I just don't think Lamps offers enough or has it in him to be 1st choice in all of these big games anymore. He's still being treated like he's 25. I'd have had Mikel in there instead.

It's understandable when you think about how shit he was crossing the ball last match. That, and he gets beaten for pace frequently down that right side.Think he's too big of a weapon in the opposing box and too solid defensively to be left out in a game of this magnitude against such a good side like City though. He needs to start this one.

I know it's still early and it's really close at the top, but after entering the weekend in 2nd we can end it in 7th if we lose tomorrow. Can't afford to let Arse slip away or for City to get a big boost in confidence by beating us at home. It'll give them momentum and even more belief in their title challenge.
