Phew. We looked dead on our feet in the second half. Just invited pressure and stopped playing like we did first half. We were killing them from wide areas and Higuain was everywhere in the first half. We then completely abandoned that in the second half and Gonzalo barely touched the ball. Decent resilience shown towards the end, but we can't keep clinging on like this. Should've been out of sight by half time. Thought Kepa, Kante, Jorginho, and Cristensen were superb. Emerson and Higuain very good in parts.

We're being hammered here. Can't get a bloody touch.
-
ADVANCE THE FUCKING BALL!!!! Why are we fucking around playing between Rudiger and Kante!? Get the ball in their half, FFS!
-
We go from comfortable to shocking in the span of a few minutes. Just letting them build all the momentum. If we don't score next and kill it off they'll score.
-
He would certainly help. Barkley is pretty lazy and not so disciplined in the defensive phase. Neither is RLC. We need another pitbull in there like a Barella to play along with Kante and Jorginho.
-
Higuain is absolutely dominating in their box. His movement is superb. For once, the service has been great from wide areas. We keep getting him these chances and he'll bury another. Just have to sharpen up in midfield.
-
It is so worrying how vulnerable we are in the center of the pitch when the ball is turned over. Saying it all season. We just get destroyed there repeatedly. Even by poor sides like this.
-
Literally standings unmarked in our box. Fucking hell. We are atrocious defensively. That is unreal.
-
Being outplayed by the worst side in the division so far...
-
Anyways, would really love to see Higuain bag a goal today to improve his confidence. As for them, Mitrovic is the obvious danger man. Cristensen better be ready for the physicality. It's something he normally struggles with.

I'm sure Calum is delighted he was forced to stay for this. I know it's a must win game, but surely against fucking Fulham he could've started. I'd be annoyed if I was RLC as well. Barkley hasn't exactly pulled up trees and seems to be loved by Sarri.

Yet they effortlessly carved us apart. That's a result we'll look back at when the season ends and rage at. Worse than the 6-0.
-
Oh, I see Bournemouth got humiliated once again today. A team that themselves humiliated us 4-0. They've been embarrassingly terrible since they beat us. That will remain the most ridiculous, inexcusable result I've ever seen.
-
Danny Rose in midfield is a horror show. He has given it away in terrible positions about 5 times.
-
Unreal. Un-fucking-real.
-
I'll take it, but Harry Kane is immune to the offside rule. How many times this season has he benefit from these situations!?
-
Arse have been the opposite of us this season. We started well and dropped off a cliff until recently. They started poorly and are now in top form. Commentator on American TV said a bit ago that they have United next up but then a bunch of easy ones in their final 8. In my opinion, it would be embarrassing to finish behind them this season. They don't have a better squad than we do, just more reliable goal scorers.

That was a sitter for Lacazette.
-
Spuds are used to bullying and imposing their will physically on their opponents. Appears they don't cope well when other big teams do that to them. Both ourselves and Arse have shown up and hit them in the mouth.
-
Spuds looking a bit like us us when Kane is out of form. Really solid build up and possession but totally blunt when it comes to the last ball.
-
When you think Spuds will lose (like when Kane was out recently) they somehow grind them out and keep winning. When we actually want them to fucking win they let you down. Hoping they get at least a point here.
-
Bournemouth were defensively woeful going into their game with us and humiliated us while keeping a clean sheet. Since that game theyve reverted to being shit and got hammered by Arse last night. Fulham have an even worse defense and will now maybe get a new manager bounce. Not outside the realm of possibility that they summon the spirit of Pep's Barca and perform well for one game against us and then proceed to revert back to shit afterwards. Luckily, it appears a switch has been flipped with our players and manager so can't see us losing this.
-
Yeah, he was solid yesterday. Caught taking a second too long on the ball a couple of times but he worked tirelessly in the middle just like Kante did.
-
Absolutely fantastic workrate and tenacity. Closing them down in groups, pressing them super high up the pitch, all wingers tracking back and helping the fullbacks. We did to them what they did to us at Wembley.
-
I get people here being bored and annoyed, but at least we look like a competent side these past couple of matches against top opposition. We haven't been a clown show like we have been in other big games. Wasnt a poor performance, just okay.
