Sorry if I'm missing something but why is everyone hoping Ba will go and not the same with Torres? Ba, in half a season, accomplished far more than Torres has in his tenure here. He does also put in a lot of effort. He was offside numerous times against Villa last Wednesday but that's because the attacking midfielders didn't release the ball quick enough. He was pointing where he wanted the ball, they wouldn't play it and he'd be offside. Some people seem to have given up on him after half a season. (He also missed several games last season with a broken nose diving for a ball Torres wouldn't have gone for in a million years) He scored some important goals up until April, most notably against the two Manchester clubs in the FA Cup. He has been pretty shit since the, not going to lie, but is it really fair to judge him over 5 months and decide he should be shipped out and back Torres for 2 or whatever years? He's really not that bad. I'm not saying he should be starting every game but with good service, which he would be getting, he would provide 15+ goals a season (if he was a regular starter). Can't we get rid of Fernando Tosspot instead?
