I'd really prefer the current format with 2 leagues of 12. Then every other game wouldn't be against TermX, Blue Ultras or you. Plus it would give every team the opportunity to get some game time for every player in order to get some development going.

Very fond of this transfer - what I remember about his times at Chelsea is that he didn't get much play time though when he did come on he was very confident. Would add some steel to our midfield. He seems like a Yaya Toure like player with a bit more aggressivness in his play.

Ronaldo fully deserved that. Messi didn't have the best year according to his usual standards and it's an insult to even compare Messi/Ronaldo with Ribery, he is not even close. That being said, not bad to be 3rd best footballer in the world.

I wonder how many pros could emulate this? Every brazilian and CR7, but then again I guess football is more than pure skill on the ball. Good find! I really liked the trick where he brings the ball up in the air and pokes it behind the other person, amazing.

Definitely it was foolish of him to even unintentionally do handsigns like these, but -and I don't mean to start any endless arguments- why is it that anything to do with nazism gets so high attention whereas sovietism never hasn't been treated as equal regime of brutality and suffering.

Do you happen to know the mechanisms why? As far as I know cannabinoid receptors are not in the brain like opioid ones and how does it lower sperm count? Would appreciate an answer, mate.

You should enter a clinical trial. Would be interesting to see the eventual effects in long term. I'm not so sure about its long term sideeffects, but keep in mind that you are with yourself 24/7 and can't actually register every little change. That's why people take photos when they start training - to see the progess in the long term, because body changes slowly over time and the subject himself might not be aware of them,

Did legs and back, routine was as following: Barbell squats 3 x 12/10/8 Pull ups 3 x 10/8/6 Leg press 3 x 15/12/10 Back extension 3 x 15/12/10 Leg extension 3 x 15/12/10 Lat pull-pulldowns 3 x 12/10/8 Hamstring curls 3 x 12/10/8 Cable rows 3 x 12/10/8 Calf raises 3x 20 Exercises are not in the precise order I did them, though. Legs were shivering in the end.

It's natural. Just start with a lower intensity and with shorter durations and build your way up from there. The hilly terrain can be awesome for jogging/HIIT, cherish it mate.
