he'd go to City, we're really the only one who can afford him or have a good enough squad for him to want to join.
  11. Hopefully there's some sort of agreement between the clubs if Moyes is appointed not to bring Everton players with him. Don't want to see Baines or Fellaini follow him there.
  12. No matter how many people in the press deny it, I'm hoping for the best but expecting the worst. I have a sneaking suspicion that he'll go to United.
  13. Great, now I can't rest easy until I know Jose isn't going there. PLEASE GOD!
  14. Yes, but if Rafa fucks up and gets sacked at least no one will be upset. If we appoint another manager and he fails and gets sacked, we'll be right back to square one and a laughing stock.
  15. I know it would be extremely unpopular here, but if we do miss out on Jose, we may as well keep Rafa. Doing as good a job as he can now with a tissue-thin squad with a poor strike force and no steel in midfield. Bring in a few top players and we'd have the best available manager already here and it wouldn't cost us anything. Plus the players are familiar with him. Pray Jose is locked down though and it won't come to that.
  16. Yeah, it doesn't make sense.Moyes makes a mint at Everton and has complete control. Why sit and play second fiddle for a year when he can be earning boat loads of cash elsewhere and be the main guy?
  17. I would if I were there, yes.Surely he wouldn't do this to the Chelsea fans? Wind up the entire football world by insinuating that you're going to Chelsea and get them excited, and then sign for a bitter rival. I'd cry and be extremely angry.
  18. One last knife to the Chelsea gut frm Fergie? Retire just as it looks nailed on for Mou to return so he changes his mind and goes to United. Fucking hell, the thought makes me sick.
  19. He's been superb so far. And the Emptihad sounds as quiet as a library.
  20. In my head I'm dreaming of Lamps scoring a couple and doing an over the top, AVB-like celebration right in front of him.
  21. This is why I never get my hopes up.
  22. To be fair, Ake is getting garbage minutes either in Europa League games or when games are basically over.
  23. I agree with others here. If the deal includes KdB on loan to Dortmund only and not a sale, I'd be delighted with that. We may see Lukaku-level development with him and we'll have a first team ready player when his loan is up.
  24. City is the team I'm most worried about next season. We've had United's number this season and I think with just a couple of additions in the right areas we can finish above them. With City, they already own us in midfield every time we play them and now there's talk of Fernandinho already heading there. Him, in addition to almost certainly bringing in another superstar striker and a healthy Silva and they'll be back to their best from last season in my opinion. Wouldn't surprise me if they got Isco either.
  25. I'd probably take him over Falcao at this point. It'll be one hell of a title race next season if he goes to City. On their day this season they were just about unbeatable, so with Cavani playing up top with a healthy Aguero is bad news for the rest of us.
