Juve we’re terrible leading up to our first meeting and we’re missing key players. Still raised their game and beat us. They’ve apparently been even worse lately and have an even bigger injury list. Let’s not have a repeat, eh?

The best case scenario for United seems to be what many of their fans are salivating about. That Poch leaves PSG and Zidane replaces him there. They get probably the best manager they can realistically get. But Poch would be mad to leave Messi, Neymar, and Mbappe mid season, surely? A manager who has never won a trophy until this season when he will.

I have no idea why Conte didn’t wait until the end of the season to jump back in. Could probably have had the choice between several top jobs with amazing players. This Spuds side is SHIT and he’ll have a mighty struggle on his hands just to get them to an average level, never mind a top 4 team.

The true mark of a team that is incredibly coached is that you can constantly rotate different players in and out and not drop a level. That’s exactly what we have now.

In regards to Mount, he really just needs to be more aggressive when he has the ball in the final third. He needs to just have a go from distance more often. He continuously receives the ball in pockets around the box but is too indecisive with it.

Dominant first half display but cannot think it’s over like we’ve done before. Numerous times this season we’ve taken our foot off the gas and had to hang on for dear life for large parts of the second halves. One mistake and they’re right back in it. With our fixtures approaching we absolutely need all 3 of these points today. We go up 3-0 and it’s over.

I like the XI here and they’re missing Telemann + Maddison is on the bench so that’s one fewer threat. I’d feel confident but this is an early kickoff just out of a long international break so who tf knows what’s going to happen.

Feels kind of ridiculous that Arse started with 0 from 9 and we’ve only had like 2 what you’d consider slip ips and yet they’re not far from us at all. One bad week after the break and suddenly we’re in danger.

We had players on numerous occasions literally standing in 5 yards worth of space ON THEIR PENALTY SPOT and somehow failed to finish the chances. These are the chances Lukaku feasts on so he was a huge miss today. CHO and Barkley choked and cost us 2 points today.

We got absolutely ZERO from any of our attackers in the second half. Fucking infuriating.

Fucking hell. All Burnley had to do this 2nd half is up their energy and physicality and they’ve done us. We’ve been dreadful this half.

Burnley will continue to think they’re going to get something here unless we hurry up and score.
