To lose 0-3 to a side that's packed with quality and where we get dominated is one thing. That would be fair enough. To completely dominate the run of play in the 2nd half yet concede 3 goals to 3 moments of shambolic defending out of nowhere is inexcusable and embarrassing. To lose that way to fucking Bournemouth AT HOME is ridiculous. We didn't even play terribly, either! That was nowhere near the worst we've looked as a unit and yet we were punished for each mistake we made. I thought Hazard, Barkley, Kante, and Cesc were all good. Hudson-Odoi looks more dangerous that Pedro. Give this kid a chance.

People actually criticizing Rüdiger, who has been great this season and one of our best defenders.
-
We grew into the game as the half went on but still clearly not sharp in the final third. Bournemouth being very well rested meant that we were never going to find this easy.
-
Really does seem like a big personality. Should get along well in the dressing room.
-
Looks like Bournemouth have plenty of pace in their attack so we've got to hope Cahill keeps calm and that Baka is in the solid form he has been. Their legs are way fresher than our will be.
-
Hmm. Not a bad XI but I'm not sure I want to see Ross as a wide attacking player. Hopefully it's just because it's an emergency situation because I want him to play in midfield.
-
Just realized that this ain't on tv here so I'll have to hope for a quality stream.
-
Basically 50% of our team is Spanish speakers and 50% of it is French speaking. 😄
-
Welcome. To sign a striker who has such a proven goal scoring record from a direct rival for this price is crazy. I think he can really thrive in our side. I look forward to Conte experimenting with he and Morata together at certain times.
-
All 3 points today would be so very nice. I think if we and United both win today we will have all but locked ourselves into a top 4 finish. We'd be 11 points ahead of Arse and 8 ahead of Spuds. Can't see us choking away a gap of that size. Things that will probably make things very difficult tonight are that Bournemouth have had ages to rest and prepare for this (10 days I think I read?) and that if Hazard as a false 9 isn't working we have very few options to change it. I think the feel good factor will be huge with a win tonight.
-
Agreed. In fact, once Giroud has a few training sessions under his belt I think Morata may actually be eased back into the side rather than immedietly starting once he's fit again. Can see Giroud being our first choice for at least a couple weeks.
-
No sneaky pics of a shirtless Giroud on a training bike yet?
-
Curious about the terms. Wonder if there's an option to buy.
-
Watching him more on YouTube (I know, I know ) and you know who he reminds me of? In terms of physique and playing style he seems similar to Kyle Walker. Very athletic, aggressive both defensively and attacking, and has great pace. He's basically the polar opposite of Marcos Alonso.

Arsenal 😂😂😂 I know we're having a shite season by our standards, but fuck me. Imagine being an Arsenal fan!
-
Barb, I meant that it would be a godsend if he turns out well not that he for sure will be. I don't have a clue about him. 😄
-
Ruptured achilles incoming 😂
-
After 20 years or whatever it was of Wenger finishing in the top 4, I think if they lose here and ourselves + Spuds win tomorrow they're out for the second straight season.
-
So looks like no Batshuayi tomorrow due to him sorting his loan move. No recognized striker in the side for this 😄. Wonder what happens if we need to change things. Pedro up top? Barkley or Cesc?
-
Let us hope he settles quickly and hits the ground running. Will be a godsend to have a quality rotation option for Alonso. No more seeing Zappacosta switched over there or friggin Pedro slotting in a LWB.
-
Now we just wait for Wenger saying Giroud will stay in a few minutes when he's interviewed.
-
Soon enough their bench will be stronger than our first XI. Scary thought.
-
But who does he replace? Swapping him with either of their wide players doesn't really change anything. They get no better or worse going forward. They're already getting ridiculous production from wide areas. Hes being bought solely because they can. They have "fuck you" money and want to say "fuck you" to everyone.
-
Gutted to see one of my favorite non Chelsea players go to rival but I'm glad it's not any of the others. City are already insane going forward. Mahrez won't move the needle for them at all I don't think. He doesn't make them any better. Had he gone to Arse, Spuds, or Liverpool he would have. My only wish is that our club takes note of what City are doing here. To see that FFP is a total sham and that we too can spend whatever we want with impunity. City will dominate English football for years to come if we don't keep up.

The situation is literally changing every 30 minutes. Makes me think no one has a clue what's actually going down.
