It's sort of wisdom one picks up when they have done certain things for a long period of time and it isn't necessarily backed up with actual scientific facts so it's not always plausible.

As much as I respect you mate, I think The only place to be has a valid concern here. A few naive might think this is not a problem, but I think what he wants you to do is somehow assure the rest of us that we won't be getting unwanted spam emails, Facebook friend requests etc just because we joined a footballing forum. PS. Don't delete my XpertEleven team now.

Exactly like Stingray said. Some people are excellent at learning the theory but not so good at putting it into practice. And so usually some get discouraged after the first year(s) because it's mostly full of theoretical knowledge and after that followed by something practical. Maybe you are the second type and just have to give your max to be good at theory to shine at practice.

"Øyvin Bakken was walking down the street when an old lady asked him to help her cross the road. He kindly obliged and was rewarded with a big hug and a peck on the cheek. He marched off whistling to himself and feeling good, blissfully unaware that the old lady had stolen his wallet. Like most players today, he is hideously overpaid so his form was not affected."

Glad you feel that way, mate. I wasn't able to watch the game due to the need to study, but it's a loss that brings the team firmly back to the ground and reminds them that / us that there is still a lot of work to be done in order to challenge for any title(s) at all. Talking about the aftermath - really liked the article Alex wrote, especially the title.

What's up? How you all doing? Just posting to let you all know about a great and VERY informative bodybuilding YouTube channel - http://www.youtube.com/user/BenPakIFBB?feature=watch Definitely have a look even if you are not after the super muscular build, it gives so many good pointers, based on actual science and not bro-science. Every video I've watched off it has broadened my mind and taught me something new.

Man with many talents...
-
Hahaha! Definitely a better mass activity than the previous one spearheaded by the cult-leader Stingray with everyone having the bizzarest avatars you could ever imagine. Good on you

Tough, aren't the salaries high regardless, there are a lot of perks (like free health services) plus the income ratio to food/clothes etc is still better than majority of the world? There has to be a reason why I haven't met an acrimonious dane, belgium citizen before! Can't have my say in beer choices etc - not a drinker so I know very little.

How can Denmark finance all this? Natural resources? Fortunes accumulated by vikings back in the days?
-
What the hell, man. Is Denmark a paradise?

Bertrand has been great, really positively surprised with him. The team has worked liked mad, Mourinho's guerilla management is working - everyone's out to secure another game under their belt.

If you've got AceStream, I'd have a great one - HD picture

Forum runs very fast and smooth, experienced no freezes since the server switch. Keep up the good work!

With the bench we have this season, can't see that being the problem.
-
No boring games this season, what a show of intent! Well played, Torres MOTM alongside Ramires. Lampard seemed off his game but he'll come around.
-
To be fair there had been indications that Torres can do better even before Mourinho came along.
-
His game has been nothing outstanding so far but he did take his goal well, good to see him doing well at Everton.

Good choice for your first car - VW are reliable. Plus Polo is a small car so it makes parking easier when you first start to experience the traffic etc, also it doesn't consume that much petrol. Is it manual or automatic? It's weird to see the steering wheel on the right side!

Watched RM vs Juventus (2-1) Got to say that Pogba was brilliant. He was technical, wasn't intimidated by the star opposing players and had loads of stamina. While some were cramping up, he was jumping around like a young gazelle.
-
I'll invite you to a friendly as soon as the season ends - fine with you?
-
I'd also accept the majorities' decision, as long as it brings more people to be active and participate.
-
I really like the current format - loads of games, many opponents (aka not only facing the top4 teams every other week) and a chance to make up for lost ground if start of the season is bad.

Definitely, I might have misunderstood. I thought @ implied that he can only receive a blood transfusion from a person with A- (only 7%). Might have jumped the gun there, didn't want to be a smartass or a douchbag about it. Don't ban me.
